I came here to drop off the package in the afternoon and parked nearby. Since it's in downtown, it would take some time to find a street parking. When I came in, the setting was open and bright. You could find everything easily. While I was the second customer in line, the supervisor immediately stepped in and helped me out. It's very efficient and smooth. Every time is a nightmare. I went in with an RMA on my phone, the new guy scanned it and said it has to be printed in the marketing center he can't just use the label...okay so I wait in line to print the label and the WiFi and cell service in the spot is so bad I can't send an email out. I try to get someone's attention but they're so busy with everyone else, what would normally take 5 seconds takes over 30 minutes. I have never had a good experience inside a FedEx print store in my life and this is no exception. I had no choice bc of the product I was returning, but I would choose UPS or USPS over FedEx any day. read more

I rarely need to print copies but onthis day I needed to print some copies. So I went to Kinkos in Kirkland, WA. The gentleman who greeted me was nice and he helped me to set up. I started making copies. The machine stopped working. So I went to the counter to ask for help. This time it was a woman. Firstly she wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. Then when I called her to say the machine was not working and it was printing only half the page, she started giving me major attitude that I was doing it wrong. I had printed 30 copies already and it had worked fine. All in all, if you want a lousy experience and to be treated with contempt you know where to go. read more

I came here to see my detail tracking numbers also one of the Chinese employees And there are other coworkers watching me not even lifting a finger or even turning their head To even didn't even decide to help me at all. I was told things I already know and not even a solid response. I was treated like an idiot at the front. @10:14 am 3/28/22, I just got a notification @10:30ish , I wasn't notified or given a phone call about my drop off. If you order anything above $2000 with this company you will have your privacy stripped away and we will search up all your items and your items will be one month late with no customer service or tracking information because it's "importers "a way to treat you like you're not from the US or as if you were a package of domestication. I have done thousands of dollars in business with this location and don't know why. Needless to say I will never use them again. I recently spent $800 shipping some art and it was not disclosed that a signature would be required (second home). On fedex.com this Kirkland location is rated all five stars *****. What is a scam ! FedEx ground as well as this facility have the worst customer service. There are many unpublished rules they surprise you with and packages got mishandled many times when I used the facility there. I don't know how this location stays in business. Literally every time I bring in a shipment, they look for reasons to NOT accept it, almost like they don't want business! Today it was because I had shrink wrapped it, and even though it was very tightly wrapped, and taped in all directions such that there were no loose areas, the staff said they couldn't because it might get caught on a belt somewhere. Of course, they were more than happy to offer to sell me a bigger box. Another location gladly accepted my business, even after I asked if the packaging was ok first. I'm done. I'll gladly drive 5 miles instead of 1 and hope for the day this location gets a change in management and staff. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. To call the staff rude is insulting to rude people. At no small expense, I had a package shipped from Florida " overnight " to Kirkland. Shipped on Tuesday. As I work, I had it sent to this location. Delays. But it did get to Issaquah by Thursday. 36 hours later, none if these a-holes can tell me anything. " Come back Monday. Real solid place. Nice, friendly service. Everything you'd ever need, especially if you're in outside sales. Free work stations and wifi here! If you dont need to print/ship anything, theres no discouragement from using a free work station. Plug in your laptop and get to work. Aint nothing wrong with that! read more

Nice place, good service, but tough parking

Terrible parking, sketchy customer service, slow production, and HIGH prices. Let me give you a specific example: had a 50 page document I needed scanned into a PDF. Pretty straight forward, right? Okay, price is 89 cents per page for $44.50 total. NOW, go to the UPS Store down the street with the exact same project and the price is 12 cents per page for a $6 total. I've found that the UPS Store at 218 Main by the Taco Del Mar can do anything that Kinko's can do and they do it faster, with a better attitude, and better prices. Plus there's all kinds of parking in their free lot. One thing you can do there that you can't do at Kinko's is drop off your Amazon returns. read more

Went here to get some blueprint copies done for my boss. The staff was awesome! Especially one in particular (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) but she's a elder Asian lady. She was very helpful when it came to teaching me how to use the roller-copier as well as where to cash out & extra supplies like rubber bands to help transport my copies better. It was a Thursday so it wasn't terribly busy but there were a couple people getting some stuff done here & there. The parking is questionable because there is none. Acropolis next door has signs on EVERY parking spot (I kid you not, EVERY parking spot) warning you that there is absolutely NO KINKO'S PARKING. So I went & parked at the Wells Fargo a little walk past Acropolis. Other than the parking, I don't have anything to complain about. read more

The staff always accepts prepaid FedEx packages with a smile and does not make you feel like an inconvience for only dropping off a package as other FedEx Offfice locations can tend to do. If I could give a 0 star, I would.... It seems whenever I go to this location to drop something off and ask for a shipping receipt, they ALWAYS give me crap about what I am shipping. Heck, even today the guy that was supposed to be helping me told me I couldn't even use the box I was using because it had labels that made it look like we were shipping wine out. He also told me that we couldn't sharpie out those sections to then ship it afterwards. I sharpied the stuff anyways and went to another location- the other location was easy and I have no issues there. I would seriously consider going to another location if you need to ship things out, I know that I will now! read more

Customer service is awful. The employee there insisted using our old address on the driver license as the sender adress unless we provide proof of new address (water bill etc). She also told us UPS has the same requirement. We went ahead to the Redmond FedEx and the employee there has no problem fixing the sender address. We don't know why the Kirkland employee lied to us. read more

This place is improving. I've noticed a lot of new faces and with the new faces I've seen better help and attitudes. There is one person who gets short with the other employees when they ask for help which always makes me wince, but eventually she chills out. Please keep getting better! read more

A good, solid FedEx print location. Deceptively larger than it appears from the outside. They've always done decent quality work for me. The prices are what they are (it's silly to pick this place then complain about the prices that you knew going in). So, you get what you expect, you pay what you were quoted and agreed to, work is done on time, staff is reasonably friendly, and the place is well maintained. Is it amazing? No. Is it solid? Yes. Seems like a winner to me. The biggest issue is the horrible parking situation caused by the odd location. read more

Went to drop off a prepaid Fed Ex package at the Kirkland store. It was in the original shoebox that I received it in and was well taped. They wouldn't accept it because "a shoebox is not sufficient packaging" but they would be happy to sell me a box to put the shoebox in to ship it. What??? I had another prepaid package to drop off that was in a plastic bag, they were fine with accepting that. None of this made any reasonable sense to me! read more

be careful when you drop-off a pre-paid package, they will make something up and rob you blind. I had my daughter dropped a package which I had it secured pretty well inside with a large styroyfoam, the women employee still sold her ~$5 dollars worth of foam arguing she has to secure so even a slight movement doesn't happen. Twice now I have used the Fed Ex office in downtown Kirkland. Both times have been late afternoon and the clerk on duty (an older gentleman) was very brusque, rude and not at all helpful until I pressed him for what to do. I have never seen such a bad example of an employee that is supposed to help the public. I will never go back to this Fed Ex office again, which is unfortunate as the location is very convenient, but not to the point of having to put up with rude behavior. There are other choices out there. I don't see how he retains his job. He certainly doesn't seem to like what he is doing. read more

I have to give this FedEx Office location the kudos and thanks its due. I'm a procrastinator and have created posters for our local music group's concerts at the last minute, almost every time. I'm usually in a pinch and need the posters printed on a particular quality of paper at the last minute. At this FedEx Office, I think the general manager is almost always working behind the counter. He's friendly, courteous, professional, and bends over backwards to get my projects completed in a short amount of time. I know he could tell me they can't do it and send me somewhere else, or charge me fees to get the work done faster, but he doesn't. (I think his name is Richard.) He has also given me constructive and courteous feedback on my poster design because he used to be a graphic designer. I highly recommend these guys for your small project that needs to get completed correctly and efficiently. read more

Interesting employees but not the best location. It's facing a main road which gets congested quite often. SInce they're open until 11 p.m., I would go around 9 or 10. It's pretty much dead and less stressful. Note: You're not allowed to park at the Greek restaurant next to FedEx or they will tow your car. It didn't happen to me but there are numerous signs posted. Watch out! Based on the flyers I received, I don't know if the price justifies the quality but if you're in a jam and need a lot of things printed, this place is suitable. read more

Do not drop packages off here. They shake vigorously then tell you there isn't enough packaging. Then say they will open the packages up after you drop them off because you don't have enough packaging. I can only hope they don't steal things out. They want to charge you more and make more money. They did this to the other customers in front of me too. I refused and she still said she would be opening the package again. I will be notifying the receiver to check the contents. read more
