Small storefront nestled along Little Santa Monica Blvd next to food establishments. This is a convenient location in the Beverly Hills Triangle if you specifically need the UPS store, though there are many other shipping stores in the vicinity which provide a better experience. Was not able to ship my items out the day I visited as their systems were down and they had no ETA and just told me to come back or visit another location in the area. Workers were a bit apathetic and didn't seem overly concerned to help one way or another. Easily could have handed me a business card and said to call back to check and see if their systems were up later, though they couldn't be bothered. Can't say I had high expectations, and those certainly were not met. Plenty of other shipping locations that seem to want business. read more

Horrible customer service, if you can call it that. Didn't want to help me. Maybe wrong gender or color. It's Sunday and I forgot to take my cross off. Couldn't deal with basic questions, showed open contempt, basically told me he wouldn't help me, manager or assistant manager who didn't want to be there and felt it was okay to lecture me. read more

I have trusted and used this store for years and will no longer. For the past three years, there were 3 young men who worked there; they were always helpful and kind. I think this franchise must have recently sold to someone new who installed their own family as employees, because there was a rude young woman who told us we couldn't read, even though amazon instructions clearly stated to take the package to a UPS drop off location. It had a UPS label they would not accept saying they couldn't read it. I could say some really snotty things about who is the better reader between she and I, but will refrain. The older lady was no help either. Only owners would act this way toward customers, maybe they are a mother/daughter duo. Go anywhere else but here from this date forward. read more

Great location, very easy drop off for Amazon return packages. Metered parking out front. It is kind of a pain that they keep the doors locked especially if you're carrying several large packages. Good option for the area because they are open Sundays as well. read more

I am a local and business owner in Beverly Hills - Sadly, I've only had bad experiences with this UPS location. The management is severely lacking, which is impacting the level of service. It seems that the manager has hired friends who are unprofessional and unable to effectively assist customers. They're consistently rude, unhelpful, and at times lack common sense and courtesy. Just to be clear, I have always been very polite and kind to the employees - even during circumstances most people would negatively react to, like being charged over $2 to replace an inch of tape that wasn't sticking properly to a box as one example. I also watched them sit around laughing as a visibly pregnant woman struggled to carry 3 large boxes through the door - not one of them offered to assist her as they were falling as she tried to open the door, they laughed at her. Just awful. There are so many incidents I could go on about... I understand that working in Beverly Hills can be challenging with some of the clientele, but that does not excuse the unprofessionalism displayed at this location. Additionally, often the employees are visibly stoned and goofing off, which is unacceptable. As a business owner, I would be discouraged if this is how my business was being reflected. It's unfortunate because, out of convenience, I would prefer this location, but now I go to the UPS on South Beverly Boulevard, and that location is so much better. The staff there is polite, hardworking, and provides much better service. I would strongly advise the owner of this business to reconsider the management and staffing at this location. Poor management and unprofessional behavior will only hurt your reputation in the long run. As a customer, I would recommend avoiding this specific location if possible. read more

I had an Amazon return and was surprised when I discovered there was no longer a UPS drop off bin in the office building. I didn't want to have to drive to my UPS store in South Pasadena after work, so I did a search for UPS drop off locations nearby and was thrilled when I saw there was a UPS store half a block from my office. The two individuals that were working when I arrived were very nice and friendly. I handed them my package, they asked if I needed a receipt, and was on my way. I will definitely stop by again if I need to send anything via UPS. read more

The staff--did not catch their names but a young man and woman working the afternoon of 12/5--were very helpful and friendly. They walked me through a notary process that I was unfamiliar with and put up with my questions. Really sweet and professional. Five stars. read more

I hadn't even walked in and was greeted with a terrible experience. A staff member seeing that I was carrying a big return through the door yells out from the front of the counter that they won't be able to help me. I understand technical errors can occur on your system but there is a way to communicate with your customers and make the experience pleasant even when you cannot provide the service. The lack of consideration for the customers and unprofessionalism shows. read more

I came to this location 4 days ago and I had some returns and a shipment. They answered all my questions and were very clear about walking me through my shipment. Very helpful very kind! I actually drive out of my way to come to this UPS store. I was doing some returns for my employer and I brought in a large bin with many things. I came in smiling and said "I have a lot of stuff! Could I possibly sit at that table?" And the guy looks at me and points to the rug that I accidentally slid away from the door when I walked in (pregnant and carrying a 50lb box mind you). I said "oh I'm so sorry" as I moved it back. I handed him 2 things and he says "you need a box for these.. like I told you the same thing on Saturday!" I wasn't there on Saturday, I was actually in Oakland. He didn't apologize or anything..and just stares blankly as if I'm lying. I paid for a box (not a problem) and took the rest of my stuff and apologized saying "well I'm not sure what I did to upset you but I won't bother you with the rest of my things. Thank you so much." As I'm now going to take my car full of returns to a location that has better customer service. I'm so disappointed at the treatment I just received. read more

I am an elderly person and rarely do employees take the time in this day and age to help! I recommend this store and the owner is lucky to have employees who care about their customers. This rating is only specific to the store manager, not the store itself. I've had a mailbox there for almost 2 years now and everyone The older middle eastern manager is there whenever I go has a horrible attitude and an unwelcoming presence and i truly hate interacting with him. Today I went in and him an another employee were there, the other employee was already assisting another customer. After waiting about a minute, he says "what do you need" and I repeated "what do I need?" And he says yes. I find that so rude, he didn't greet me with a hello, a good afternoon or anything. Not sure if this a fake ups store but they charged me 2.50 to print out a black and white shipping label because they claim they cannot scan the barcode from the return email to print a label. There is a sign stating their printing prices and a black and white sheet is .25 cents. They take advantage of ups customers who need to make returns. I'll never go back to this location. read more

This was my first time here. The place I usually go to their computers were down so they couldn't scan barcodes for returns. So I looked on yelp for the next closest place. I called this place first to make sure their system wasn't down too. Ari who answered was so warm and personable and she even said she'd hold a place parking place out front for me! Who does that?! I go to a lot of these different UPS drop stores and this one had the loveliest customer service I've experienced anywhere! There was lots of available 20 min parking out front even though it's on a busy street on Beverly Hills. No long lines and such a warm welcome! Both Ari and Fariba helped me- they were so keep me and helpful that I Asked if this was a family owned store? Fariba responded that it was not and I said 'well you guys sure take care of your customers like it is! They went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in the sweetest and most caring ways-like they were my own family helping me with something very special. I was there today, and feel the guy tried to take advantage of me. I looked up a shipping fee online, using package weight and measurements ($42) Brought it in to this location and was told UPS Ground would be $72. because my package was wrapped in brown shipping paper (the kind the UPS store sells) and my package "can't go through the machine that way." He wanted to sell me a new (much bigger) box and repack. Then charge $72, based on the new box's dimensions. I ship boxes all the time wrapped in that shipping paper, other UPS Stores never had a problem. In fact, I opted to take today's package to a different UPS Store in Burbank and they charged me $42. to send it just like it was (wrapped in the brown shipping paper). This Beverly Hills location is near my job, and would have been super convenient if they'd been halfway honest. Now, I'll never go there again. read more

I went to drop off Amazon package. Caesar helped me and went above and beyond to help out. Definitely greater than 5 star customer service.

I dropped off some items to be returned to amazon. The guy at the cashier was super nice, a younger guy. The next day, I saw that one of the two returns was processed and the other one was not. I found this to be a little weird since I dropped them both off at the same time. So I called this shop and an older gentleman answered, I believe it was the owner, as I've seen him before. I was trying to ask him my question re the drop offs and he told me he is not responsible for Amazon, only UPS. So I told him I was asking him about my drop off at ups and if they had been picked up. He then responded angrily and annoyed that he already answered that question. As I began to say something back, he interrupted me, for the 3rd time, and said again, he already answered it. He wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I was going there all the time, no more. Word of advice to the owner: you may want to adjust your attitude, in BH, there's already a bad reputation for people like you and you're making it worse. read more
