Disappointed. I was so happy to see this location open back up. The first few months they were open the food was hot, fresh and yummy. Over time it's gotten progressively worse. Long waits, cold food, smaller portions. The last time I had to remind them for my drinks, the kids meal was incorrect and the second helping of chicken I paid for on my chicken parmigiana was not there. Food was pretty much ok. Not surprising for fast Italian food. But i wouldn't have given it a 1 Star rating if it wasn't for the rude manager/supervisor at the time. Just in case their boss is reading this, it was the young African American lady. We told her as we approached the counter that it was our first time there. Don't know if she heard us because she gave no reaction. Mind you it was not busy. We asked about the menu and for recommendations and she really didn't sound enthusiastic about any of their dishes. So we chose something just based on pictures. Because of her our first encounter was horrible and the food didn't win me over enough to overcome her attitude. I wanted pasta for dinner tonight and finally decided on trying Fazoli. I remember there was one in Rancho Cucamonga on Milliken and one in Chino Hills. So here I go. I was greeted by 2 cashier/servers. One asked if I was ready to order and I stated I needed a few minutes. I perused the take out menu & spotted the specialty baked pastas. 09 spicy penne pasta with chicken or sausage, spinach and garlic sauteed mushrooms. Ruth took my order, friendly service & cashier. She asked if I would like to make it a combo of either a slice of pizza, 2 types of salad & a drink. Sure! I added the house salad your basic garden salad & regular drink. My salad was brought to me as well as all you can eat bread sticks. A generous 1st portion 4 warm bread sticks. Then a couple of minutes my baked pasta. Yummm just the right amount of sauce with al dente penne, chunks of chicken and mushrooms. There was no spinach but that's ok the pasta was still delicious. Sauce was like pink vodka sauce spiced up with a lil chilies or peppers. A good zing not too spicy. I almost ate 1/2 bit got full so I asked for a togo box and bag for the leftover bread. You can bus your own table or leave dishes on table. I bused my own. Overall pasta is good and service excellent. Yes I will be back. I'd rather eat in then take out or drive thru which is a nice option. read more

So my husband and I decided to try Fazoli's. Asked for a house salad which is suppose to be lettuce, grape tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. Well it looks nothing like that. My husband ordered Chicken Carbonara broccoli wow 3 pieces and one is a stem. The chicken was dry. I called to talk to the manager regarding the salad and the meal. Jacqueline the manager got on the phone. Someone needs to have her go back into training to learn how to speak to customers. She said when we run out of stuff we substituted. Wow you substituted everything. No grape tomatoes, no red onion and no mozzarella. Just call it a crappy house salad that I can get somewhere else. Then I said why wasn't I told about the substitution she said I just told you. I said why wasn't it said at time of ordering. She then stated I didn't take your order and can I help you with something else. I stated you didn't help with anything. No I'm sorry let me make it up to you next time. Definitely would not return to this establishment and if corporate is reading this you really need to send Jacqueline back to management training. If this is how is suppose to handle customers complaints and try to bring them back to make it better. You have failed. In this time when everyone is getting take out, this is your best. Ordered the pepperoni pizza breadsticks and after eating about 3/6 I noticed a hair underneath the cheese,like melted with it. So disappointed. Went to this location. Saw that they were finally open. Came in on a Saturday evening. Very clean inside. Very polite staff. They had a lot of staff which was nice. Polite lady kept going around offering more breadsticks to everyone sitting in the lobby. Our food was out pretty quick. And the price was pretty good. Both my husband and I order and was roughly $10 each with drink entree and salad. Downloaded there app for rewards points and free lunch! Will be back. Thanks for great service. read more

Decided to try this place when I saw it on doordash. I love pasta and it seemed like an Olive Garden type. I love the breadsticks, it had good flavor. Our food was still warm when we got it for delivery. I got the ultimate sampler and my bf got the chicken carbonara. The penne noodles in my sampler seemed to not be cooked for that long. It was kind of hard and chewy. I enjoyed the Alfredo and lasagna. The spaghetti didn't have enough sauce and the meatball tasted dry. We also got a cesar salad to dry and the dressing didn't taste like cesar dressing at all, it had a sour taste to it. We also got the snack meatball sandwich which needed just more sauce for flavor. This place isn't so bad but it wouldn't be my go to. read more

Ehh if I was really hungry, this would be okay...but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. It honestly was kind of a disappointment, just glorified frozen dinners is what our entrees tasted like. We had 4, the chicken Parmesan, lasagna, chicken carbonara, and the chicken pesto basil penne pasta entree. They all were just meh, including the side of meatballs we got. No one finished their food and we threw the rest away. I will say their breadsticks are at least better than Olive Garden's, and they do carry slices of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake...probably the only plus I see or reason to go back...a dessert craving. read more

Honestly, I don't understand why it is so hard to get my order right. I didn't think it would be that difficult to make the Baked Chicken Parmigiano with fettuccine alfredo instead of spaghetti and marinara. I guess it's my fault for trying to substitute a different kind of noodle and sauce. And if you don't understand the order then you should probably clarify instead of assuming. I was intrigued to see a drive through Italian place. Meatballs - this is those Costco frozen meatballs in cheap pasta sauce with some cheese on top. It was nasty Baked ziti - this was poorly cooked pasta with the same sauce and some cheese on top. No ricotta. I can't believe this place is still in business. After reading reviews that the food is too salty I wish I had listened and not purchased dinner at this facility. The food was so salty we could not finish our meals. Even my husband who puts a lot of salt on everything did not eat his dinner because he said it was too salty. I'm surprised that they continue to use too much salt in their recipes despite all the negative reviews. Well I went back even after the last time I had terrible customer service. I went through drive-through and ordered my meal. When I got to the window and after I paid I saw that there was a coupon that you could get 6 breadsticks for free only goid til 1/3/2021 (2 days later) and I had asked the girl at the window which ended up being the manager Angie if I could redeem this coupon and she looked at me and said "I would have to cancel out your whole order in and re ring it in so no I can't do that." Whatever happened to true customer service? It would've taken a minute or two to re ring it in and you'd have a happy customer but instead you refused to just honor the rewards ...really how much does it cost for 6 breadsticks that you offered for free? Well I hope it was worth losing a regular customer. read more
