Copy service here is good but it takes a while for your email to get to FedEx system and then you can print. Allow yourself at least 10 minutes. You put the card and choose the amount, after finishing printing the next 2 days, the rest of unused money will go back to your account. I have had a terrible experience with this Fed Ex. My husband dropped a package for me and forgot tape on the new label. It still had my address and the company we were trying to ship it back to. Someone from the Fed ex office called me the next day to ask if I was refusing delivery/ I said no, I'm sending it back. He said ok. Days go by and the package is untrackable and the company has not received it. My husband went back and still no one resolves it. They finally call me and tell me to call an 800 number. Which I did- they are holding my package- won't tell me where and won't release it back to me. Service is really not helpful here. They talk to you like you are a computer genius and you know how to do what they do. This seems widespread with these kind of businesses though so maybe they are not there to help. $14 to have them print 28 pages off, seems a little much but maybe that is for their time in doing it. It took me 15 minutes to fiddle around with their email they gave me emailing 4x time it without receiving any QR code. Then another person ask to help me and she keeps checking her computer for my file right in front of the guy who told me to email the qr email and they are two different emails. I'm SO upset! I had to get documents to a client by tomorrow morning because he's leaving out of town! So I called the closest FedEx office to my work and spoke with Ngoc! (Woman) I asked her specifically what was the latest time I could be there to insure my client would get these documents by the next day. (FYI...This was at 5pm.) She said: " If you get here by 6 o'clock, they will definitely get to him by tomorrow." GREAT! So I left work early, in heavy traffic and got to them by 5:35 PM. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice gentleman that told me that my package wouldn't go out until tomorrow because I missed the cutoff time of 5pm. My package would not be delivered until the following day. Well, that didn't settle too well with me. I was NOT very happy that Ngoc lied to me. I'm sure she's a nice person, but she either needs to be trained more or not say something that she knows nothing about. She could have asked her co-workers to get the correct answer. Anyway... he got another gentleman to assist me who was equally as nice. He told me the same thing ... that I had to be there by 5 pm for next day delivery. Again... NOT HAPPY! HEY FEDEX... TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! Kind of an important thing for your staff to understand, know, and learn, and it's not that difficult. Also, they can't look up business account numbers. So if you go, you better have that available and ready when you go there... or you're out of luck. I guess that just really shows you how much FedEx trusts their employees! Pretty sad! I ordered online but realized my product I custom ordered could not be finished when I needed it (my fault I made the order too late). I went into the store and Eden thought outside of the box and created something that would work and could get done sooner in time for my event. Bad customer service. I was there for a while, just dropping the package off. Young Asian worker told me that " I have to wait?" Literally that what she said to me. " You have to wait." How about " I will be with you shortly?" Two workers ignored me completely even though the place was completely empty. You don't talk to the customers that way, period. If you need a passport photo for a child, this is not the place to obtain one. Apparently company policy says no kids unless they can stand still so they tried. But boy did they fail. The white background necessitated a chair and either my toddler stand looking like why is this happening or a booster. The guidelines they present as being government guidelines aren't. They're FedEx guidelines for their employees who might have been lucky enough to graduate from high school at best. A 2 second search of the state department website shows they're wrong. Half the pictures that they took would've worked but the employee said none of them will work. The vast difference in pics allowed for babies/kids is so far from what adults are allowed. She ended up raising her voice at me which set my son off in tears. He's not yet 2 and was screaming crying because of the employee. I won't be back for anything after this experience. I ended up going elsewhere for his passport photos and had 6 solid choices to choose from. So skip this location instead. read more

Today I had came in to ship a bunch of heavy equipment (monitors, computer, etc). I got 5 star service at this location. African American gentleman (didn't catch his name) offered to come to my car to help carry it to the store. He helped me unload it from the bags in the store, was friendly the whole way, and did it ASAP. He was great. The person who helped me here was SO RUDE and abrasive. I forget her name, but she was an overweight Asian lady. She took my package from me that she knew had VERY expensive jewelry in it, made a very long and LOUD sigh, then just told me, "ok. you're good". Ummm, what does that mean? I tried to get clarification to make sure she would put it in a FedEx box like the instructions said and that she would attach my printed shipping label on it, and she just blew me off saying, "I know what I'm doing I've done this plenty of times before". The people here are fantastic! I went in today to get shipping materials to ship around 100 books out and the team was quick to help me out since it wasn't too busy and I had prepaid labels. It would have taken me over an hour to do it myself, but Kimmy came over and helped me pack and label them without hesitation. The rest of the team also chipped in to add labels and process them (I'm blanking on the gentleman's name but I remember Kim and Cat) whenever there were no customers needing immediate help. Beware of the rude manager and her new made up policies. Went to pick up a package I had held because it required a signature. I have been to this store and done this many times. Never had a problem. They asked for ID, I gave it to them. The ID and the package had the SAME NAME AND MY PICTURE IS ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE. I was told I could not pick up the package with out going home to get a piece of mail with my name and address on it. How stupid. Is my ID not good enough for them now days? This place was great until recently , about October 2019, or earlier, they hired a new crew for the print section. They have no customer service abilities. They're rude , abrupt and anything but friendly. It's as if they feel uncomfortable being nice or just don't know how to be personable.
