All Broward Animal Removal did not take care of business, and then were very rude when trying to follow up with them. I'm not sure why the conversation happened as it did, but I will never ATTEMPT to use the service again, and will implore others to find other options. Mark is both rude, dismissive, and obviously not very good at his job. It makes me sick to think of how he must have treated other animals leading to this point, and how many have died due to his negligence in getting them to safety. He soon discover that we not only had one possum but seven (som and six babies!) living in our garage! They were really mean looking so I am so glad I did not have to see them. I wish I could give less than one star…read more The short of it: After nearly three weeks and three home inspections, Hugh Turner informed us that they would not tent our 3/2 home. Their reason was because of a few ferns and a temporary trellis. The full story: An inspector from Hugh Turner showed up exactly when they were scheduled to and was very professional and courteous. We walked the property and spoke about all of the preparations needed to tent, including the clearing of a small alley that is overgrown with ferns and the need to detach a trellis from the wall of our house. He took measurements and went on his way. After a week with no response, we called their office to find out about the quote. They didn't know who was at our house to inspect, and they would look into it. The next day the same employee showed up at the house and informed us they had lost his measurements. He remeasured the property and left. Another weekend passes and Monday brings a new employee to our door to measure the property, again. He promises a quote within 24 hours and measures our property for the third time. The following day, we receive a message saying they won't tent because of ferns and a trellis. I called the office to discuss, and they will not discuss the property any further. When I remind the employee on the phone that the trellis and ferns will be removed before tenting, she replies that they can't tent with the foliage and trellis in place. We go in circles of "we will remove the foiliage and trellis" with the response something to the effect of "we can't do it with the foliage and trellis in place". After two trips around this nonsensical merry go round, I hung up. Save yourself the time, effort, and money. Call anyone else.

Which i find highly unprofessional as thats the cost of doing business on yelp or any other similar site. If a company does not want to pay for leads they shouldn't blame the customer as we do not run their company nor do we know the terms between them and yelp. So they would be best to keep their mouth closed on such things. Bottom line, I would be careful dealing with this company as based on all this they do not seem to know how to be professional and understand how business is done.

We recently discovered that we had termites in the fascia board of our house. After submitting a…read morequote on Yelp for termite extermination, this was one of the companies that responded. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with.
