I had been considering a Mustang Mach-E for a while, and after "test driving" one at the Auto Show,…read moreI was even more convinced it was the right choice. I signed up to be contacted by Ford, and the follow-up came quickly. Less than a week later, I was test driving a 2025 at McCarthy Ford. Overall, I had a positive experience. I understand car sales can be demanding, but the energy when I first walked in felt a bit unwelcoming. My salesman, 'Rodney', was very straightforward but also personable and funny, which made the process more comfortable. I did notice a shift in energy once it became clear that I was serious about making a purchase. The Sales Manager was also very pleasant to work with. Nothing but good things to say about both individuals. While I know my deal may not have been the absolute best possible, I'm still satisfied with my purchase and happy with my overall experience. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 because of a separate experience involving a family member. Shortly after my visit, they went in to look at cars and left feeling belittled by a different salesman (Bill). They're younger, and this would have been their first major "grown-up" purchase. That kind of experience can really discourage someone, and it was disappointing to hear that were treated that way. Kevin from the Service department was also very nice when I went in for my recall services. I would recommend this dealer to other friends and family - and to request 'Rodney'!

Owner is always there, always checking on things and always making sure his customers get quality work for a fair price. Place is always so busy but the guys are always hustling to get cars in the bays as fast as possible. The owners little 16 year old son in running outside and moving cars and answering phones. I highly recommend not going here for any repairs, Especially a radiator. I had my radiator go bad…read morearound Halloween of 2018. I took my car to this local radiator shop since my go to shop was busy (1 mile south of this location) on 11-2-18. I hoped they would be good since it appears it's their "speciality". So I paid an arm and a leg and got my car back. I drive to work the next day and I'm leaking coolant. I go back and they said there was an issue with the cap (on a "new" radiator). So they "fixed" it. Within a week (11-12-18) On the way to work, I pull into my parking garage, and now my car is smoking! I look down the ramp and there's a trail of coolant (pic below). Pop the hood and coolant is everywhere! Blown hose! I guess I should've made sure new hoses would be installed with a new radiator. So I paid more money for them to fix the hoses. Fast forward just a year later... Coolant was leaking. I take it to another shop to look at it. They said the radiator appears to be bad. I mentioned it was a year old and they said it is probably defective or a cheap brand. I call this place (11-12-19) and they say they can probably warranty the part but not the labor. I mention the fact that my car was back 3 times (between 11-2-19 & 11-12-19) before they got it working right, couldn't that extend my warranty by a week ? Nope! Can't do anything about the labor says the owner. Way to back your product and work. I was supposed to take it in tomorrow, but I don't think I want to waste my time and money on at a dishonest place that doesn't back their work. Guess I'll go somewhere else and get a repair done that'll last. Not one that will coincidentally fail after a year. Just to add, I have a used car which means many repairs. This is literally the only time in my 6 years of owning this car that I had to go back for a repair. Lesson learned and I wouldn't be surprised if this place doesn't last much longer. Especially after reading some of these other reviews of incompetent work.
