Blast from the past! My dad loved this place. He always spoke of how fresh, seasoned and comforting it was. He would get a king meal with a double sandwich with an egg with a vanilla shake. He passed in 07' and this is my first time stopping in since before then. I thought it was spendy then and I felt the same way today. The prices increased with inflation! Our service was fast, about 15 minutes, the order was correct. My son got a milk shake and appreciated the sugar high. He is finicky but loved every minute. Keep up to good work. This is the worst Fatburger ever. Fatburger burgers are overpriced everywhere and I'm usually okay with it because they're consistently good with a charry taste and I consider it an occasional luxury meal but this place is trash. Took 45 minutes to get the food and the kids said that that was the worst burger she's ever had. Onion rings were unedible, the western burger was completely dry and overcooked and didn't have much flavor at all. They're severely understaffed with one girl running around take an orders from the cash register and the drive-thru. And a guy cooking burgers one burger at a time. Located on Sunset and Sunset, this Fatburger location is where I go when I don't want to trek inside the casino. It's a standalone spot that is pretty run down and kinda sketchy. The signs are faded and crooked, the pavement is cracked, and the paint is faded from the heat and sun. Besides the actual look of the place, the service is good and my food has been accurate. I think the workers are making the best with what their given and that's why I don't mind coming here if I have to. Not sure if this particular location will still be around much longer because it was much nicer many years ago, so not sure if the owner is still investing in maintaining it. My go to is a large Fatburger with extra onions, cheese and Mayo. The burger is seasoned and grilled well. The chili cheese Fat Fries are hot and will kick your diet to the curb. There are chicken options (such as grilled and fried), but I don't get that. Although my friends have and they say it was good and the Impossible Burger is actually decent. This was the first time and the last time I go to this Fat burger location. I normally go to the one inside Green Valley Ranch and I've never had any issues but tonight I was dropping my daughter off from some event and this was right there and I had not eaten, so I went through the drive-through which took forever. It took 20 minutes from start to finish for a regular hamburger. I only ordered one meal and it took forever to get, and it was completely wrong. All I asked for was lettuce, tomato, and extra pickle only and I stressed the word only and on the receipt it said extra pickle, only lettuce, only lettuce, which I thought was kind of strange and about 14 minutes later Francisco opened up the window and asked me what I wanted on the hamburger so I told him again that they forgot on the receipt tomato but they put lettuce two times so please have them put tomato. Then I got the food and drove to where I had to go and opened it up and it was smothered in extra mustard and I never even asked for mustard. I took one bite and it made me nauseous. I tried to wipe it off as best I could so I spent 20 minutes in the drive-through only to get my order completely wrong and the burger didn't taste good. It looked like someone took a bite out of it. Whataburger, who? In-n-out, what? They both don't compare to Fatburger. This was the first time I've ever tried their food. I ordered via DoorDash and it was cooked quickly and exactly as I ordered (Swiss cheese, mayo& onions) and packaged perfectly. My only gripe is that it's a little pricey, but at least the burger was thick like whataburger's. Their milkshake reminds me of the old McDonald's milkshake (if you remember that sugary goodness). I actually really like this location of Fatburger. When my bf first suggested coming in, I was a bit reluctant. It's not that it's in a scary place or anything, it's just weird that its all alone and I feel like when we pass by I NEVER see anyone inside. But I had to tell myself, if they don't get business, they'd be closed so, in we went. We've been by MULTIPLE times now so it isn't as bad as I thought. Inside is clean, if not a bit old. I don't mind old if it's clean though so it's not a problem. The staff is professional and efficient. Some are super sweet and some are quiet but I don't need nice, I need professional and efficient so there's that. And they all do say hi/goodbye when you enter/leave. There have been a few times when our order didn't come out as perfect as it could be and it was fixed immediately. Service can be a bit slow because the burgers are made to order, but I can wait. If you want the drive thru, it's fine. Just know you'll have to wait longer than at other fast food burger joints. read more

Went to the drive through and their speaker is noisy and loud and I think I spoke to the manager Francisco because based on the comments I could only assume it was him. I asked one question about the price of the crinkle cut fries and I think because of the language barrier he didn't know what I was talking about and then said "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" My husband ordered me an Impossible burger to go. I took a bite into the burger, and the paper from the patty was still on the sandwich. Francisco was the manager who defensively said oh I didn't make it. He calls the cook from the back. The cook looked at the sandwich and couldn't tell us what's wrong with the sandwich. Francisco had to pull the paper off the patty to show him what was wrong with the sandwich. Francisco said the cook needs surgery for one of his eyes, and that's why it happened. I placed an order through the drive-through pulled up to pick up my order. There was an item missing. I told the employee there was an item missing from my order. She asked me to pull up to the front of the store. I said it's 100° outside I'm gonna stay right here in the shaded area until you give me the rest of my order or you give me a refund. She closed the window and went about her business. I was checking my phone and she came to the window the drive up window open the window and threw an entire picture of lemonade all over me my car and my phone. I parked my car, went into the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. No one would help me. I went outside and called the police. I'm still standing here two hours later. They've given me a refund for my order. They have no intention of reimbursing me for the expense. It's going to cost to get my car detailed inside because everything is sticky from the driver seat to the floor to the center console to my backseat and beyond what kind of establishment encourages employee behavior like this? The only thing that was good was the strawberry shake. $50 for burnt, disgusting, horrible food. Pickles on a burger marked "no pickles." Barely any chili whatsoever on my chili burger...and paid an additional $1.25 for it. I didn't even think it was on the burger until I opened the bun, I couldn't even taste it. They literally scraped the bottom of the chili pan and put that on the chili fries. Burned, hard, and looks like melted tar on the road. I was on my way to a different bigger place and saw the FatBurger. It has been years so I stopped here instead. Greeted with a smile immediately upon entering the restaurant! I chose a Large meal with Fat fries. After waiting for all the deliciousness to come together, they brought my order out. I asked for A1 sauce as this used to be available but unfortunately, no more.
