I ordered my usual Fettuccini Alfredo and my friend did the regular Spaghetti with Spicy Tomato Pepper sauce. Let me start out by saying the renovation this location just finished is beautiful! I love the Modern chic look! My husband and I dined in for dinner tonight and no complaints, this location never disappoints. Whoever prepared the breadsticks this evening did amazing!! They were impeccable. I would've given 5 stars just for those breadsticks. I was thrilled to see orange Hi-c as a drink option as well. The adult-child in me loves Hi-c and you don't see that at many restaurants these days. The employees really knocked cleanliness out of the park. Everything was clean, from the freshly swept rugs and the refreshment counter. Food was yummy and hot! Portion sizes are great and employees are always walking around with fresh breadsticks. Service was fast and friendly. I'm very indecisive even though I always end up ordering the same thing, the employee that helped us was very patient. I was telling my husband the other day when we were there that the only thing Olive Garden has on this place are alcoholic drinks, and ambience. Everyone that works here is nice. They bring you your food out to you and come check on you. And the price is about $25 less for both of us. It's a win. read more

I have only very recently rediscovered Fazoli's despite living very close to one for years now. I have been pleasantly surprised with each visit lately! I don't have any photos because the food was too good! I always love the yummy breadsticks with marinara, and often pair with a double slice of pizza! Tonight I opted for the boneless chicken wings...not what you would think of when dining at an Italian place. Let me tell you how good these wings were!!! Super tender, large size, great flavor and made to order so they were good and fresh. I ordered with hot honey bbq (and added a bit more of my Buffalo sauce when I got home. They offer about 6 or so different sauce choices as well as bleu cheese or ranch. I did need to mix them up a bit to cover with sauce but they were just fine once I tossed! Will it's Fazoli's it's always good and the customer service was great To begin with I got hungry right after I got out the gym and I didn't know what to eat so I figured so why not get Fazoli's. In addition I got the baked lasagna which is always a great choice if you're ever craving lasagna. They also come with breadsticks which makes it even tastier. Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant. It's chain establishment so they have them all over the world. I am not a huge fan of Fazoli's but it's a cheap Italian Eatery. My wife always grew up really liking fazzolis because you can get a lot of food for a cheap amount of price I mean you can go in there and get a spaghetti meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for around 8 bucks so I mean it's a decent price to be honest however I don't really quite enjoy it. This one in particular has normal fast food feel to it there's nothing really special it wasn't dirty it wasn't clean nothing out of the ordinary. I would much rather spend the extra 10 bucks per person and go to Olive Garden or Rocky's on the river. So I don't really recommend Fazoli's unless you just kind of want some greezy fast food Italian restaurant. read more

Fazoli's is literally my spot. I am obsessed with their garlic breadsticks. It's just amazing to the T! And their traditional bone-in chicken with BBQ sauce, I'm drooling right now. Got food to go last saturday and I'm glad I did! I haven't been to Fazoli's in a while and apparently im missing out. The restaurant was nice, updated, and clean. The staff was actually happy to see me and chatted for a minute. They even had masks available in case you forgot yours. The food i got was so good and hot, chicken alfredo w/ broccoli, breadstx and cheesecake w/ strawberries. I saw they even had wings, but will def be back to try them. Frequent flyer on Sunday after church. I love the lunch menu for the pick two and the price is right. The staff has always been friendly. Today she remembered I love breadstix and brought me more right away. I have also come for the unlimited pasta one night and they were very efficient with bringing more and the manager even packed up a box for me to take home. Sometimes service can bl get a bit slower when they are very busy, but they seem to always make up for it. I would also prefer fresh food that takes a bit longer, than cold leftover food. read more

I was visiting from out of town and my stomach was rumbling after a long frost half of my trip. I looked up places around em to eat and I saw Fazoli's pop up. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and was very pleased with my meal. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was creamy. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. There were about 2 groups in front of us, and one of them was a pretty large group, but we ordered and picked a table and sat down and it took about 25 minutes to get our food which was disappointing, they only had 3 employees working, which would be an explanation for the slow service. I ordered the $5 lunch. It included 2 reduced size versions of your choice of several entrees (or an entree and a salad) with 2 breadsticks and a drink. I got the penne marinara and a slice of cheese pizza. The marinara flavor is better than some of the higher end Italian restaurants in town. It's thick without being too tomato-y (is that a word?)--and its vegan. The cheese pizza is decent. Better than frozen pizza. But for the price, not going to be too picky. Their breadsticks are really good. I'd prefer them without all the butter, but that is my personal preference. They will make them for you plain if you ask and want to wait. I usually just pick off the side with the butter if it's too much because I'd rather not wait. The location isn't to bad to get in and out of. If 10th street is back up, you do have the option of the back alley the runs behind the store and dumps onto Girl School Rd. I didn't go inside on this visit, so I can't attest to the cleanliness inside. The parking lot was clean and the restaurant has accessible parking. It has always been clean when I've ate here in the past. However, that has been quite a while ago. If I am in the area, I would eat here again. I am a past employee of Fazolis and came to visit some Old friends who moved over to this location. Dining room was very clean and the the managers are amazing.
