I used to go to the Coburg location all the time because I had a mail box there and the people were so wonderful and friendly and they could always print stuff for me for pretty cheap when I needed, so today when I needed a document printed I went to this location and they charged me $3.20 for one A4 sheet to be printed black and white. Just insane, I was expecting it to be less than a dollar. And 3.20 didn't break the bank but if you need to print anything more than one A4 black and white single sided page I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

Staff is so friendly and quick! I love how smooth the process is to bring in a return. They also said they would happily take boxes, foam peanuts, packing air plastic, etc to recycle. That's awesome to hear cause we always have so much of that stuff with packages. Happy to be able to have it reused. You are in and out in no time here. We had to get some paperwork notarized and didn't know exactly how to handle it. The gentleman who helped us (along with a woman also working there) was so patient and congenial the entire time. We were very grateful since we knew it wasn't necessarily in their wheelhouse to help us figure out how to get the paperwork properly completed. I decided to add my review because I saw that the negative review was from years ago. I've been to this location a couple of times for shopping and at least once for a notary. They were friendly from the time I stepped through the door and helpful in all that I needed. For the notarization I was asked a few particulars to make sure I would need the services and that I had what was necessary to complete my tasks. This was also done in a friendly and professional manner. I have used the UPS Store in a couple of states and have always had the best of attitude and have had great service. read more

Awful! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I walked in the store, set my stuff on the counter and the man immediately started packing my stuff without even asking me. I feel like it's his job to give the customer the best experience. In this case it would have been helpful to note the price of packing before starting the process. Maybe after I complained not shrug your shoulders- instead offer a solution that might better suit the customer's needs. Like perhaps- buying a box and packing herself. I am overall unhappy with the price I paid to have the box PACKED- paid 62.50 for this "service" This DOESN'T include shipping. I'm talking JUST PACKING! Please prevent unhappy customers by using your communication skills to explain the pricing BEFORE you start packing. Thank you. read more

What amazing customer service! Needed to have my fragile items packaged. Raquel was fast , friendly and efficient. She had me in and out very quickly . However I had to call a few hours later to have her stop the box from being shipped. She was again extremely helpful in getting me my package back and refunding my money . In a month or two, I'll have been using this UPS store for my business going on four years. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly; I actually enjoy going and picking up my items from them. Even in the very beginning the staff made a point to learn my name and what I do so they could cheer me on and ask how business is going. I don't even think I've used my key once since they always get my mail and packages for me as I walk in the door. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is thinking of getting a separate mailbox for business or otherwise. I've used this particular UPS store a few times because it is near my other errands. The gentleman who (owns?) works there is always very helpful. I've had him notarize documents for me, and I've dropped packages for shipping. Nothing very involved or complicated, but he's friendly and gets the job done quickly, which is exactly what I need.
