This Fedex office printed last minute posters for our organization. We were having issues creating acceptable files and had multiple back and forth emails. I use this branch all the time for printing, laminating, and shipping. If you order online and give them enough time, your products will be very high quality. So much cheaper than trying to build the same capability at home. Although the reviews aren't all that great, they do a lot of detail-oriented, mind-numbing work for cheap. For the third time in a row, I've had just a terrible experience at this FedEx/Kinkos. The first time I was in, I asked them to laminate a sales document. They laminated it, but the lamination was all kinds of crooked. The second time I was in, I discovered that this location has only two copiers, both of which were in use for an extended period of time, causing me to waste a bunch of time before I was able to print. I was finally able to print one of the two documents that I wanted to print. The second was rejected because the size was too large. Be advised that the copiers here are SLOW! When another customer approached about the lack of copiers available, the manager suggested that the company call the corporate office, and offered no apologies. The third time I was in, today, I had an associate spiral bind two books for me. She informed me that she had accidentally punched the incorrect side of the cover of the book I had brought in, because she was unclear on how to use the machine. Each time I've come to this location has made returning that much more painful. Also, be aware that the most employees that I've ever seen in store are two, so if there is more than one customer ahead of you, you're going to be in for a wait. Plenty of time to create and edit a Yelp review, if you ask me. I can't speak for the shipping side of things, but if you're looking for copy and print services, I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. read more

On April 17, 2023, my wife and I went to Fed Ex on Cooper Pt. Rd., in Olympia, WA. to do copy work for an insurance claim. We're both senior citizens who were in need of assistance in completing our tasks. We went to the counter and spoke with a young lady about our need. In response she handed my wife an instruction card stating "this is how to do it". She then returned to whatever she was doing. My wife returned to the computer station and tried to follow the card instructions. After several attempts to complete the tasks as cited on the card, we returned to the counter and spoke to a young man, again asking for help using a copy task as outlined on the instruction card we were given. This fellow took our cell phone looked at it for a moment and replied "I don't know" and returned to whatever he was doing. Frustrated with the complete disregard for assistance we left the store. In response we went to the UPS store across the Cooper Pt. store and much to our satisfaction were pleasantly helped by the young lady at the counter. A few highlights: we are both seniors with very limited in completing tasks related to computer use; there was one customer in the Fed Ex store and she attempted to assist us; finally, it is apparent that customer service for seniors at one store is much more acceptable than that at another! read more

Boycott this place u til they get a new manager have used this location since it was moved and used the old location for over 10 years before. The manager Suzanne makes up her own "polices" that no other store in the USA has. She punches your box then try's to make you buy a "filler" on a product we ship 10-50 of a week with no problem. Lady needs to get fired and people like her taken out the workforce. read more

This is a good place to do your office stuff if you don't have an office. The copies are quite reasonable (My God! I was charged 86 cents for 6 pages!!! Highway robbery ;-0 ) Since Staples/OfficeMax etc closed, this is also a good place to get basic office supplies (mailers, pens,....). They did not have staples however. Drat. read more

I have a friend who gets Kinko's to jump through hoops for her all the time, but I usually end up being a little annoyed. No exception here. This is a Fedex/Kinkos center, so if you are shipping stuff, just head on in and back. Copy stuff is in the front part of the store, along with an employee to help. It only takes one person needing help to tie up this employee and make your wait an eternity. Fortunately for both myself and Kinkos, they have made everything automated: Computer access/printing? put credit card in reader Fax? card...reader. I saw similar readers around, so you can probably do your whole print job without interacting with the overworked employees. Which, ultimately, is good. NB - at the laptop workstations, the ethernet port was active after I put the credit card in, before the billing process was started (for the access and the print job). Use that information as you see fit. read more

A real race to the bottom. Customer service is awful. Every single time I've gone into Kinko's I stand there for 20 minutes, without even being greeted or acknowledged. I usually have a simple job, but one I can't do myself on the printers (like bind a document). Anyway, today was the last straw. I'll happily pay more for other printers. Terrible customer service! My daughter and I went here to print out some color copies for her science project. The man greeted us and went to the back of the room while we found the photos on the computer. It took about 5-10 minutes to get it set up but once we finished, we went back to the checkout counter and both employees completely ignored us and chatted in the back. We were the only customers in the store and the man didn't even say he would be with us shortly or basically even notice we were waiting for him. We waited for about 20 minutes before leaving. read more

A very big shame this fed ex office is I dropped off a package containing shoes and a belt from a high end designer to be returned and when the package gets Received by the designer they only receive the shoes so I walk into the store and talk to the manager and she finds the date stamp and timestamp of when I drop off the packages yet somehow they have no video surveillance of me at all in their store one of their employees stoled my item And I'm having a very hard time getting a refund for my $500 belt do not go there to the store they will scam you read more

So, I went into the store off of Cooper pt. rd, in Olympia , WA this morning and stood their at their counter for over 6 minutes waiting for the 2 women to at least acknowledge me. They both were talking / helping 2 men on the other 2 machines. All I had was a package to drop off. so after one of the women decided to refund one of the gentlemen's transactions and do it all over again for him, he even looked at me with a I'm sorry look, neither one of them still had not even looked my way to say " HI, I'll be right with you.... or... do you just have a package to drop off?.... so finally after 6 minutes I said... excuse me, but I only have a package to drop off and one of the ladies said... do you want a receipt? I said yes,( do to at this point I'm not sure if I trust them). I will definitely find another FEDX store to do business with. Very un-professional. LOL... in the interview for this job were they asked if they can be rude to the customers and be very un-professional... because they are doing a bang up job in that category... read more

My printer decided to quit working on me when I needed to print out a single piece of paper with maybe 5 sentences on it so I went ahead and downloaded the app to be able to place an order to have this paper printed at this location so I could just go pick it up, seemed convenient and easy. I arrived 15 ish minutes after I placed the order. When it came to my turn to be helped, I said I placed an order online for something to be printed and that I had gotten the confirmation notification and email that it had been completed. Guy didn't say anything to me, went to one computer, 5 minutes later went to another computer, (keep in mind he didn't even ask for my name to actually know what he's looking for) and then he comes back to the first computer, STILL SAID NOTHING TO ME, and starts helping some other guy. It legitimately took 30 MINUTES for me to get A SINGULAR PIECE OF PAPER. He continued helping 2 other people RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AS I AM STANDING THERE WAITING FOR LITERALLY ONE THING. It took the guy who was working in the back to come up to the front and see the frustration on my face when I said "Can I just please get my paper." Which is when the first guy actually spoke to me and told me he couldn't find my order online. excuse me? you literally didn't even ask for my name, so how could you even pretend like you were actually looking because the guy in the back found it in 0.2 seconds and literally told the first guy "all you had to do was look up her name". would have been faster to just go to Best Buy and get a new printer. read more

WHAT A JOKE! I came here because none of my friends' printers were working or they didn't have one. My family members didnt have a printer either. I'm thankful that fedex had internet and printers but what the hell. You swipe your card and they charge you 20 cents a minute..ok, that;'s cool but not when the computer is crap slow..it took me 2 minutes to load the dang internet explorer!!! What a rip off! Worst service ever. The first round of 30 prints were in grayscale, even though the file was color, second 30 prints weren't all on the right weight paper, and the third 30 prints (which I had to come back for hours later, once I realized the 2nd group was wrong) were shrunk down so they're 1/4" smaller on each edge. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a printer in 10+ years working as a graphic designer, and that was the worst $40 I've ever spent. I'll never go back. read more

If I could rate this experience lower I would. I can't say this is the poorest customer service I've ever experienced, but it is a top 5. What really stood out was the level of incompetence displayed by the employees. I had what I thought was a fairly simple print project that turned out to be an overcomplicated cluster****. I don't consider myself demanding or overbearing. I've worked in customer service and retail, so I get it. Nobody wants to work on a Friday, especially when it's sunny and nice out. But guess what? You still have to do your f****** job OR at the very least, pretend you're doing it. Apparently the FedEx Office Print & Ship Employee Manual is missing a vital section. To the middle aged 'low talker' lady at the counter: I'm not an expert at printing material. That is why I approached you and asked you for help. Yes, I understand the basic principles of a copier and that paper with text, pictures, or both can be duplicated by using this type of machine. My company's $400 printer can do these things, but that same printer can't do what your $20,000 printer can do. That's why I'm here asking for your help. If you don't want to help me, then don't. At this point I'm already acclimated to the poor customer service environments so I won't be bothered if you keep ignoring me. To the advanced aged semi-retired employee: Look, I know you don't want to be here. Right now, I don't either. I have this pamphlet that I would like you to make some changes to and just print out one copy. The rest I can handle. What do you mean that the process is expensive and will take an hour? Yes, actually I can obtain the electronic PDF file off of the internet if that makes your job easier. Can I use a computer real quick to bring the image up for you? Yes? Ok, great. Where is it? The computers in the far back? You mean I have to pay to help you do your job? Great... At this point I take another 10 minutes out of my day to Google search a PDF file on a computer that is charging .20 a minute and then realize I have nothing to save it to. 20 something clerk at counter: Ok, this girl was at least tolerable. I asked to purchase a flash drive and she picked out the cheapest one to sell me (still about $14.00). Back to the computer, save file to flash drive, log out, and track down semi-retired employee. (Waiting in another line so I can provide him with the file) Semi-retired employee: "Can I help you sir?" Me: "Yes, here is the file. I saved it on this flash drive." Semi-retired employee: (look of confusion) "For what?" Me: "I just spoke with you about a print project 10-15 minutes ago" Semi-retired employee: "Oh, you still wanted those?" Me: "Yes I do." So, he logs on to a computer behind the counter and messes around for a few minutes and calls middle aged low talker employee over for help. She re-iterates what semi-retired stated earlier regarding the complexity of the print job and at this point I tell them both to not waste my time any further if they can't figure it out. Now not sure what exactly happened next, but it had to be a random mistake in my favor because the print job came out a success. It was how I wanted it, so I give them some credit for inputting the correct sequence by mistake. So I go to pay, and semi-retired employee checks me out: Semi-retired employee: "I accidently printed two copies, but I'm only going to charge you for the one." Me: "Great." Semi-retired employee: "That will be $13.45." Me: At this point I was just happy to get the f*** out. This experience (not counting the missed time from work) ended up costing me around $30.00 and 45 minutes of suffering. Take my advice and just stay away from here. The only way this place can continue to stay in business is by overcharging customers for basic services and utilizing poor quality employees to deliver the 'services' at a snail's pace. I mean it's not like I asked them to duplicate a painting of the Mona Lisa. Just a simple copy, but I guess simplicity is a foreign concept at this place. This is the WORST place EVER. Do not make copies here unless you want to give up your first born to get them. I went in to ask for 20 sets of five pages each--four of them duplex copies. No prices anywhere and I told the snotty girl at the desk that I hadn't used a copy service in awhile. No mention of doing it myself, cost or anything. She had six packets printed when she quoted me over $128.00 to print them! When I told her to cancel and recommended that she should tell people upfront the cost or give them self service options (not to mention posting your prices somewhere might be nice), she just rolled her eyes and said, oh well. I will NEVER give this place my business ever again. They need to show their employees the film "Give them the pickle" so they can learn what customer service is. And do NOT underestimate the power of the internet. read more

I send things here quite often to have printed out to mail. It's always done right! Unlike the Lacey location that really needs to get there act together and take note. I came here to print some photos for Christmas. The customer service was horrid. Woman couldn't even put pictures on my hard drive that she made me buy. Which I know I didn't need. I've emailed pictures directly to them and had them printed numerous times (at different locations) I then got one picture printed with my husbands head cut off. No refund of course. No offer to help fix the problem. She could have cared less. She didn't even offer to try to put the pictures on my hard drive again that she didn't get on there in the first place. I ended up spending money in there and came out with nothing. I was so mad I just walked out. Not to mention I had my two kids with me that were dying of boredom. She was clearly annoyed with me and clearly didn't give a crap that I wasn't getting what I needed. I will be calling today to complain just for the simple fact that writing this just pissed me off. The bathroom didn't work so we had to use the not- taken- care-of men's bathroom. Couldn't print the size photos I wanted because they were too lazy to add that size paper to the machine? Sat at the counter waiting while she ignored me and continued to cut something that clearly could have waited. Never go here. This place is a mess. read more

I came in to print 2 pieces of paper and after 30min the internet was still not working and nothing ever got printed. Worst of all I was still charged for nothing. I would say do not come here at all to print or use internet. read more
