I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I wasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open! I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him. I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them. I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. I need to do quite a bit of printing and cutting and shipping for work and I've always had a great experience at this FedEx. The employees have been really helpful too. One time, there was only one poor young lady working on a Sunday and she got slammed with 4 customers but she was hustling! My prints are usually done the same day that I submit them online. They have a giant paper cutter there that I like to use when I need to do a lot of slicing too. When I need to ship something, they help me find the best option and always give me a receipt! One thing I would say is that there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when they will be busy. Weekdays can be dead or super busy, weekends are slammed or slow. Who knows!? read more

These guys are so helpful! I came here to print out a few things, and they got me in and out super fast. I usually use their self-serve stations (you send an email to printandgo@fedex.com, enter your confirmation code, and pay), but this time I had a bit more complex of a print job. I thought I might have to wait a while to get it done, but I was in and out within 5 minutes. The gentleman who helped me did not seem fazed at all by my questions and made this an easy peasy errand. Printing can be a frustrating endeavor that requires loads of patience, so when someone can yield their expertise to me, I am always so thankful. Five stars for super-speedy-top-notch customer service and prints that came out exactly how they were supposed to! read more

The place I go to do all my printing needs. If it's fast simple photo prints, color prints for birthdays, schools banners and home framing needs. All I do here. Usually they have plenty of service people so you never wait too long. My only "complaint" will be that some of the staff can be not helpful let's say that. If I didn't have my graphic designer background and if I didn't knew paper comes in different thicknesses and the sizes I need to be specific in my requests for certain prints, it would have been very difficult for me to do that. Some of the staff is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable and some aren't. Maybe they are just having a tough day who knows. I give them the benefit of the doubt but feel bad for those that don't get helped when they need to print certain items that need knowledge read more

I have used this location for years, and always have received great service. They seem understaffed from time to time, but that is not the employees fault. They always jump on my project, and complete it quickly, and correctly. They can be a bit pricey, but you have to pay for immediate results. read more

Helpful and friendly people work here... however there was a guy helping someone with one package on the weigh machine. He was there the entire time! Why was it taking soooooo long? Both of the guys were helping someone but at least the other guy had a customer with more than one package. Neither looked up from staring at their computer screens endlessly to acknowledge me for patiently waiting while holding on to my increasingly heavier package. Finally a third gentleman came up to help me. I was out of their in less than a minute when he didn't have to just stand there and stare at a computer screen. I.T. come help these folks out! Very rude employees. They should be fired. I sometimes take packages there on Saturday since Star doesn't have pickups on the weekends. I drive to this location and the employees always have to comment on my shipping. I ship everyday with my company, and have been shipping for years. My shipping is pre labeled and ready to go as is. I have special pricing and shipping with a contract with FedEx and not the store or it's employees. The weights and packages I use follow what I have with FedEx and not the store. I just use the store as a drop off for the driver to pickup my packages on the weekends. I'll have to see if there is a drop box there so I don't have to deal with their rude employees. read more

I remember this location when it was a Kinko's back in the day. Ah that brought a flood of college memories. Whether it was copying papers or putting a presentation together or even yet using the internet since the internet was still too new and freaking slow. Times have changed but now, there's a FEDEX. There's a lot of stuff, binders, books, and other misc office stuff. On this particular day I needed to ship some stuff to my brother in San Francisco and it had to go FEDEX special blah blah. There was no time or means to deal with the USPS or another carrier or office. Too bad, I had to do again, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Its not the fault of FEDEX, ( review is dated, as this transaction happened quite some time ago ), but the cashier was simply not ready for me that morning. She seemed to be handling a large binding copy project that burglarized her time and I waited at the scale for her to come to attend to me. There was no apology stated, but it would have been nice to hear. She weighed the items and quoted me a price. It was super expensive. I don't remember the exact cost but I shrugged to comprehend why it was so much more. There was no explanation given other than the, " It is what it is . " I paid and left but I complained all the way to my vehicle and then was landslided by avalanche of regret by coming to FEDEX. While the service is handy when needed and there are probably more than 1000 more uses and services inside, I'll simply cling to my past memories and reflect kindly on them as a time gone era all the while waiting in line at the USPS to save some bucks. read more

Have been here many times, occasionally just to print a page or two out. Staff is quick and sometimes don't charge for the 13¢ page, which is nice. Because it's the small things that brings the customer back. That is how you run a business and make more money in the future. read more

Didn't provide a receipt yesterday to my daughter for FedEx envelope she dropped off. Bad move. Don't have receipt for business expense tracking and no proof the envelope was received by FedEx. Looked up tracking number this morning and it is not showing as scanned into the system. Called this morning and got smart aleck clerk on the line. Manager then passed us off to another layer rather than resolve the problem himself. Their corner cutting has cost me precious time and where in the world is my package? I will not take anything here again to send out. Will not copy anything here again and will not buy anything here again either. Bad, bad, bad customer service the whole way through. Will use another carrier too going forward for my business. read more

I would have given them five stars, except they quoted a price of $39.99 each to have some book covers blown up and put on foam board. Then when they rang it up, they charged me another over $8.00 for scanning and blowing up. Shouldn't that be included in the price, or shouldn't I have been told it would be more? The covers looked wonderful though, and they even put corner protectors on the posters. Still, I'm leery now that quoted prices there are not really what the final markup is. They don't realize how many of us live on fixed incomes. read more
