My mom and I ended up watching the first showing of the day while waiting for the Gringotts ride to come back online. There is minimal seating in the area, just a few benches. Everyone was mostly standing to watch the show. There are two different shows that play on rotation. The Fountain of Fair Fortune The Tale of the Three Brothers My mom and I ended up watching the Tale of the Three Brothers. I did have a chance to read the short stories before watching the show! The performers used a lot of props, and puppetry to bring the show to life! This was a great, quick show! I think it was around 10 minutes total? Hopefully next time I'll get a chance to watch the Fountain of Fair Fortune!

I shouldn't even call it the show because it is an orchestra masterpiece performed live! So let's recap the stars here that's five stars all day long five stars five stars five stars. OK OK I get it so if it's so awesome let me tell you about it... But here it comes. This show Pixar live was a seasonal, and I guarantee you to either continue or come back annually or biannually because it was a smash hit. As a season pass holders over the last few weeks since our passes came out of summer black out we really gotten caught up on our visits and unfortunately prior to Sunday, 26 August we were unable to get a fast pass for the show and it always feels up to maximum capacity! So I said to myself self, what's the deal? Why is it so awesome these people are asking you to tell the wife so awesome so let me tell you. The show is located inside the beauty in the beast theater right next to phantasmic. The shows were in the afternoon and early evening, obviously after the beauty in the beast performances for the day we're done. We weren't really sure what to expect because first what I heard The music of Pixar, I am vision and a bunch of characters you know flopping around and dancing on the stage to Pixar songs. Well, just not for kids but I figured why not give it a try. It wasn't until we actually read the description that we saw that there was a Philharmonic Orchestra that was playing the Pixar music... Mind officially blown. There were plenty of other visits from Pixar and Disney characters booty, buzz Doug, Jessie the cowgirl and a bunch of others but the real tree was A surprise preshow by the green army soldier's! Do you guys or a riot they ran up and down the isles grabbing stuff playing with stuff getting people up and about they were really whooping it up I got a Telya. Then the sergeant arrived who actually was miked in speaking and he was absolutely too too too funny it made for the most enjoyable preshow I've been to and I can't even tell you how long. And this was just leading up to it was going to be an amazing show. So lo and behold let me quickly review the performance... It goes without saying that it was absolutely phenomenal phenomenal absolutely phenomenal picture puts such incredible emphasis on the movie store so that it draws so much emotion out of you without you even realizing it. In fact if you take a look at the first several minutes of the movie up there is virtually no talking whatsoever but it's one of the most emotionally and touching portions of the movie and buy seen it before live with clips of the movie that corresponded with that music was absolutely my blind to see how powerful beautiful music was and enjoy it with the visuals of the movies we know so well. It goes without saying now that it was absolutely fantastic. But it's with great regret that I say to you for now as of August 27, 2017 the show was seasonal and had since closed. Again we were so lucky to see it the day before the clothes but in all seriousness it's really one of those things I hope and pray to God that they will bring back for a regular show. I thought it would just be an orchestra playing music from Pixar movies, but they included clips from the movies playing in the background. Also, before they start playing the music, characters from the movie would come out and do a little skit before the music starts so that was a special treat. If you thought you would only tear up while watching the Pixar movies, think again. Upon hearing the music and seeing the movie clips, I felt tears in my eyes.. yes I'm talking about you, Up!! So if you have time or need a place to hide out from the rain, this is a good place to do so. It's in the same theatre as the Beauty and the Beast show.

The sesame street characters are bright and friendly looking to invite new ride goers an easy way to enjoy some fun without big thrills that might scare them. The line moves quickly as there are a lot of horses and stationary benches to choose from and it last about 3 minutes. This is a great addition to sesame street!!!

If you don't get a ticket, call and ask because if someone cancelled their reservation you might be able to get a ticket. The Magic Kingdom looks amazing at Halloween. Plenty of spooky fun Disney decorations and themes. You will receive a trick or treat bag to fill during the night. There are several candy spots where you will fill your bag. We got soooo much candy!! If you or your kid has a food allergy no worries, when you go to the candy stop they receive a special token good to redeem at their own station where they receive an entire bag of allergy free treats! Pretty cool!! You will see Mickey and all of the Disney characters... and I mean ALL OF THEM! There are several scattered throughout the park and every single character is in the parade. I mean characters I've never seen before walk in the parade!! The lines to rides are shorter so you are able to go through them much quicker and can do more. We did all of the premier rides at least once and a couple twice. Some of the smaller quick service food spots are closed and a few of the non-ride entertainment attractions are closed to make room for the trick or treat candy pickup spots. Overall it was a 10/10 experience for our entire family of 6.

The show was only shown once during the party. The show time is at 8:35, right before the Boo to You Parade at 9:15. I ended up going a little bit early, around 8:15, to get a decent spot in front of the castle to view the Hocus Pocus Spelltacular show. I'd highly recommend if you have a lot of family members that want to see this show to go a little bit earlier to get a decent spot to view the show. You'll see the Sanderson sisters and some of them will sing some songs from the movie. There are Disney Villains whom will help the sisters out along their way such as Dr.Facilier, Jafar, Maleficent and so much more! Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my favorites. You'll see Oogie Boogie too! The costumes were stunning, the musical scores were awesome, and the lighting effects are beautiful! It's a great show and you should check it out if you have a ticket to this event. It didn't last too long, approximately 10-15 minutes.

It's a show that is exclusive to the party so a separate park ticket must be purchased in order to see it. It is shown 3 times during the party. Unfortunately it rained the night we were there so the first show was cancelled and the second one was delayed leaving everyone very hot and uncomfortable. They finally showed a shortened version. Fortunately the third time was the charm because this is a not to be missed part of the party. The story of the show is the Sanderson sisters are resurrected 25 years from the day they died at the end of the movie. This coincides with the 25 year anniversary of the movie this year. Once brought back to life they meet Dr. Facilier and with the help of various Disney Villains they get the ingredients they need for a spell to host the best Halloween party. Songs performed include Come Little Children and Put a Spell on You just like in the movie. The characters in the show were perfectly cast and the costumes were authentic to the movie. If you love the movie like I do you will adore this show. Even if you have never seen the movie it's still a great show. But seriously if you haven't seen the movie go do that right now! So let the Sandersons cast a spell on you and join in the wicked good fun going down at Cinderella's castle.

SUPERSTAR! ...in my best Mary Katherine Gallagher voice…read more A lot of the signature characters at Universal have floats with a brand new float just being added with characters from The Secret Life of Pets! Dawwwww. There's a Dora & Diego float, Sponge Bob and his buddies Squidworth and Patrick and a Despicable Me float. This is a short parade with a short route but it's more about the dancing then being an actual parade I would say. It doesn't have much movement but mostly standing still in the street and performing their numbers. The dancers were super enthusiastic and great dancers but they couldn't get the crowd involved! Overall a pretty good show parade but it could use a bit of freshening up!

don't miss while you wandering for rides…read more as I said in my other reviews, get hold of one pamphlet of the park ( you 'll get one when u enter) and you 'll see all the activities going to happen that day. we almost missed this parade. we were standing across the Transformers ride in shadow. various signature characters with their cars are gonna appear. Minions ( gru-Margo-Edith-Agnes) group-Dora & Diego, Sponge Bob and his team with his pineapple shape home, secret life of pets and many others. whole ride ll take app 10 minutes to pass through you. its a short parade with a short route. I liked the minions part and secret life of pets one. that doggy mechanically drinks the water from toilet bowl was funny. waving at you, dancing with you and singing with you, it was all fun. it seems its more like dancing and less parade. None the less, it was fun.

Kicking off the Holiday Season 2022 at Universal Studios…read more The parade mimics the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City with oversized balloons. We planted ourselves an hour before the parade begun LoL! We watched the parade outside the Hello Kitty Store. This gave us a chance to rest our feet from all the walking. So, just like the parade in NYC except in a much smaller scale it featured larger-than-life balloons and inflatables, dancers and performers, marching bands and floats with some favorite characters from Despicable Me (Agnes, Edith and Margo), Shrek (Donkey and Dragon), and Madagascar (King Julien). And you can't miss Santa as the finale. The parade starts and ends at the same location. Had we watched the parade from Hollywood we would've had a chance to watch it twice since the gates were between Cafe la Bomba and the Horror Makeup Show. TRIVIA: After the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade happens in Times Square many of the floats and balloons get shipped to Universal Studios in Orlando FL!
