Guess who's back, back again. Fazoli's back, tell a friend. Guess who's back, guess who's back. I was super stoked to hear that Fazoli's was back. It used to be one of our favorite places. I mean drive through Italian food?! Yaaaaaaaaaas please. I remember the best thing about Fazoli's was those BREADSTICKS. They were mouth watering good. So I had to come try them on the re-opening. And same amazing breadsticks as before! Thank goodness. I'm literally going to go to Fazoli's and ordering a bag of breadsticks. That's all I need in life to be happy. Fresh, buttery, hot breadsticks from Fazoli's. The pasta is decent and the pizza is pretty mediocre. Everything else on the menu is really just filler food. The real deal is the breadsticks lol The salads are just okay. I mean the fettuccine Alfredo is realllly bland. Like I could buy noodles and throw a plain Alfredo sauce over it at home. Nothing special there. The Cesar salad is alright. But again very average. I'm hoping Fazoli's can Up their game on their other menu items so I don't have to just order a bag of bread lol read more

This is one of only two Fazoli's locations in the entire state. The other is in Chino Hills. I used to have a much closer location that closed. Overall, I like them. Their food isn't quite restaurant quality, but tasty enough for fast Italian food with a drive-thru. The menu has a good-size selection. read more

Newly opened restaurant in Norco. I am a Fazoli's fan. I used to go to the one in Ontario mills before it was closed down. I am so glad they've decided to bring Fazoli's back to this location (since I read that there was one here a decade ago). The food is like I remember it. It's very tasty and the portions are good. The breadsticks are so garlicky and fluffy. They come to your table nice, fresh, and warm. Right now, they just opened, so the cashiers are pretty slow, but I'm sure that will get better. It was worth the wait in the long line. As we waited for our food, we were offered breadsticks. To which I say, "YES, please!" The great part was that as soon as I ordered, the food was brought to our table promptly. I really wish they had non-pork meat sauce. I had to get their marinara. It's good but I wanted to try their lasagna. The lasagna sauce contains pork. Bummer, I hope they take suggestions serious. read more

Fazoli's still exist???!!! I haven't eaten there in probably 20 years ( location was out Victorville way ) but their pizza was actually pretty good. Now, their breadsticks were to die for! Hot, fresh and delicious. A member of staff used to come around and dole out more breadsticks for free and there was no way to resist them even if you were full. Restaurant was always clean. Went in today to get my usual spaghetti with meatballs with a medium drink when I saw n African American woman threathening harassing one of the female employees over an Italian ice all while she remained courteous and respectful. I was in the neighborhood so to speak, stopping by at the neighboring chicken place when I had to do a double take to see a fast food Italian drive in place? No way! Well that's pretty interesting but I didn't think I'd stop as surely the drive thru line would be very slow. Quite the opposite however as when I left the chicken place and saw the lane open, I took a chance and rolled in for an order. Darn though if the menu wasn't a bit extensive with all kinds of goodies I wanted to eat; lots of good choices! I decided to order a pepperoni flat bread, breadsticks and a meatball slider thinking well, how good could it be, given it's a drive thru place? Turns out, pretty darn good! Meatball slider was on a wide breadstick bread and very tasty. Moving on to the breadsticks: wow, so good! Very soft and full of the flavor Pat & Oscar's used to have, but these are a smaller version and well worth the price I think. Pepperoni & bacon flatbread was good, though very oily. That would work well on a thicker crust but a flatbread, not as much. I was impressed with the quality & taste of the food over all as it easily exceeded my expectations. Now if only more locations will open, especially in my San Diego County area so I drive over an hour to come back and try some more of this surprisingly good food! read more

This is honestly one of my favorite fast food places for Italian food considering it is "fast food"! The Fettuccine Alfredo, Lasagna, and breadsticks are definitely my favorite options from their menu. I just recently also tried their Ultimate Sampler, Chicken Parm Submarino, and Meatball da Vinci, and they were not a disappointment. As others may have stated though..it can be a hit and miss (in the sense some days it may come out more saucy and other days be on the drier side). Despite that being said, I definitely would recommend this place. Make sure to go hungry and with the mentality it is NOT "authentic" Italian, but rather "fast food" Italian! read more

AWFUL I went in today and as I was waiting to order I seen an older lady in management yelling at another employee over paint right in front of me. Completely unprofessional. Something should be done about this. There is a right way of talking to employees and a wrong way. The way this older woman went about this was out of line. My wife and I decided to give these guys a chance as it is the 4th and Olive Garden's delivery time was crazy long...we should have waited. Through the meal was delivered in less than 40 minutes (based on the email received), it sat outside for a little bit as the driver never called as requested. So it was cold by the time we went out to get it (and we left a 20% tip on the bill...last time we'll do this. I'll have the future drivers actually ring the door bell if they want me show my appreciation of their effort!). To the food; My wife ordered the chicken Carbonara without broccoli and you guessed it, it seemed to have extra broccoli it it. I had the 3 Cheese Tortellini Alfredo and it tasted exactly liked it look...cold pasta paste! No I will not order, let alone visit, from Fazoli's ever again!!! read more

Our experience was absolutely horrible!! Customer service by Bailey was beyond disrespectful, she has a bad attitude and used foul language twice while we were in the drive thru. With bad behavior like that, it's a reflection of the management team and a clear example that Bailey doesn't value her job, nor your customers. If she felt comfortable enough to behave that way, it's safe to say she's done it before! What employee says "Get the Fuck out of my line" to a customer? A RUDE & Ungrateful employee, that's who. Having a manager say " Oh we'll speak to her" is simply a sign that the matter isn't important. Behavior like this requires an Immediate firing, not a slap on the hand or being written up. Only pasta place that was open for easter around me! Just ordered a family special of pasta and some mozzarella skewers, it was delicious! We got the Chicken Parmesan which was exquisite and it was enough to feed two very hungry men and me so we didn't even touch the Baked Ziti. It shall be saved for a later meal! the order came with 8 breadsticks and yeah they were a little tough on the ends but still yummy in the middle. I also ordered the mozzarella ball skewers as they were tempting and they were just as delicious as the rest of the food! ate an entire skewer with my big plate of food, i am STUFFED. When i went to pick up my order, they didn't really verify if i was the one who owned that order, which sketched me out a bit. anyone could have come by and picked it up. but the lady behind the counter was extremely sweet and quick to hand over my food. This is also the first and only drive-thru italian food place I have ever seen which is pretty cool and not sure why there isn't more. the parking in the area is not the best but luckily it's easter sunday and no one is out and about today. The Norco Fazolis, as well as the chain in general generally has very good Italian food. I have been coming here for years. I like at least one of the managers, as he did a great job at their Chino location, too. However they have one vexxing problem. We generally order 3 or 4 pasta dishes at a time, to eat throughout the week. For my taste, the spaghetti dishes come with very little sauce. And they generally charge substantially per meal to add more. To deal with that, we generally buy a family size of marinara sauce. For $3, the usual family size spaghetti comes in a waxed paper container with red printing and logo. However, the last few months they randomly seem to pick much smaller containers. January 16 they used a plain Styrofoam container about 1/2 the regular size and charged the same. March 6 we ordered two difference sauces and each of them came in even smaller, Very Small, plain containers that were about 1/4 or smaller than the regular family size. Of course, they never give you two small containers to make up for the large or let you know they are out of the proper size. They just charge you the same. We bought $60 worth of food March 6 and I feel really ripped off. I'm not sure these tiny container will even be enough for these meals. Its as if someone just randomly grabs whatever container is closest to them without regards for the family size you ordered and paid for. This needs to change. Make sure you check your order while you are still at the window! read more

Tonight I ordered delivery from this place for dinner for the first time. Unfortunately there seemed to be a small mix-up where I got the ultimate sampler pasta instead of the ultimate spaghetti. The names are close so I wasn't mad but I did want the right meal so I gave them a quick call and was transferred to the manager on duty named Caroline. She was super helpful! She made sure I got my refund from GrubHub and gave me options for how to get the right meal at no extra charge. They gave me a hot plate that was made right when I arrived and they even topped it with free bread sticks too! To top it all off, everything is DELICIOUS (especially these bread sticks lol) I could not be happier with my meal tonight. Thank you! read more
