They registered the car for me & called me a day before it was supposed to be ready to let me know I could pick it up. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! The shipper was denied pick up after I had already been told it was ready by the dealership. I had to eat the deposit of 950 dollars. The vehicle didn't even get to me until April. So on top of the $2900 it cost to ship I had to pay the additional $950 deposit for the denied pick up. NATE the finance manager and FRANK the salesman both told me that the dealership would reimburse me for the deposit. Well it's now June and I still haven't received the plates (no dealer plates either) or registration.and im now being told that there were hidden fees and I won't be getting the reimbursement I was promised and deserve.
