Wow. Been getting delivered to our place for a year with no issues. Had great service. Always treated them awesome. Tonight they call to tell me (with a large group waiting) they no longer deliver to us. I offered an extra tip- which I did for one last delivery. It arrived, he was in a hurry and not friendly... tipped great anyway. Only to realize the order was totally wrong. Jalepenos instead of pineapple- seriously? What the heck, Fatte's?! I like your pizza but not tonight. Pizza was not cooked through, literally dough. The toppings were not assembled well with no sense of proportion. There was so much onion, it was overwhelming, especially raw. It's like they piled double of everything on raw dough. SO YUMMY. We ordered two large pizzas with pepperoni and mushroom; and jalapeno and pineapple. The young man was so kind in the front, and the workers behind him were working so hard. It was pretty warm in there so I felt bad that they were working hard in that temp or maybe there was A/C cold air blowing their way. Another great thing is that they offered paper plates, parms&peps, and napkins. They also offer ranch at . 50 cents each which is reasonable. Our go to for pizza cravings. We always order lite bake since we like our crust a bit doughy. Seems to be ran by youngsters but seems they're getting trained well and they're pretty good with customer service. I don't agree with their refund policy if you're not satisfied with the product, but it's rare that we're not satisfied. Been ordering here for over a decade. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. Everyone working here is rude, the girls are wearing skimpy shirts and the cooks don't pay attention to how a pizza is supposed to be cooked or what the order says because they are too distracted. They aren't apologetic when the screw up an order they make it seem like it's your problem. I would definitely go elsewhere to order a pizza. Honestly dominos pizza would be better than this and at least they took a lesson on customer service and how to treat others. Go anywhere but here. Lactose intolerant. Ordered a sub online and picked out all my toppings. Picked up my order and got home to dig in. Sandwich was covered in melted cheese on the inside. I did not specify any cheese in my order. Called the store and was told I would have to bring my sandwich back and they would make me a new one. We ordered a pizza on line. The online system stated that it would take 45 minutes to a hour. It took an hour and 45 minutes plus for our pizza to be delivered. When we called to check to see when it would be delivered , we ended up finding out they took our order to the wrong address and had to do a do over. Very bad customer service with the phone teller Dasha to the Manager Boulevard. So very disappointed that I was not taken care of as a customer. Placed a phone order with Dasha and when she repeated the order it was incorrect so I repeated my order again and had her repeat the order back to me and I agreed and paid for my order. Order came incorrect as it was missing our second salad and a Sprit Soda. Called them back as I wanted to be compensated for the incorrect order that was repeated twice. Was informed that this was my error and that I would need to pay for the salad and soda which made me ask for the manager Boulevard and he repeated the same line that it was my fault that Dasha was not paying enough attention to what I was ordering and she had my order incorrect even after repeating correctly back to me correctly as to what I wanted. Asked for contact information of the owner and was told that they would not give it to me nor would they guarantee that the owner would call me. They disparately need some customer service training meetings for their full staffing as this should have never happened. Great deal for 2 small Unlimited toppings pizzas. For under $20 I fed my family of 4. I can customize it so that half is for us grown ups and half kid friendly. I use the online order form and can walk right in to pick up or have it delivered. I save this order has my favorite and with a few clicks I can reorder it time after time and specify if I need it ASAP or at a certain time- I can pay online or in store. They sure have made it easy- no more calling time after time until you could get thru. read more

Avoid! What incredibly rude customer service! Don't waste your time here. Called in an order 40 mins prior to pick up, showed up..the kid says they forgot to put my order in. Then I ask him to cancel and return the charge on the card and he seemingly ignored me until I had to pull the manager to ask for a receipt of the cancelation, btw, that kid also has 0 customer service skills. Considering how the COVID situation is going in this county I am extremely hesitant to order from them in the future if this is how they are treating the health and safety of customers.
