Ok pizza but these college kids need a manager. Visited on a Saturday night around 10pm and it was literally just a bunch of college kids running the place and nobody was in a hurry. Ice dispenser was out so we had to use the scoop in the ice maker (pretty sure that's a health code violation). Diet Coke was out - had to ask them to refill syrup. Ordered two large pizzas and the 2nd came out about 15 minutes after the first. Had to ask them to replace toilet paper in the bathroom. Geez, people! The one positive...the pizza was pretty good. But definitely won't be back because everything else was so frustrating. read more

I am a regular customer at Fatty's but as of today I won't spend another dime at Fatty's downtown the Lady was very racist today and she was very rude in front of my children and she was acting like she was on drugs I never seen her a day in my life but she was a big girl she was White and very rude she kept hanging up the phone in my face when I was trying to place my children order she claimed to be the manager but long as she's the manager the business will continue to go down I recorded her behavior as she was being rude and talking aggressive to me her behavior was unacceptable she was very rude and her attitude is a disgrace I have never experienced this at Fatty's and the white young ladies making the pizza was laughing at her behavior as if it was cute very pathetic. read more

We ate here during the cherry blossom festival. It was a takeout order. Three of us ordered three different calzones and all three of us said it was the best calzone we had ever eaten. This is coming from two international travelers and one that has been all over the country. The vibe in the place was fantastic. read more

Fatty's is my all-time FAVORITE pizza place around. Their pizzas have plenty of toppings, their menu is quite expansive, and their staff is always friendly! If you have a sweet tooth, their chocolate chip cookie pie will not only satisfy your craving for something sweet, but the leftovers (if there is any) are always good the second go round. It's always nice to read the personalized quotes written on the inside of your pizza box as well. It's a cute personal touch!! read more

I was there at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon, so it was the height of lunch. I ordered pizza and wings for a client of mine. With the tip, it was $80. It took nearly 50 minutes to get my order. The sad part is after about 35 minutes when I asked about my order they realized that they hadn't made it. So they started making my pizzas and wings only after I mentioned it 35 minutes after placing the order. Every person either in front of me in line or behind me in line, including one couple that came in 10 minutes after I placed my order, every single one, had received their order, eaten it and left before I received my order. I asked for a manager to contact me and left a #. It has been nearly a week and that has not happened either. Never again! read more

Ordered pickup. Pepperoni with extra pepperoni and 10pc teriyaki wings. Disappointing, did not have the extra pepperoni as requested and paid for. Upon arrival to pickup, the wings were not ready. The crust and sauce were ok but not great. The crust was actually a little tough. I will not be going back. read more

Ordered my food at 9:48 PM. Was sent an email saying it would be ready atb10:48 PM. Arrived at 10:50 PM. Was told pizza wasn't even started because the person "didn't look at the screen". The only reason this gets 2 stars is because I've mostly had excellent service and food here. But this last time I placed an order online at 7:21 for pickup. I arrived at the store at 7:50 and the person said the order hasn't been cooked because "we didn't charge up the iPad that shows online orders". So I ask her when the order will be fixed and she says it will be 35 minutes. I asked for a refund and the other lady says "you have to go thru Chow Now". This is ridiculous because I placed an order on their website. It's not my fault that you forgot to plug up the iPad or that you use a third party vendor to take online payments. The staff wasn't apologetic or understanding of the inconvenience. It took ChowNow to facilitate the refund. I doubt I'll visit this location again... read more

Visited Fatty's with a large group of coworkers. Service was prompt and the food was great! Wings were pretty tasty...medium wasn't too spicy and the sauce was perfectly tangy...loved the lemon pepper! Supreme pizza was fabulous with the perfect amount of sauce and tasty toppings. I called in an order, waited the 35 mins to get there like she said, got there and they hadn't started my order. she said 15 mins. 20 minutes later another man comes in with the same name as his order. She had my order under a different name. She told the people making the pizzas mine was under the different name. 10 mins later the other person with the same order name gets his order... i wait a few more minutes and ask the girl where my pizza was. she asked the others and they responded with "we are going to make it AFTER this order. " i was there for 35-40 minutes and walked out of there without any food. The owner has promised a call for 2 days now. NOTHING. will NOT be going back. Fatty's pizza is my favorite place to get pizza in Macon. I have only been here twice and the experience has always been great. They recently opened and always seems to be pretty popular! They customer service is great too. My boyfriend and I was deciding on which pizza to get ( him wanting carnivore and I wanting supreme ) and they offered to do 1/2 and 1/2 for us with no extra charge. I found the name of their pizza pretty funny. PETA was the name of their veggie pizza and carnivore was their meat pizza! My favorite pizza is the supreme. It's covered in onions, green peppers, sausage, mushrooms and pepperoni. They chopped the topping into little bits and it's amazing. Instead of getting big chunks of veggies in one bite and meat in another, you get a taste of everything in each bite! The dough and crust is so flavorful too, I think they cover it on some sort of seasoned butter so I look forward to eating the crust after each slice. I tried a slice of my boyfriend's carnivore pizza and it was too meaty for me!! (Which is perfect for anyone who wants only meat) I am just use to having both meat and veggies on my pizza but it was delicious regardless. We didn't get the dessert knots this time but we did get it last time and it was great but a little over priced for a few knots which was $5.99 but a very nice dessert! Overall friendly staff, delicious pizza and desserts, great atmosphere all around. They have both indoor and outdoor seating ( both front and back ). Our first visit was disappointing. Problems with the oven timer and soft drink machine. Overpriced garlic knots [$7 for 7 small "parker house roll" style knots with minimal garlic butter; rather flavorless calzones with cheap, extended meat toppings [note: made without ricotta] both served with icey cold marinara. I appreciated that the pizza cooks were wearing masks as well as gloves. Too bad the owner(?)manager(?) wandering into the cooking area phone in hand, and touching various food containers was wearing neither. Nor was her hair restrained. Evan if there were no pandemic, that would be gross. As was the nasty, slick floor and uncleaned glass door. The cooks were also more engaging and interested in customer satisfaction than was the cashier, who had a mask on her chin. We'll come back... if the cooks get full run of the place. read more

I have use fatties pizza 3 times since moving here and every time they do not follow the order I need double the sauce for health reasons and I put that in there I need extra cheese for the same reason none of the time said they botheted following any of the orders. I gave them 3 times and I'm not give anymore chances. The 1st time the pizza was not cooked enough. The cinnamon knots were overcooked and dry. They barely give you any saw she might as well go to Walmart and buy your own tub of cream cheese frosting it's much cheaper. Again a simple $10 pizza ended up costing me almost $30 if you want to charge extra for things that's fine but at least provide them so if you want your small business to continue then start helping the small people that are trying to help you never again will I use them read more

The pizza here was delicious!!! We ordered two 16" pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, and an order of cheese breadsticks, it did take a while to get the pizza and took even longer to get the cheese breadsticks. This was our first time here. We came in at around midnight last Saturday. Service was fine. Pizza tasted good. BUT while we were waiting on our pizza, I saw a girl getting the pizza dough from the oven and she totally DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR! She was talking to the waitress, got distracted and that happened. It happens, right? But what did they do? She laughed, and the waitress just PICKED IT UP FROM THE FLOOR AND JUST PLACED IT BACK IN THE OVEN!! Seriously? I got pissed. So disgusting. I would say this is just your average mediocre pizza spot. The wait time was awhile because their night crew appears to be pretty disorganized. We had to keep asking the status of our order to keep them on their toes (I believe they almost forgot about us). We ordered "The big cheese" with pineapple and an order of their garlic kinks (bread sticks). The pizza was good but not better than Pizza Hut in my opinion and the garlic kinks although had good flavor, were slightly over cooked. This pizzeria is AMAZING. The atmosphere was great. Definitely somewhere to take the kids or friends to hangout. The pizza was made fresh just for 2 slices. We got supreme 2 slices and a drink to share. 10 wings half Mikes sauce and the other half Dirty south. They were both DELICIOUS. The cannolis tasted great, creamy and the pastry shell was perfect solid but not flaky. Ricotta in the recipe. We will be coming back many times.
