Feast it Foward is a nonprofit that basically aims to feed the hungry in unique ways and through events. We did some wine tasting on a Saturday, with Roger pouring our bottles and sharing conversation in the adorable patio. Afterward, they allowed us to play the instruments sitting in their facility which looked like it was solely for decor. It is a really charming set up both inside and outside with lots of options for seating, including wide bench swings big enough to lay on. Their website had noted that their Summer Wineland Saturday series was taking place, but I believe it was cancelled that day (or inaccurately listed on their website). This was fine, we still enjoyed the wine tasting, in a cool and casual picturesque atmosphere. And service was great, everyone who helped us was super friendly.  We returned the next day, and found that festival-like atmosphere that was advertised for Saturday taking place on Sunday instead, with cornhole, tables with macarons and energy pod chocolate dips, plenty of diverse seating, a stage, and the sounds of reggae providing a treat for our ears. But it was like a million degrees outside, so we didn't stay long. It was still cool to check out. If the weather was more bearable, I could see this being a lot more lively event. Overall, the Studio by Feast it Forward is quite cool, and a lot more laid back than many other wineries or tasting facilities, which I appreciated. But special events and live music make it that much better, and by the way, there is a view of the Oxbow stage to enjoy live concerts as well. Also, they have a tiny dedicated parking lot for the venue, but you probably shouldn't be using it if you are drinking. read more

I would of gave 4 stars if a staff member wasn't rude to us. Quick tip be pleasant to your patrons. Back to Feast & Forward. I had no idea the wine tasting studio existed. Shabby chic outside area was too cute. They also offer private igloos towards the back which is a fabulous idea. Since the day was around 88 degrees they advised us it would be too hot to sit inside the igloo but offered us a private area. My suggestion is to rsvp. You can bring your own desserts and pizza is also an option in the back if you get hungry. I'd like to say it had an intimate feel amongst my friends. I would totally come back. read more

First time here on a Saturday and so glad I finally got to experience it. We were meeting to celebrate a friends birthday so all the different seating gathering areas made it easy to choose a spot to sit and relax with adults and kids. All the staff were super friendly and always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. I love how they have a self service spot to get water and the Asian food truck was just the thing to munch on yummy dim sum while sipping on bottles of wine. read more

Super cool vibe and idea for the space. However, the food choices are limited and not much for the kids. Unfortunately, outside food is not allowed so eat before you come. Drinks are reasonably and selection is okay. Everything is walk up service so pick out a seat first before trying to get food or drinks. I would've gave this place 4 stars but the lack of shade forced us to take the kids a park where they could play and not be in the direct sun. This past weekend was really hot. I believe this place could be a lot better if it had some misters and more shade. We will be back for sure but later in the evening when it cools down. read more

Love this spot! We've now taken the kids to multiple free events there, live music, tons of choices for wine, games & water stations for the kids. The staff is very friendly and doesn't try to push you into drinking if you are there to hang out with friends who are drinking. They are hosting music on the weekends of various styles - both Fri happy hour, and a free Sunday reggae event with a live band and a DJ. They had food trucks every time we went, but you are less than a block away from Gotts, Filippi's, Hog Island, Oxbow market so you have a lot of options. read more

There's so much to say about this spot. By far it's the best eclectic fun event space in Napa. Oh yeah, it's also a wine collective that offers an awesome variety from at least a dozen different brands. Since I mainly drink white wine, my go to is a bottle of their Acres Sauvignon Blanc. It's a great place for both small gatherings, date night or fun spot to kick it with the girls or even to host large events. Last year I invited about 20 friends for my birthday and we had a blast just kicking it and hanging out. The kids loved playing with the giant Jenga and cornhole (yes, it's kid and dog friendly most days). They have a large stage in the back with all kinds of wooden tables and really cool shipping containers turned into mini lounges. I love their first Sunday of each month because they have a DJ spinning Reggae music and usually some cool arts and craft vendors (I recently picked up some African earrings that have now become one of my favorite pair). The best part is it's located right across from the Oxbow and just a couple blocks from downtown (just take a nice stroll over the Napa river bridge on 1st street). read more

I found this place while looking for interesting wine bars. This place offers a chill place to enjoy a great variety of wines. We enjoyed a nice tasting with a fun and very knowledgeable guide. I was new to this scene so I appreciated how easy going the vibe here is. This place is a great place to bring groups as there are a bunch of little semi private spaces to hang with your friends. There are usually music events going on, but alas there was none on that day. So I got permission to pick up some of the beautiful guitars they had there and start my own jam for a bit. Walk around and you'll see a nice stage for performances and a nice spot to watch the Oxbow stage (for a feee). Cute spot to bring your cute date. read more

Finding a place where you can have some wine with your child is far and few between these days. We stumbled across this place and it did not disappoint. You can get a bottle of wine and find a spot to sit any where on the premises. We came here with about family and our little ones were able to roam around in the outside seating area, which is VERY large! We were lucky that there was one or two other groups here. So, we had the whole area to let the kids go about. It was nice way to spend the day outside and enjoying some wine. read more

We were walking back from Oxbow Market when we came upon this place. We thought it looked interesting and we were looking for somewhere spacious and outdoors to drink some wine and this place fit the bill. We loved the vibe and what they were doing as a collective. Come for the wine, stay for the coffee. Feast it Forward offers a wide variety of offerings- cookware, herb&spice mixes, kombucha, coffee, of course they have vinyl. They host food trucks, classes, you name it. On a cold, overcast day they are warm&welcoming. Their hosts are knowledgeable about the wines, culinary events, charitable organizations they support. I dropped in&discussed Bennessere Winery with the host, since they carry that wine. He also sold me on (literally) the wine coffee they have from nearby Molinari Caffe. When I needed an afternoon blood sugar boost (with caffeine), I got their delicious French press, a deal at $6. The coffee tastes like wine. You get the pleasure, but it's a caffeinated buzz rather than an alcoholic one. Feast it Forward is an unassuming place across from the busy Oxbow Market. They currently have a colorful mural on the side for the recent Napa Valley Film Festival. They have a curated selection of wines- but they do something that more wineries&wine tasting rooms ought to do- have coffee. It's an afternoon delight. read more

This place has a lot of potential. My family and I showed up around when they opened and waited for 30 mins for anyone that worked there to show up. The owner finally showed up and was extremely rude to our group to the point we felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. We wanted to have a glass of wine but were ignored by 3 servers. When we left, the server seemed unphased. Never again.

We stopped in for the first time this afternoon and are so glad we did. There's so much to look at, from cookware to home decor and more. I sort of wanted all of it! And then I did a tasting of four wines - all of which were great, at super accessible price points, so we ended up getting a couple bottles. Rayna was fantastic at telling us about the wines and giving us a bit more information about the space. We felt like the 'magic' was brought back to wine tasting, the way it used to be before things around here got so serious about fermented grape juice. We actually got to enjoy wine without a high pressure wine club sales pitch, which is increasingly rare. The outdoor lounge is a perfect spot to meet up with friends and we'll be back! My husband and I came in for the first time yesterday. B. Wise winery was doing a tasting which was delicious their team was very friendly and we had a great time with them. Afterwards we went into the tasting room, told them the type of wine we liked and they hand selected glasses for us. We ended our experience swinging on a swing taking in the pretty scenery. I'm sitting at Gotts across the street wondering...What is Feast It Forward? I'm a Foodie so of course had to check out. The boho and eclectic vibe to this place. A new concept to compared to the same old wine rooms everywhere in Napa. Not saying those places are any less. We just need a new cool ambiance. There are different areas indoor/outdoor to sit and taste. Dog friendly The authentic Mexican food from Fiesta Del Sol you can order right outside the door is delish. This venue is such a gem in Napa. The ambience, decor, and staff are a great way to start your day in Napa. I love the outdoor areas and it's casual enough where you can buy a glass or bottle and sit down and relax. The upper balcony is amazing and you can bring your own food from Oxbow Market next door. Definitely a different concept and unique feel when it comes to tasting rooms in Napa. Feel free to walk in and enjoy- no reservation needed. What a great new find in Napa! The owners are so friendly and personable, and the wine selection has a great variety. We brought our 7 year old daughter and she immediately made friends with their daughter. There are games for young and old, coloring and chalk for the kiddos and dogs are welcome too. I found Feast it Forward, The Studio by accident but it has since become my favorite place to hang out on my days off. I've even joined one of the wine clubs! The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. And of course, the wines are delicious and fun to try. This is such a wonderful, family-friendly place! It is not pretentious and they are so nice! We came in on a rainy day and practically had the place to ourselves! I love the concept of being a lifestyle company that centers on everything that I love - food, wine, and home design! They have a screen upstairs where you can click on practically everything they have in the winery and purchase it! And it being family and dog- friendly is the cherry on top!
