(Follow-up: Pepsi machines fixed.) A Midwest fave -- expect hearty portions, strong seasoning & aromatic marinara. In general, the sauces here are punchier & more flavorful than pricier chains, alongside delicious fetuccini & pasta bakes with spicy sun dried tomato dressing & veggie (broccoli, mushroom) mix-ins. They have excellent Italian subs and a chicken salad with Parmesan cheese breaded chicken, bacon & pepperonis with croutons made from charred breadsticks alongside onions, carrots, tomato's... and their famous Honey French dressing! You can combo most things to add a side salad or pizza slice. Cashier/ servers Shelley, Ruth, cooks & staff are incredible. Warm, quick & constantly turning first timers to regulars. The lobby is cozy & relaxed. Fazoli's has been a constant regular stop for my family in Ohio & now in Cali.

Is this place going to bring you back to Italy, no! Is it comparable & so much cheaper than Olive Garden, YES! I only knew of Fazolis because of TikTok! There was a video that had people comment on restaurants they missed and someone mentioned Fazoli's. So I did a quick google search and found out there is only ONE in California! On Thursdays they have $4 dollars off the Family meal pack. It comes with 2 large pastas and 8 breadsticks, which only cost us $25!! Added bonus... dine in and you get to ask for more breadsticks!! The food is good, the breadsticks taste like the ones from Olive Garden. I mean it could be better but this is suppose to be Italian fast food. Another big plus, they have a drive thru!! So yes, price, quantity, convenience gives them a 5 star from me. Please come out and support and keep them in business!!!

I tried Fazioli's last night for the first time and Andrew helped me have such a positive and enjoyable nourishing experience! Andrew was a wonderful Host and his warm and genuinely friendly essence put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Andrew kindly gave me a few minutes with the Menu, helped me make an informed decision to capitalize on a fantastic Seasonal Special which includes both House Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo for just $6.99, and helped me upgrade my dinner to a meal which included a refreshing Fountain Beverage and a delicious colorful garden salad for just $4.99 more! Andrew was so courteous in getting me my Salad and Beverage cup right away to start happily pre gaming for my dinner! I selected the Italian Vinaigrette Dressing to go with my Salad and deliciously fun Tropicana Fruit Punch for my drink. I love how the Beverage and Condiment station was so well stocked with plenty of straws, to go utensils, clean Silverware, and neatly organized Fresh Parmesan and Pepper Flake Shakers! Fazioli's definitely models the Italian principle of " Buen Figueroa" in their Cave which means leaving the best possible first impression through high quality polished and elegant presentation :0) All the Tables and booths were super clean and inviting, and there were lots of Intentionally Artfully Chic and Romantically Charming Decorations to illuminate the Dining Ambiance as well! I settled in a booth directly facing the TV and got happily tickled watching Chuck Norris take care of business and reminding me why he is one of my favorite Spirit Animals in life :0) Andrew brought me out fresh Breadsticks from the oven as soon as they were ready and they were SO marvelously scrumptious and paired perfectly with my salad! My Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo duo arrived shortly after too and it was served piping hot with rich and satisfying flavors as well. Throughout my dinner Andrew continued being a terrific Professional and used his time as a Front of the House Guardian well by sweeping and tidying up the dining room, taking and presenting to go orders quickly with a warm and gracious attitude, and kindly offering to refill my drink before closing down the beverage station! The bathrooms were super clean and comfortable as well and seeing the staff work together with a happy and pleasant culture of trusting camraderie made the Vibrations of the Cave feel extra comfortable and relaxing too ;0) Thank you Team Fazioli's for such a fun and satisfying first time experience anf I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area! This was my first time coming here and I was instantly impressed with the prices. Everything was pretty affordable and customer service here was outstanding. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The food was ready fast and was very tasty. If you're looking for an affordable and delicious Italian food place, then I highly recommend this place.

When you're hungry for spaghetti and you're too lazy to cook it for yourself, jump in the car and roll on down to Fazoli's. They'll whip it up in a jiffy. You may not be lazy like I was. More likely, you're probably extremely busy and don't have the time or patience to slave over a hot stove. Whatever the case, delicious pasta is waiting for you. I was feeling a bit lonely, so rather than using the drive-thru, I decided to order my take-out inside. I have fun interacting with people, especially if they have a sense of humor. The folks inside didn't disappoint. The young man who took my order was personable and efficient. I told the guy that I just wanted some spaghetti and meatballs. I know, pretty boring, but I was feeling nostalgic. A healthy plate of noodles reminds me of my youth. Sitting around the table with my sister and countless brothers, all vying for the last slice of garlic bread to sop up the sauce. Those were the days. Of course, I never got that last slice as I was way down the totem pole in the sibling hierarchy. But at Fazoli's, the last slice is no longer a struggle as the breadsticks are unlimited. You could build a log cabin if you want. For me, it's much better to eat than to build. So anyway, the guy behind the counter said, "Of course we can get you spaghetti and meatballs." With that, I heard a voice come from the kitchen."Uh, we're out of meatballs " out of meatballs? What the heck? Then I heard just joking, just joking. We all had a good laugh. I could tell that these folks enjoyed their job. It lifts ones spirit to encounter such good people. My order took no time at all to prepare. I barely had time to sit down when I heard, "Your order is ready, sir." Dang! That was quick! Of course, the food was good. Just like mom used to make, and my arm wasn't too short to reach the last hunk of bread. Quick Tip: When you visit, engage in conversation with the employees. Who knows, you just may make their day, or they yours. There could also be a little something extra when you pop that take-out lid. I was supposed to get three meatballs and two breadsticks. Take a look below. A picture is worth a thousand words.....or at least a couple of meatballs.

Typically I love this place. But I ordered the lunch meal and got the iced tea and the iced tea literally had a slimy mucus in it. I felt it and when I poured it out it literally poured out like you'd expect. Slimy and slow and thick. And had a bunch of nasty gunk at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting!!!! As I said. I liked this place but I Guess I'm done going there. Get it together fazolis!!! GROSS!!!!

It's been a while since I've been back and since i was in the area, have some lunch here. They have a daily lunch combo til 4pm. Comes with a drink and breadsticks. Choose the pene marinara with a side salad. There's a list of options you can choose from. For $9.49 it's a great value! I also wanna mention the service. There's is a tall young black gentleman that works here. I dinner in and sat in one of the booths waiting for my food. He brought my food out to me and asked if I needed anything else. I asked where is the parmesan cheese at. He pointed where the bottled where at buy told me not to leave, i will bring to you. This is the type of place we clean up after ourselves we're There's a trash area and a place to put our dirty utensils and plates in. This young gentleman went to every table and asked for their dirty dishes. After they left, immediately cleaned their table and swept the floor. His work ethics and a great positive attitude makes me wanna eat here more often and dine in too! The staff here is so friendly and treats you like family. Also, you have the convenience to order and pickup at their drive thru. Download their app as well to accumulate rewards points for free food and also special deals and offers.

I went to the drive thru I ordered the ultimate fettuccine and I was disappointed. The chicken was extremely salty witch made the pasta taste salty. I honestly only gave it a three star because this was my second visit my first visit was good, but as for this visit I wouldn't say it was good. This has got to be the worst pizza i've ever had I couldnt even finish eating it after 2 bites I had to throw it away They charge 5 bucks for 2 slices and it is the lowest tier pizza i've ever had This is lower than frozen store bought... the dough tasted raw and there was a void of flavor in the pizza.... The breadsticks were okay but wow that pizza was dog shit tier They needa just get that off the menu Feels like I was scammed and poisoned at the same time read more

Food is pretty good for a "fast food" stop. But I sat at the drive thru window for a while. I ordered two items, baked chicken parmigiana and chicken fettuccine alfredo. I don't expect five star service or instantaneous food but I waited at least 15 minutes at the window waiting for my food. Not extreme but excessive for fast food/drive thru standards. And all the while, I was watching several employees dilly dallying and horse playing. Two employees were play fighting and several other employees were standing around having conversations as the drive thru line got longer behind me. Overall 3 Stars for the food. -1 Star for the delay/service. read more

To everyone complaining about the wait... RELAX. They are newly opened, super busy, and are cooking up "healthier" food compared to oily fried foods or burgers. I actually love their pastas here. So much faster than making it at home. My favorite is the Ultimate Spaghetti. It comes with meatballs and mushrooms, yummy! I'm so happy a Fazoli's opened up in our neighborhood to be honest. I used to live in Chino Hills and had one there. Did you all know that there's only 2 Fazoli's in SoCal? Give this place a try. The prices are amazing and the food is simple yet delicious and a lot healthier than other fast food options. Y'all just need to be a little more patient. read more

I do hope to write a better follow up review. I was thinking, "Alright! A fast dinner option that's not fried chicken or pizza!" Now I get that they just opened and are probably still working out a few things. But on Friday I waited in the drive thru line for more than one hour! We saw several people walk in and out with their food in that time. I probably should have just went in. But you'd think they'd have someone informing customers to be prepared to wait an hour or more in line. Or offer some sort of...something. Or apologize for the wait. But they didn't. The food was good though. I got the ultimate fettuccine. It had bacon, mushrooms, broccoli and chicken.The breadsticks are buttery, soft and tasty. Everything tasted fresh, only my caesar salad consisted of lettuce and a sliver of parmesan. No croutons. read more

We decided to pop in and try it. Sinatra playing was a good start. But having something on the printed menu that wasn't actually available was a bad next step. Then finding the iced tea empty and the coke fountain with no syrup, well that's bad too. Yeah they could fill it, but keep up... Then the place is filthy. Floors are all dirty, tables are dirty... And the girl at the register had a huge bandage on her hand. Just not pleasant. Meatball sandwich was ok, but very average at best. read more

I heard soooo many good things about this place.. even standing in line waiting to order there were people talking about it. I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo - the chicken was rubbery and the sauce was dull. Not much flavor at all.. it wasn't good. My husband got the chicken Parmesan - it tasted like a Tyson frozen chicken patty. Maybe it was though since it's fast food? We got the baked spaghetti for my daughter - nothing special. The breadsticks were really good though! And they are generous with them. They also have really good customer service and keep a good amount of employees out cleaning up. It really wasn't what it was hyped up to be. I guess you can't expect much from a "fast food Italian" restaurant. I would honestly never go back. read more

I would give this place no stars but the app doesn't allow me to. If you are closed at least have the decency to let the 3 cars in the drive Thru know your closed. Especially when the Employees see us and said nothing. Sign on the door by the drive thru show open til 10 pm. Arrived at 9:01 pm. Waited for someone to ask for my order. Waited 5 min, yelled out hello waited a total 15 min and no one answered. My husband went inside to ask if their speaker wasn't working. The employees told him they were closed. If your closed why is your door open?? They were clueless to signs on the doors at their work place. This was the most disrespectful closing group I have ever experienced. This place will not be getting any business from me!!! read more

It was my first time here and my boyfriend hadn't been in over a decade. The staff was so friendly and welcomed us in. We got a bunch of different stuff to try and the gentleman (maybe the owner or the manager? Wish I got his name) explained what we could get as sides and what comes with breadsticks. They were so patient and nice! He also brought out our food and everything was so good! I was so impressed!! I can't wait to go back! Did the Drive through. The staff was nice and friendly did not have to wait very long to order to get our food. Only think I was not aware that the 3 Cheese raviolis had Bacon on them. We do not eat bacon and when we got home and seen that we had to throw it away. Waste of money. read more

First time there. BF and I decided to walk in due to long drive thru line. The cashier Whitney was horrible rude! Uhhh customer service seminar or classes please! No personality spoke like a robot. The way she handed me the receipt was rude and my BF signed it because he paid and she didn't see him sign so she said uhhhh you gotta sign with a rude tone. At first I thought over priced because of the amount of food and quality but now I think the customer service made it even worse. read more

I was actually pretty impressed obviously not real Italian but still a step above from Olive Garden (sorry not a huge fan of the OG lol). Their breadsticks are amazing!!! They did get my order wrong as I asked for chicken cabornara and I got chicken Parmesan but not even mad because it was really good. I know I know drive thru Italian food but give them a try. I suggest eating inside first see how you like the food :) read more

Me and the husband were craving Fazoli's, but we live a ways out. ETA was 9pm at closing time and had us concerned. We called ahead and spoke with Ruth who said they would wait for us! We rushed over and made it at 8:56pm with a few minutes to spare! Ruth and the boys took care of us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our impromptu dinner date! The staff was amazing... well everyone but the manager. He just walked around like he was bored. He would just stand in random places and suck on his teeth, yes mask was below where it should be. He had constant attitude not inviting at all.. maybe he should retire... he was an older gentleman.... We ordered beer and asked for a cold glass. He just shrugged and said you get what you get. One of the cashiers was like no problem I will take care of it! And she did! He didn't want to help his team at all.. then he ventures to open the door to stare at the cars in the drivethru. The food is just ok, nothing special. The breadsticks are amazing. Great customer service except the manager. With his attitude he will be the downfall of this location. read more

Disappointed. Food was good. Especially for the price. But what is dumb and ridiculous is their lunch special. Ok most people and businesses lunch hours at from 11am-3pm. Fazoli's lunch special ends at 11am. Yet they open at 10:30. So that means everyone has 30 minutes. I can see why it's empty all the time. read more

If you dine in or if you go inside and get it to go, it's fast. We got it to go and waited about 5 minutes or less. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo, Baked spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, and baked ziti. The Alfredo is watery and splashes but is okay. Baked spaghetti was good.. lasagna has a denseness to the middle. The breadsticks were great.. they're like lil Caesar's and Olive Garden had a baby. A little limp and floppy when you take them home, but delicious. The pizza reminded me a little of 7 eleven pizza.. maybe it's the packaging. I must say though I liked the baked ziti with meat sauce the best. I'm going to go back for that and the breadsticks. I ordered all this stuff and then took the time to look at the menu.. next time I'll get the family meal or 2 family meals. read more

Incredible, they're returning... even back to the same location that they vacated over a decade ago. They are not here yet, still under construction with a sign announcing they will be open soon. My wife is excited, she missed them after they left. They're not the best place for pasta but as fast food it's a great alternative for a quick, inexpensive meal. read more

No complaints here! Was excited to try this place after seeing the sign go up. Everything from the food to the service was great! Jen our server went above and beyond to make sure our group of 7 was comfortable. She made sure we all got our food and just provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Thank you Jen! I went with a bunch of friends and we all got a variety of meals. I didn't try the pizza, but everyone said it was pretty good. I had their fettuccine Alfredo it was quite tasty! BREADSTICKS, their breadsticks are so good! So garlicky, buttery and soft everything about them is delicious what's even better is, they're unlimited when you dine in!!! so awesome. We love to go to Fazoli's Italian restaurant. They always are receptive to altering our order to meet my dietary needs. I am allergic to cheese, so they always leave off the cheese on my spaghetti and make a special green salad without cheese. We LOVE the breadsticks, too! read more

Oh no! They have an impressive menu, very diverse. I like that you can order either large sushi rolls, or the smaller, Happy Hour, 5 pc. size so you can try more and not hate yourself as much when you waddle out the door. The rolls are beautifully made, made with very fresh ingredients, the ratio of rice to filling is perfect (i.e. not too much rice), and the rice is nicely flavored. Their tempura has great flavor, the poke salad is outstanding, the miso soup is rich, not watered down, but the biggest "prize" IMHO is the fish collar (kama), either salmon or hamachi. Here is where you separate the men from the boys. They do not sell old kama that has come from a food supplier's bag, frozen. They only use fresh, the same quality as their sushi, because it comes from the same whole fish they have selected to filet for sushi. Taste it and you know you have hit the jackpot. Before they broil it, they simply slather Japanese mayo on it and salt & pepper. There is something about the mayo that makes it sing a whole new tune. The kama is moist, tender, and comes with their tasty, house ponzu sauce. It's a real treat. Bonus points for being very reasonably priced relative to other sushi houses and they tend to be larger as well. To take advantage of the Happy Hour menu, it is available every day of the week. Monday through Thursday until 7pm, Friday through Sunday until 5 pm. It's an abbreviated menu but has great choices, fairly priced. Their service is tops, seating is limited (probably not more than 40), the interior is warm and quaint, and parking is no problem. And don't forget to respond to their friendly farewell with a duplicate, heartfelt "See you tomorrow" as you leave! Enjoy!

I never actually take the time to write down a whole review , this time I changed my mind, I don't know why so many people complain about the wait in line, the place just opened a week ago, I was waiting for my order for about 15-20 minutes which I don't really mind , and I don't mind because since I walked in I saw a whole bunch of people waiting on line so I already knew it, and I'm not saying that as a complaint, I just felt a little awkward when I heard one of the customers complaining with a young lady when she was packing orders getting breadsticks, taking orders out, she was absolutely multitasking and all these people can't get it, they barely open what they expect!! Everybody was amazing, friendly and polite to me even one young lady named Alie, which I think is one of the managers asked me if I wanted some breadsticks while I was waiting which I loved, it's my second time there since they re-open, and I'll be back soon, I just wanted to thank everybody, I love Fazoli's and I'm so happy they came back , keep working hard! Had my first ever visit to Fazoli's in Norco and wow, was I impressed! I've been looking for something different to eat because, honestly, all I ever see around here is Mexican, fast food, or Chinese places. Decided to give Fazoli's a shot and it did not disappoint. I went for the lasagna combo and, trust me, it was just what I needed. The portion was spot on - filling but not too much, and those breadsticks? Absolutely delicious. Turns out, they forgot to give me my salad, but I didn't even notice until I was already gone. Honestly, I didn't mind at all because I was so full from the lasagna and breadsticks. It's kind of a bummer there isn't one closer to where I live because I'd definitely be a regular. But even with the distance, it's totally worth it for me. You really get your money's worth here. If you're ever in Norco and looking for a good meal that's a nice break from the usual options, Fazoli's is the spot. We were in the area I had never seen drive thru fast food italian we decided to try it. We got the ultimate sampler the sliders and a chicken parm sub. This place was pretty darn good for how quick it was. My sampler was filling had it for lunch and saved the rest for dinner decent meat sauce for the pastas and the fettuccini was better . The breadsticks which is also the bread on the sliders is amazing sooo good and so soft . The sliders were great and the sub was too with the pesto and marinera mix the cheeses are great . I came to this location on Monday, June 3. The manager on duty was an older lady,she appeared to be very angry or upset. She was slamming things down and very snippy with the employees.
