A cautious visit for anyone with a genuine service dog. We comprehend that some individuals with fake service dogs pose a challenge for those with real ones. We visited this establishment to celebrate my mother's birthday. My husband was denied access to the Buffett restaurant due to his service dog. An employee approached us, informing us that we couldn't have a dog, as it might frighten others and have children around. Another employee reiterated the same sentiment. Which suggested that they were trained to say this. One employee even offered to make an exception if we left the dog with our first interaction. However, we explained that my husband couldn't leave his service dog because it's medically necessary. It's akin to asking a person with a wheelchair to abandon their chair for the convenience of able-bodied individuals. The first employee let it go. The second encounter with another employee demanded that my husband leave because we couldn't have a dog. We informed them that they were violating the American Disability Act (ADA) each time. We understand that if my husband's service dog wasn't performing her duties or acting like a fake one, the business has the right to request its removal. Nevertheless, my husband's service dog remained calm and composed because she was diligently working. The manager eventually arrived and apologized, refunding my husband's meal since he had to leave to stay in the car due to his health condition and the service dog's need to fulfill her duties. Fortunately, we didn't have to call an ambulance. The manager assured us that she would improve their training, but we doubt this, as both employees had verbatim repeated the same phrase. Therefore, we believe they were training this way, and it's not their fault. However, the business's lack of understanding of the ADA is the issue. We had contacted our service dog company regarding this matter, and they confirmed that it would constitute a misdemeanor based on the business's actions. Is it worth the hassle to pursue legal action? We decided against it because we're certain they'll likely discriminate against another unfortunate person with a service dog. Therefore, we strongly advise anyone with a service dog to take their business elsewhere. read more

This place is enormous. It's also one of the most uneven buffets I've ever experienced. The sushi section is OK (I'm being generous), the dessert section is pretty good (some actually good items such as Creme brûlée and not bad cheesecake and a few decent cookies) but beyond that there are a lot of misses. Lots of overly-greasy stuff, lots of fried stuff that may not have even been crisp when it came out of the fryer hours ago, random things missing flavor (how can you have hot & sour soup at a buffet that targets an Asian demographic that's really neither hot nor sour?) etc. The name plates for the food items as well are a mess. Some of them are decent at sushi and dessert but the rest of the buffet is hit or miss. Many dishes don't have a name plate at all. For some reason the chow mein noodles (also not great) were labeled rice noodles and that makes me laugh. I had some garlic bread that was OK. It old have been crispier but it was passable. The string beans were pretty good. I'm really reaching here because I'm thinking through how bad some of the dishes were: Steamed sticky rice (the kind wrapped in the leaf) had a terrible pasty gummy grainy texture (and yes I know what the texture is supposed to be and that ain't it - and I couldn't find any Chinese sausage in it) The kielbasa-looking sausage was extremely greasy and I'm not sure why because it probably didn't even contain that much grease before cooking. The salt and pepper pork ribs (yay I love this dish! Maybe this one won't suck) weren't crispy, not salty enough, and I couldn't detect any hot pepper (or even black pepper). The sesame chicken was just a soft wad of pasty goo with no flavor. I passed on the really weird soupy looking Mac and cheese and anemic pizza (like you can't screw those up... or can you?) I could go on (and this is kind of fun) but you get the idea. Is it worth $35 (which in Seattle is pretty reasonable?). Probably not. There is zero service even for drinks - you fill your own drinks at a fountain. Which is fine but they did suggest strongly a 15% tip I guess for the bussers. The ambiance is very gas station bathroom. Pros: it's big, they have a lot of dishes, it's reasonably priced. Cons; the food isn't good. read more

If I could choose 0 stars, I absolutely would!!! I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the terrible service my family experienced at Feast Buffet in Renton. I brought friends who were visiting from overseas to eat here, and the staff completely ruined our meal and embarrassed us. We will absolutely never go back. We arrived and paid during lunch hours. However, as the restaurant began transitioning from lunch to dinner, the staff's behavior became completely unacceptable. One male server in particular was awful--he kept repeatedly bugging us and demanding to see our receipt over and over again, completely disrupting our conversation and our meal. His attitude was incredibly bad and hostile. They aggressively told us that we "could not eat the dinner food." When we pointed out that absolutely no one mentioned any food restrictions when we entered and paid, a server rudely argued back. It is incredibly unprofessional to expect paying customers to hunt for signs outside rather than simply communicating rules clearly at the register. More importantly, it is the restaurant's responsibility to manage their own food transition on the buffet lines--it is not the customer's problem!!! Instead of a relaxing meal showing our overseas friends a good time, we were treated with suspicion and constant disrespect by that specific guy. My guests were shocked by how poorly we were treated. This was a terrible, embarrassing experience. We will never step foot in this establishment again, and management seriously needs to address that server's behavior. read more

The prices are much higher than the ones listed in the photos here. It's not 12.99 for lunch buffet with free sodas. It's $14.99 for buffet and another $1.89 for the drink. Total lunch for one person was $18.48 plus tip. The restaurant is huge and nicely decorated. The staff is pleasant. I think it's a good sign that the vast majority of customers were Asian. They have lots of seafood and other stuff too. They have a Sushi bar and a couple of cooking stations where they make dishes you put together. They have a large desert section too. The silverware was pretty gross looking. It looked old and dirty, but not uncommon for a restaurant like this. I personally had American style fried chicken, fried rice, baked salmon, crawfish, mussels, macaroni and cheese, and corn on the cobb. I have bowl of strawberry ice cream too. They have an awesome area for watching football on very large screens. Overall it's not bad, but expect to spend $20 per adult for lunch. read more

Hands down the best buffet in PNW. Got the greatest collection of foods to serve all your cravings at once and even unlimited crab legs and lobsters on select days. Of course, there's the complaint about long lines but no one should possibly hog the food to themselves, it only makes sense if people waited patiently. They've also got so the most popular dim sums, asian fusion foods, american food, cold side dishes, bbq, make your own noodles, mongolian grill, and of course, can't miss the dessert bar so I'd say price for the food was well-deserved. Workers are also working super hard and diligent to keep the place clean and the customers happy so the 10% service charge at the beginning wasn't terrible compared to some places where the expectation is set at 15% or 18%. I ended tipping more at the end. Definitely coming back to try the set of foods I missed out after being stuffed. Possibly Christmas, when they bring out new speciality dishes. read more

This place is awesome unless it's super busy. When it gets super busy the customers forget how to act like human beings and decide to try to screw over others by hogging all the crab or hawking the lobsters. As a result, the staff starts to bring out those items less frequently because when you have a 2 hour time limit, let's make the stingy people wait in line to save money. It's smart. The food overall is pretty good. You can do dimsum, ramen, mongolian grill, american ribs and sausages, poke and raw bar, sushi, chinese food dishes, salad bar, and the best desert bar by far. Sometimes they do theme nights and that's all good. Staff is OK. they're all about turning around tables so don't expect much. It's not bad, just be prepared to ask for refills and such. They will seat you where ever but if you are nice and ask politely, they will try to seat you somewhere other than next to a baby. ;) read more

Great buffet and totally worth the money. We've eaten here time and time again and it never disappoints. They offer a wide variety of food (noodle soup station, dim sum, Asian, American, made to order steaks, dessert station, etc) - I particularly love their sushi and raw fish section. I would've given them 5 stars but tonight, half way through our dinner, they asked us (6 adults, 1 child and a baby) to move tables because the host sat us at a table that was actually reserved. It inconvenienced us a bit because some of us were at the buffet and had no idea we switched tables. All in all, it turned out ok. The servers were great (what happened wasn't their fault) and they really took good care of us. We'll definitely be back again! read more

My husband and I checked the place out on Wednesday for dinner. We were both shocked at the ambiance of the restaurant. One of the nicest and cleanest buffets we've ever seen in Washington. Mizukis buffet has some real competition now. The food was excellent! There's a Mongolian grill, shaved ice, waffles on a stick, shaved chocolate (you can shave it yourself), crepes, crab legs, large variety of dim sum (larger than I've seen at other buffets), and tons of others. The building is tucked away on the corner of a shopping center close to a fred Meyer store. Very large parking lot. We will definitely be back.... Mizukis, you might have to step your game up. read more

This place has to be the biggest buffet restaurant I ever been to in my life. The food selections itself was enormous and it can be mentally paralyzing just to decide on what to eat. There's the dim sum selections, sushi, Mongolian bbq, noodle bar, dessert line, and salad bar. Holy moly, there's at least 200 food entree to choose from. The restaurant Itself looks like it can hold 5 football fields. Yet, despite its size, The place is very clean and the food surprisingly fresh. There's nothing to complain at this restaurant. The name says it all... FEAST! I tend to steer away from any buffet post COVID as they just aren't the same but Feast definitely lives up to its namesake! A variety of Asian dishes that tasted fresh and delicious in a clean atmosphere. The meat, sushi & seafood selection was almost overwhelming with tasty choices. Not bad, but not great. I like how everything is new and clean. They offer a wide range of selection but you can tell the quality of the ingredients is not the best. We went on a Thursday night with a group of 10 and had no problem getting seated quickly (the place is huge!). This buffet restaurant is so HUGE. I think it's the largest buffet i have ever been to. There are various kinds of main dishes and tons of desserts. I believe it will be a great place to hold a family dinner. But! The taste of everything was actually not that great. It was just "ok-ish". Here's a tip. Find a stable recipe for the noodles and rice. It taste dogshet and I'll be happy to increase food waste. The mussels should not taste like straight up salt. For the crabs, just flipping boil them. You over cook them with some nasty seasoning and it somehow how hella salty too. If you want a huge buffet selection where almost everything is delicious and at a great price this is the place to come to. We went there a few days ago with my family, the food was average compared to before but the service was amazing! Our server Joyce had a great attitude towards us, we felt super welcomed! I been in this buffet. 4 times. That's like $35 Per person. I don't think it's worth it. Disgusting food. Have to used the restroom more then 5 times. Plus the employees at the kitchen Sucks.
