I wanted to try something different and heard about this new Crepe place. It was hard to choose between something sweet or savory. I ordered the Chicken Florentine it comes with chicken, cheese, and spinach drizzled with Ranch. I thought it was very good a very filling. Fay's is a really small shop located at Easton by the outdoor train set. I know I will try something sweet on my next visit. Also, they have chicken and waffles I will most likely give those a try. I love Fay's Crepe since they were first open the little stand in the Polaris Mall. This is my first time visiting since they moved to the Easton Town Center. Their store front is simple and clean. As you order, you will see your food freshly prepare. They have both sweet and savory option for crepe or waffle. I love the Strawberry & Cream as it is not overly sweet. It topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry ice cream and drizzle of strawberry syrup and powered sugar. I always prefer the sweet than the savory option. But may need to try their Chicken & Waffle next time, it looks super good read more

It's a bit of a walk to this corner stall on the side of Brio, but it's part of the adventure. Inside there is no seating just a waiting area to place orders for either crepes or waffles. There are both savory and sweet options available. The new Philly option is quite filling but the shredded cheese on top doesn't have quite the melt that a traditional sandwich would. The waffle was a star. Seating outside is on wobbly chairs and metal tables. The mango drink was quite sweet and cold. The raspberry lemonade was a refreshing delight. read more

I didn't even want to post this, tried to reach out privately but now I have to because on top of the phone going to voicemail and the mailbox being full the email on their website is not even valid (see proof attached)! I went in tonight for the first time and ordered a "create your own crepe" with Nutella, strawberries and raspberries. Not only did they triple check what I asked for because the girl who took my order (didn't write down or punch in) had in her mind that I said blueberries, which I didn't I said raspberries, and the other two heard me say raspberries but the guy still ended up giving me blueberries instead when I made it clear as day. At first I was told them it's ok, to not waste food remaking it so they said they would give me a discount (it was a $1). Then I get home and see there is no Nutella on my crepe just a little bit of whipped cream. Also the batter seemed to have a little too much nutmeg, very overpowering. It was not was not a good experience at all from the time I walked in. No one even greeted or acknowledged me for a good minute or two when I walked in. This little spot is wonderful! I had the strawberries and cream and it was well worth it. They have so many selections from desert to savory items on the menu. I don't have time to try them all and quite honestly after the desert I had I don't think my blood sugar could take it!!! I highly recommend that if you're in town to stop in and give it a try! No coffee? They do not serve coffee with breakfast food. How does this make any sense whatsoever? I ordered the waffle with strawberries, banana and Nutella. Plenty of fruit but the Nutella was sparse at best. The waffle was cold and dry. I'm still puzzling over the no coffee thing. While on a date at Easton Towne Center, I decided to stop into this establishment to check it out. The ambiance is great, and it definitely catches your attention if you find yourself on that side of the center. When we entered the establishment, we were greeted by the pleasant staff and instructed on how to order. We asked the staff what they would recommend for us to try on our first visit--the waffles with the strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and whip cream. I was a little hesitant due to this place being known for crepes to get the waffles, but all I can say is that the choice was an excellent one. The waffle balanced out the other toppings involved because it was not overly sweet but savory; it was cooked to perfection with a slightly crispy outer layer just the way I like it. I also tried the pineapple fresher; I really enjoyed this beverage. My only complaint would be is that I wished that they had some larger sizes. Fay's Crapes looks like a fantastic place to eat. It took a bit long to get our food (20 min) and the savory flavors on the veggie crape weren't... expected. Lots of Mayo, for some reason. Ordered through DoorDash. Received the wrong crepe. Ordered Nutella, banana, and strawberry and received strawberry only. Very bland. The ice cream that came with it tasted weird. Like cheap ice cream. My daughter got the cookies and cream crepe and it says it has Nutella inside the crepe. No Nutella in this order. I do not recommend ordering them for delivery either. Went here over the weekend and was sorry I did. The crepes were like rubber. Crepes should be light and a bit crisp on the edges. These were like thin rubber. Hard to cut. And the people working behind the counter were clueless. It was chaotic and unorganized with only two people waiting in line.
