The gentleman that waited on me was personable and was ready to answer any questions that I had. He was quick making my order and seemed that he was happy to be there. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the workers appeared clean and everyone seemed happy to be there. I definitely enjoyed my lunch and will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

I call back and let them know their error, the lady manager sounds annoyed and says sure but you're gonna need to wait 35 min. No issues, but I mean, I was there before current orders, and there was an error that wasn't even my fault. Why am I being made to feel like I am now being punished for something that wasn't even my fault. I've been to this location before and have never had a bad experience. But the lady working today who I assume is a manager, which is even more troubling, gave zero customer service, seemed overworked and exasperated to even be there, and I get it, but if you feel that way, maybe time for a new career pathway or more training on how to greet customers politely, and lead the team to read how the pizza is modified so this could have been avoided. I came back 25 min later thinking I would have a sit down while I wait the extra 10 min since she said it'll be a 35 min wait, only for it to be ready, great! Except it's not. I now have a pizza that looks like it's been sitting out for a while and the garlic parm crust is only on one side of the damn pizza. And barely!
