I have to preface this review by mentioning that I only stop by McDonald's for two things...iced coffee and an occasional Sausage McMuffin with Egg. When I stop by, I use the app, which gives users a lot of in-app deal offers. I also generally use the drive-thru, though I have used curbside pick up a couple of times. The app itself has problems from time to time, but that is not the fault of the restaurant's. I absolutely love the iced coffee at McDonald's, and with the app, you can often get it for just 99¢ for any size. You can't go wrong with the price! If it happens to be breakfast time, I might add on a Sausage McMuffin with Egg. There is nothing gourmet about the item, but I enjoy one a couple of times a year. I think they remind me of road trips with my family as a kid...the one time that we got fast food. The service in the drive-thru at this location has always been fast. Absolutely the worst customer service every single time and I'm done with this location now. Tonight, I wanted to ask if they truly don't have salads anymore, since they don't have anyone working the counters and I couldn't find salads on the kiosk (with not search option). I waited at the counter trying to flag someone down, they saw me but wouldn't come over. Then, finally the lady with the headset did and asked what I needed. As I started to answer, she walked away taking an order that the drive-thru!! I made the effort to walk inside! I've only ever eaten here via the Drive Thru. So this review will be about that experience. As far as the food goes, it's no different than any other McDonald's. You know what you're getting when you come here. This drive thru is consistently slow in my opinion. And when you finally get up to the window, you've got about a 75% chance that they're going to give you part of your order then tell you to park to the side while they finish the rest of your order. This location clearly either doesn't have a streamlined kitchen (doubtful) or employees who aren't working as quickly as other locations. The upside is that this location is kinda tucked away/hidden so chances are you're not going to drive by unless you're specifically looking for it. And if you are, I'd say just find a different McDonald's int he area. There are plenty of them. read more

I decided to use the drive thru since there isn't a lot of parking spots here and the drive thru line didn't looking busy for a weekend morning. Their drive thru line is pretty long so I guess they get busy here. Putting in my order was easy, I paid at the first window and then went to the second window to pick up my drink. They thought I wanted a diet coke but I asked for a regular coke so they fixed it for me. You should always check for food or drinks before leaving. What happened to this location??? The food quality has gone down in my opinion. The customer service has gotten bad too. They have messed up my order 3 different visits in a row! The last time I went back to complain the two young managers gave me a bad attitude. I showed them the receipt and the sandwich and clearly it was made wrong. Buyer be warn! Always check your order, becuase it's ALWAYS wrong. Each time I come something is wrong. Missing an sandwich, no sauce for nuggets, no plain like it was ordered... Etc. Once I ordered 40 pieces of nuggets and got three 10 pieces of nugget boxes. On April 29th our order was missing a double quarter pounder. We called and spoke to Laura (mind you we already encountered multiple mistakes in the past, so I was already frustrated.). She said when we come in next time they would give us a free combo. Fast forward to June 25th we go in to get the missing burger and make up meal. The nice cashier said she'll get the manager. Laura comes out and said we would only get a combo to replace the food because we didn't come with in a day or two. Here is my issue: 1) the person who is suppose to get the quarter pounder doesnt have his food! We all gave up parts of our meal so he has some food. So we all lose out. I had asked if we can get the missing sandwich and a combo since we had to give up food all around. She said no. 2) her resonsing for saying no is cuz we didn't come back a day or two after. NEVER did she say we had to. Secondly, I am not going to be eat McDonald's back to back. If you do that fine but that is not going to happen with me. 3) when I said there has been multiple mistakes that happens with meals and this isn't right. They kept telling I should have paid for bags in the app but no such a thing exists in the app. Because I couldn't take all the items on the tray home like that, told them to cancel it and left. So I have been to many McDonalds over the years and I have to say, this location is a very well oiled machine. From their drive-thru line to the efficient service you receive inside, they seem to have the system down pat. McDonald's growing up we're definitely fast food joints where you would receive fast food service. But that seems to be more and more a thing of the past. It appears fast food establishments are becoming more restaurant-like and this McDonalds is proof of that. It's clean, welcoming appearance definitely make for a nicer meal when dining in. This location offers an order & pay now kiosk, but you can still pay a cashier if you choose to be old school. There is plenty of seating inside and I've seen all walks of patrons inside from families with their children, young adults on their lunch breaks and businessmen conducting work meetings. If you are wanting to experience an elevated McDonalds experience, this just may be the Mc D's that will deliver. read more

I used to enjoy visiting this site when in town as it was friendly...I asked where are the cashiers and was told that I must use a kiosk...I got some help..It did not give an option for drink size and I asked why.. The employee has to push about 10 digital things to get to that ootion...I asked when was this new order yourself things implemented...the employee said the owner has 7 McDonald's and that is all...I had to choose my table number before I even knew where I would sit..I later wanted to get something else and was directed to the kiosk...this person had brought the food to the table and did not even remember me 10 minutes prior.
