I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fazoli's of Clermont. I've been a frequent visitor some dine in take out mostly. Really and I must say, the experience to me can somewhat erratic. From time to time when I walk in, I'm greeted warmly by the friendly staff. I figure that to be normal for the crew up front. What strikes me most after have my order taken is waiting for my food and getting it. It's an ever-shifting experience when to my continual visits. It'll be times where the food comes quickly than normal and the preparation of the dishes when I'm dining in compared seems totally different and I find that bewildering. Majority of my short time dining in there the dishes look thrown together as a rush of time. But then there's time where it looks to be put together like how I ordered when looking at the menu and that's the point of not mine but all that walk in that restaurant they look at the menu and expect that for the server to put on our table. I've taken the time when I've had my meals takeout to watch who in the kitchen cooking puts in that work to make the food seem edible and from noticing once a day they seemed to be busy that the young man in the back with the crazy hair and brooding eyes after watching his movement it seemed he was moving slow but I seen to-go orders and dine in just pile up the window he wasn't slow he was attentive he moved like he knew where to go back in forth with such a unemotional look on his face moving with muscle memory but all he mad looked how they should so I commend that young man for his maturity and thinking of the customer. I still enjoy eating in here. It's small but nice, I came in the other day dined in with no plans and just sat and ate watching Stuart little on the tv's they have up. When it's those customers who greet me and make me feel welcomed, and the workers in back making the food like they'd want to eat it I feel good and relax. read more

Very good food and pretty good prices! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the drive through can take a while sometimes, but it is worth it! The staff is nice too and the menu has a good range of choices! read more

I make better pasta dishes at home and cheaper. I was very disappointed. Not worth the effort to drive there.

If you wish to experience your child's cafeteria experience in the modern day, this is the place for you. Unfortunately you will have to pay a bit more. My 7 year old liked her pasta, though if you are an adult who has ever had a proper Caesar salad, I would not even dip a toe in those waters. Pizza? Should be a gimme, though save some "dough" and just go buy a frozen pizza...you'll be happier. Sodas were fine; always a plus. The main thing is the staff were nice and the manager understood our concerns and struck most items from our ticket. read more

Just had lunch at Fazoli's today on US27 in Clermont and tried their lunch specials. I had the ravioli plus a huge Caesar salad, Both were very good --- tasty and topped with plenty of cheese. An unlimited cold drink was included along with some tremendous garlic bread sticks. And we got refills in drinks and bread sticks. The staff was very efficient and friendly. We even had real stainless steel forks and not cheap plastic ones. We had lunch on the patio shaded by an umbrella and staff came outside on multiple occasions to see how we were doing. My wife had the lasagna lunch special with a side salad. My son had the Alfredo. All three of us commented on how good everything was. The total cost was $20.20 for all three of us. Just not my taste... I ordered a small spaghetti and meatballs meal. It came with bread sticks, salad, and a drink. I am sure many people like the spaghetti. It just wasn't what I like. It was more of a Bolognese flavor - a bit sweet. The bread sticks were decent, but had a decidedly yeast taste. The tea was good. The salad was the best part of the meal. The lettuce and veggies were crisp and served almost ice cold. If I come back I will try a different dressing. The Italian was a bit acidic and sour to me. The interior was very clean and the staff was sweet and helpful. I think I will try them again sometime to see if there is something on the menu I like. read more

I used to go to Fazoli's growing up and I was so excited to see this open up nearby. The service was spectacular. They had people walking regularly to take care of any need we had. The food was hot and delicious, and we got all of our favorites to share because they had such great specials. We were so impressed and will definitely be back soon! read more

They offer good food and good menu but my plates were dirty... gross. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and a peanut butter cheesecake and my plate for my fettuccine Alfredo still had food from the previous person on it that I could wipe off with my finger. There was also a hair on my cheesecake plate. read more

I was excited to try this place because I was expecting the food to taste like real New York Italian restaurant quality and boy was I disappointed. I ordered the baked Ziti and it tasted like unseasoned tomato sauce, pasta and cheese-Period! No bells and No whistles. The breadsticks were delicious so I literally had breadsticks for dinner. I can now say I tried it but I will not be returning for seconds. read more

This Plae is amazing it may be fast food but it is good

First time there and was no better than a TV dinner. We ordered Spaghetti and meat balls and chicken Parm and like I said, tasted like a TV dinner. This was at 9:00 pm will try one more time earlier in the day. read more

7 of us stumbled upon this Fazoli's and were so delighted to experience it. I don't think we were expecting much, but this place was great. The service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We were all super impressed. Literally my only complaint was that they served Pepsi products. Nobody wants Pepsi. read more

Not impressed. We ordered tonight and they got our Door Dash order completely wrong. My husband ordered the ultimate sampler and it came with no meat. I ordered the vegetarian baked spaghetti and it came with meat. The chicken in the chicken parm was stale and tough. The breadsticks were really stale too. Epic fail. You can tell the person preparing the order was on their cell phone or not paying attention. They need to pay attention! Get off your phones! We will never order from them again. So I was seeing ads for this new place that opened up in Clermont that had wings. Wasn't aware it served Italian food. So me and a family member decide to give it a go. Masks? No problem, we wore them. The staff was either fairly new at service or just didn't care. We had ordered wings, a pasta dish and a couple of salads. The salads did not come out. Yet we were clearly charged for them. So when we asked about our house salad and Ceasar salad they took their sweet time. Meanwhile we notice an odd moldy smell of dirty mop water that permeated the air. And the tables were either sticky or filthy. Finally the salads come out. A couple bowls of lettuce and packets of house special dressing. All that time and the salads were crap. But so was the wings and anemic looking pasta dish. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. Lousy set up. You order your food like it's fast food, sit down and wait for lousy service of lousy food. They have the nerve to brag about their two choices of wings. Just a horrible place. read more

This is a great fast food option for Italian. The fettuccine Alfredo is great and the bread sticks are on point. Other sit down only Italian restaurants ahave a bit more flavor so that's my reason for 4 stars. Get their Lunch Special! read more

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Dawson. Super polite and checked up on us a lot throughout our dinner. Food was amazing!
