I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. I had a great experience with On Demand Pest Control. We called them out because we were hearing…read morenoises in our ceiling which we assumed were rats. When the technician showed up he did a walk around the house, popped up on the roof and also had a look in our attic to see what was going on. He found droppings and confirmed that we did indeed have a rat issue. They left traps and trail cams to video the rodent activity in the attic and sealed up all the places where the rats could be getting in from. It's been a few weeks since the service and we haven't heard anything in our ceiling since On Demand finished up. I put a trail cam with some bait in the attic to lure any stragglers but I haven't seen any evidence of activity so it looks like they got them all!!
