He offered to send over two different pool techs the next morning and have our service completed at a heavily discounted rate. Our techs, Alex and Marlon, were wonderful and did a great job. After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.

Upon opening, when issues arise the technicians were quick to resolve any issues without need for secondary visits. The closing is equally as good. The weekly cleaning and chemical balancing usually leaves us with a crystal clear pool. Again, a testament to the technicians ability and care. Over the years, we had a few major issues with our in-ground pool as well. Dario was always quick to respond and help to oversee repairs and helped with recommendations for 3rd party contractors (concrete repair and marble dusting ). I called big blue Pools and talked to the owner and explain the situation to her. She gave me a very reasonable price, which I paid for and scheduled the very next day a service call to his house. The Service crew that she sent the house was so accommodating to this disabled friend of mine. He was very impressed. They did an excellent job in the backyard covering the pool with plenty of water bags to make sure it lasted throughout the year. Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.
