Inside look of a sandwich 5/5

A truly authentic Italian café. Welcome to the Henderson area this was previously a Starbucks, then a French bakery. I was greeted by Rocco who is one of the owners ironically the owners name is also Rocco. Let me start by saying the food is out of this world, I felt like I was sitting in the café in Rome, Italy This is a definite must try you will not be disappointed

Torino Cafe is under new ownership and was previously baguette cafe. Torino has been opened for several weeks, and we already prefer this menu to the last ownership. Very quaint and clean inside, excellent service, and in a desirable location. We both tried the Plin, "pinched" bread with her getting the Mortadella, and me opting for Bale (meatballs) with four cheeses, cream sauce , lemon zest. Both of these Plin's are hearty, and delicious! We also tried delicious coffee offerings and they were super incredible with the biscoff cappuccino literally taking the cake...espresso with biscoff cookie butter steamed milk and whipped cream! Unreal! We loved this experience, will definitely return!

Such a cute new cafe in Henderson! We saw it on social media and decided to give it a try. They have lots of options for drinks and food. We got the iced Nutella and iced biscoff and they were SO GOOD!!!! We enjoyed them on their patio with a little pastry and I highly recommend you drop by if you like to support local! The service was really good & friendly, and they all had smiling faces! You could study or work while here if you wanted or enjoy a little lunch or catch up date with friends. Lots of tables outside to enjoy the ambiance. We'll definitely be back!

The service was great, they know my friend here very well as she comes four times a week. They have the cutest decor inside. The ambiance is quiet but people are in and out. There's food there, but we didn't eat there. The pastries and croissants all looked good! The drinks were ordered for here to sit and enjoy. They were well done with a great presentation. Picture perfect like out of a magazine. Drinks were not too sweet as they look they were just right with the right amount of espresso and sweetness.

Molto bene! Torino Cafe is a new spot that took over the somewhat underwhelming Baguette Cafe location on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. Running a similar but entirely different lineup of sandwiches, pastries, and espresso drinks, they were already pretty busy when I stopped in during a weekday lunch rush. Fortunately, we were able to find a table inside after placing an order at the counter. Our drinks came out first, and they were a great start. The hot Cappuccino ($6.00) was full of coffee flavor and creaminess, and the overall effect was that it was one of the smoothest drinks of this type I can remember. The Espresso ($4.00) was very strong and a little foamy, and it did seem quite caffeinated. Complimentary iced water is available on the back counter, so I didn't end up trying any of the pre-packaged Italian sodas. The sandwiches are actually very nice. I tasted a small portion of the Cotto e Formaggio ($15.50), and I loved that ham. It reminds me fondly of some of the sandwiches at local French cafes. The Crin Porchetta ($18.50) - I asked the co-owner, who explained that crin is Piedmontese for pork - actually was a deli-sliced pork too, but of a different variety than the ham. I was a little confused at first, and also at second due to a lack of crispy skin, but I did enjoy the pork enough. I also appreciated the sweet caramelized onions and loved the milder version of a giardiniera than the one I typically find on my favorite Chicago sandwich. And the ciabatta on each was nice and fluffy. We went back up for a dessert since the sandwiches didn't fill us up, and the Tiramisu ($9.00) must be the best choice because it was fantastic. The lovely soft layers were so rich and decadent, and the freshly whipped cream on the side just added to the pleasure. The portion felt iffy at first glance but ended up being perfect for two to share and finish getting actually full. It's probably for the best for this neighborhood (and Henderson in general) that Torino Cafe has brought a great Italian cafe concept to life while, in a happy coincidence, the best French cafe/patisserie in town has opened their second store not too far down Eastern Ave. Definitely come check this place out if you're anywhere in Vegas.

We came in to try this place and it completely met our expectations. They really decorated it nicely inside and there's plenty of seating outside, if you prefer that. Although if you're looking to accommodate a larger group, you may want to check ahead to see what they can put together for you. We met the owners, who were extremely kind and really take pride in the business they are running, which is nice. They are brand new so still working out the kitchen kinks, which they are aware of, so give some grace. Trust me, the wait is worth it. We got the mortadella sandwich, ham and cheese panini, and the white meatball sub. Along with adding cappuccino, espresso, tiramisu, and the Nutella dessert. Everything was authentic, you can tell high quality ingredients are used. I wish this place great success because it's got really good potential!

Amazing food, lattes and atmosphere. I felt like I was in Italy all over again. The panini was so delicious I didn't want it to end and my tiramisu latte was perfectly balanced. The staff is so generous and quick to clean the tables or offer a glass of water. Will definitely be returning!

Love exploring new cafes! Both Rocco's were amazing and so friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming they made you feel instantly like you are family. My daughter and I got their ham and cheese which, I never ever thought to put pickles in it but it took this sandwich to a WHOLE different level! I'll never eat ham and cheese again without pickles. The focaccia bread was crisp but soft, cheese and the whole thing was absolutely delicious. We had the chocolate doughnut and as a baker myself, the dough was truly homemade - soft and very flavorful. Hardest choice was their espresso...but I settled for the Biscoff. I didn't take a photo of it, but I can tell you I scraped every Biscoff outta my cup. The Espresso Biscoff latte was perfect. The taste of the espresso and the sweetness was truly to die for. I can't wait to go back and try the Espresso Nutella....and the whole menu. Congratulations to both Rocco for opening this cafe and hitting it on the nose. As they say, "ciao!"

Wow !!! An authentic Italian cafe just opened at Horizon Ridge Parkway/ S Eastern Ave. ( Smith's plaza ). A hidden gem! An amazing place! Delicious food that reminded me of home and cafés in Europe . Friendly and very welcoming atmosphere . We have met the owners and the staff and they are super friendly and extremely nice . The owners are from Italy and they understand hospitality and value customer service - priceless. The cafe is beautifully decorated and very cozy and inviting vibes. Plenty of outdoor seating - beautiful patio and comfortable indoor seating as well. The Authentic Italian coffee, sandwiches, salads and pastries. The best cappuccino, latte that I have ever had . Everything was fantastic, everything is baked fresh from scratch daily. Overall: Wonderfull authentic Italian cafe. Cozy vibe and truly one of the kind bakery. Yummy food! Definitely going back and definitely recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful lunch at Torino Cafe! My wife had the Avocado Toast Piedmontese and my daughter and I had the Crin Porchetta Panini. We also split the Granata Beet Salad. The flavors were terrific, though we all thought the salad could use a bit more dressing on it. We'll ask for extra next visit. My daughter's iced pistachio latte was great. Service was great, and the staff was friendly, even though it was during the lunch rush. We sat near the counter and could see all the delicious food getting ready to be brought to the hungry masses. The caprese looked delicious and will be on the list to try on our next visit. So did the pistachio cornetto! We also saw them put out the nutella and pistachio bombolonis so I went back in line and ordered some to go. They were so good! We will definitely be back again!

Tiramisu iced latte? Si! Por favore. From the moment you walk into Torino Cafe with a warm welcome from all of the staff, to the moment you leave you feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. The owners, both named Rocco have created something special in the neighborhood. Whether you try one of their specialty paninis or come just for a coffee you get a quality product that you can tell they take pride in. I will definitely be back. Grazie for the hospitality.

Came back for the affocato again! And I think I may get the smoked salmon for lunch.

The affogato it's fabulous! I also had the Cornetto which I loved and my girlfriend got the chocolate croissant and loved it. She also said the tea was great. Fun vibe, lovely owners Definitely would recommend

I know something is legit good, when I try it once, fantasize about how good it was, then come back again, and it's EQUALLY as good as the first time. After trying this spot the first time, I came back 2 more times within a week. The price be a bit steep at $16-$17 a sub sandwich. I usually can only finish a 6 inch off of a footlong subway sandwich. But here, imma eat all of it cuz it's so damn good. Chicken- 5/5. I make sure to only order if I can eat it on the spot to avoid the salad from getting soggy. Flavor is soooo good. Deli- 5/5. Might not be the same as an Italian sub, but, it's still super good. Beef- 5/5. I like this one a lot. Sometimes they be inconsistent with the pickles onions, which balances out the meats. The potato sticks loses its crunch if you eat it after leaving it in the fridge for 8 hours so best to eat it within a few hours max. I'm usually a huge fan of tuna sandwich and have yet to try it out. Same with caprese. Lines can look a bit intimidating and definitely recommend ordering for pickup, which is the quickest way. I'm also a sucker for French baguette. And man, they have mastered the bread as well. Oh, also their dressing for the salad. I dunno what the heck it's made of, but it's a cross between poppy seed dressing with the sweetness combined with a slight mustard/vinaigrette flavor. Hope they open more locations in other parts of town. Also, the cashier wears this beret and seriously his outfit and vibe looks like a "golden boy." I don't even know what that means but, if there was a photo of a golden boy, his hat and outfit fits the vibe.

It smelled heavenly, but the real magic happened when I put the fork in the bunch! Smokin' Sammich Is one of those places that's tucked in the back of a shopping center. But I'm telling you right here and now it is absolutely worth the hunt! I had read about this place online, saw some Instagram posts about it and decided it was about time for me to try it for myself. This is not one of those quick little snack places, this is when you are seriously hungry and need something to keep the wolf from the door. Everything looked so amazing on the menu, I really didn't know what to do. I opted for the bowl with noodles and rice, brisket, I paid extra to have the side of grilled pork belly, and it also came with a couple of egg rolls. I jumped into the egg rolls first, they were so good. At first I was a little put off because they seem so small, but in this case big things come in small packages! Packages! And the dipping sauce for the rolls, top notch! I had to use a lot of restraint, because I wanted to dig right in, but I wanted to taste the meat on its own, as that is the mark of a really good barbecue. I'll just say this, I would put this meat up against anyone in a competition! The brisket was fall apart tender, had great bark on it, and had just the right amount of smoke. It was still moist, and so flavorful. The pork belly was absolutely amazing. Like the brisket had great bark on it but was tender, and juicy on the inside. All I could think about while I was eating it was how awesome it would be on a cheeseburger. Let's talk about the rice and noodles. Most bowls use rice and or noodles as an afterthought. More of just a base to lay the meat on. Not this place. The rice was some of the best I've ever had. Had just the right amount of stickiness, and definitely tasted like it was just fresh cooked then and there. Same thing with the noodles. Absolutely flavorful and a great side dish. Okay, let's talk sauce. I brought home some of the spicy barbecue, as I like a little bit of heat with my sauce. And this one delivers in spades! Super delicious. Had just the right amount of heat at the back of my throat, and really complimented the meat without overpowering it. You could put this on the pork belly, the brisket or an old shoe.. anything would taste good with this sauce! Since I had rice, I knew I was going to want some of their teriyaki sauce. Wow! Just wow! You can tell this is not out of a jug from Costco. This stuff is homemade right there! Much like the spicy barbecue sauce, this had a little bit of a surprise kick to it. Definitely not overpowering and was an absolute joy to put on the rice and the noodles! Bottom line? This is going to be my go-to sandwich place for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to go back and try everything on the menu at least once. If you were ever in the area and you didn't stop by to get something here, then shame on you!

It's a casual restaurant, and it was quiet inside. I would definitely recommend trying out trying Smokin Sammich if you like BBQ, or Asian fusion food!
