Edited response based on businesses reply ... sometimes being a small business means customer service is your business! If that dollar charge for a piece of tape for a customer who's already frustrated with your employees further encouragement to purchase a role of packing tape means going above and beyond to win the business over the other locations, you do so! The one star review was based on the way the business handled an issue, not a dollar charge. UPS is an Amazon drop off spot so when selecting UPS as your Amazon drop off and they tell you all you need is a box they don't tell you you need to tape it up and you show up at the UPS store with the clerk trying to charge for tape. Rude and inconsiderate since I'm simply returning a wrong item that was received now I have to pay to return something? read more

Very disappointed with this location. I was told there were no files on my flash drive, which turned out to be false -- when I returned home, all files were still present and intact. Because of this, I was charged to email the files without being told in advance. The prints were then done incorrectly, scaled to fit the page instead of printing at actual size. Even after pointing this out, the issue wasn't properly corrected. I've printed these same files at home without any trouble, so this was clearly a print setup issue. Between the incorrect claim about my flash drive, undisclosed charges, and unusable prints, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won't be returning. read more

Conveniently located next to the 51 freeway on-ramp off of Shea Blvd, so it's definitely a good pit stop for all of your Amazon and Happy Returns. Additionally, this location is under new management, super clean, spacious, with fast and friendly staffs and music to keep the vibe going. Black and white copies were noted at: $.25, colors $.60, shredding service -think $1.65/lb, P.O. Box were S-$30, M-$35,L $40, cheaper than some other locations in the valley. Looking at the previous reviews of the store which were a lot of negatives, I can say my experience was nothing more than professional, friendly and welcoming thus a good sense in the right direction for this store. I know it's easy to leave negative reviews, but good reviews are hard to come by, thus wanted to give a big shoutout to the new owner, and drop my Happy returns and Amazon packages here. I stopped by here yesterday to ship a few items. I got to meet one of the owners, Stephen. He was nice and attentive. He helped me pick a budget-friendly box that would help me ship my items. Then he helped me with my transaction. I have only been to this store a few times. Since it's been under new ownership the customer service has drastically changed for good! Quick and amazing service! Staff were very welcoming and attentive with my shipping needs. There was a slight line before me and the manager thanked me for my patience and said they will be with me shortly. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice how clean the store was. As soon as it was my turn, staff was able to answer all my questions relative to pricing and logistics. Everything seemed very fair and they were upfront/transparent. I also had an Amazon package to return and forgot to tape my shipping label. They were able to provide me with a shipping label sleeve and helped me attach it right to the box - saved me so much time! It was a very easy and convenient experience. 1 Star If there were an award for the rudest, most condescending person on Earth, the lady working at this UPS Store would be a shoo-in. I've dealt with my fair share of customer service nightmares, but she set a new low. It felt like her entire purpose in life was to make each customer's day worse than when they walked in. Sarcasm? Check. Eye rolls? Constant. Any semblance of professionalism? Nonexistent. Heaven forbid you ask a simple question--her dismissive attitude and biting comments were enough to make me question if I'd wandered into a comedy roast instead of a place to ship a package. And "helpful"? Not a chance. She seemed to enjoy making every aspect of the experience as difficult and unpleasant as possible.
