My wife and I have been going to this UPS Store at least twice a month for several years. It is the most convenient and is open 7 days a week. The UPS is INSIDE the Four Seasons Hotel. There are no signs outside to indicate this. Valet has you park in their area and you just leave them your keys. But you do not pay for valet or parking. The store is down a short hallway behind the main desk. It's a small store, but well stocked. I was helped quickly. Terrible customer service. Why do they always need to be rude? Its just a box return, just scan and send it, shouldn't be so rude about everything. Always getting in arguments with everyone in line. And charging for a box, when its already wrapped, or for 2 inches or tape. Even though its farther, the one on S. Beverly drive is much friendlier and overall better experience. read more

I usually come here only for Amazon drop off, but it is always very easy and efficient. They are friendly and fast.

Good luck coming to this location. They charge $15 to park. Not ideal to have this location in a hotel

The valet was more than happy to just have my car stay out front with no charge. Upon entering the UPS I was greeted by Saba, who was nothing but friendly! She was able to handle my amazon returns with such ease. Truly have not enjoyed a UPS experience more than this one. And it was primarily because of Saba! read more

Extremely rude customer service. UPS can't figure out where its own packages are going. I live right next to this location and for some reason now the drivers instead of calling me on the intercom and buzzing to get my package or just dumping all my crap off here. I called to find out if package was there and ask them why they aren't delivering it and the person answered the phone apparently doesn't work for UPS even though he works for UPS and answers their phone. I don't understand what is about package packages weekly and now all of a sudden they have decided to start dumping them off at this shipping location. I understand customer service can be frustrating but if you guys hate your job so much and so negative and don't want to answer the phone. Perhaps you should find a new career. read more

Parking sucks, there should be a back door for easy access or a front parking space to drop off packages.

I am standing here right now, during normal business time, to drop off a Happy Return. There is a "Will Return in 5 Minutes" sign on the door but I've been standing here for almost 30 minutes now. I've called twice, and I can see the phone inside the store ringing, but there's no forwarding to anyone's cell if they step away for that supposed "5 minutes"? What a waste of time. Wow what can I say . I had to take care of some important documents and Saba is the best!!. Her customer service is spot on. Her skills to execute the help I needed and job that needed to be done was Beyond exceptional. There was an issue with the peoples fax machine to receive it She went above and beyond to ensure that it was all sent over and called me to confirm. How awesome is that . The shipping labels on my packages were swapped sending a company computer to my doctors office and confidential medical records to my employer. This issue has yet to be resolved, with the store manager not returning my emails or calls. read more

Ari is the most helpful person you can find! I came into this UPS store 10 minutes before closing because it was hard to find. One of my packages that I was returning did not come with a shipping label. I had to call Amazon and now it was only five minutes till closing. Ari was incredibly helpful and kind and very patient and assured me, with her genuinely amazing personality that it's OK. I ended up keeping her a little bit past closing time and she was so kind to stay and see things through so that this package will get out. I cannot recommend this location enough! Location is tiny and impossible to maneuver through comfortably. Staff is incredibly rude. The Beverly Hills location on Santa Monica is much more efficient and less frustrating. Friendlier too. read more
