I asked the clerk if they'd print a one page document vie email. She said no because they were busy with large volume print jobs. She suggested I use the PrintAndGo@FedEx.com So, I did. And FedEx charged me $10.00 for a 0.36 print job for 24 hours. At this future time, I will be refunded approximately $9 of MY OWN MONEY. I printed out my insurance card for Uber & Lyft because my old cards/insurance expires at 11:59 PM tonight. However, I can't put more than $5 in my gas tank because that's all I have left in my account Plus, I'm ducking hungry and can't buy late night convenience food I'm strapped for cash and FedEx has pissed me off. It's 10:30 PM and the driver apps will lock me out in less than an hour because I printed out the old cards and not the new ones and can't print more copies because I don't have any more money. FML. I have gone to this store for all of my needs for a long time. I got started when I went to a competitor who didn't want to make copies for me and seem determined that I would use self service. There are certain things I don't want to deal with when I am not at work and making copies is one of them. They have no problem doing it for me here. I am writing this review to praise one of their employees, Lorena. I walked in having an idea of what I wanted to have done. Now I will admit that it can be a bit of a challenge sometimes to make that happen. This wonderful lady listened to what I had to say, made some suggestions, then listened to me some more. In a much shorter time than I expected, I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed for much less than I expected. Before I left, Lorena said she has considered retiring. I admit I hope it isn't to soon because I would hate to not have the opportunity to suggest you ask for her. She does a great job! One suggestion. Go to Central and Osborn and head north on Central, no matter where you are coming from. It's just an easy right turn into the store. read more

Went in to send a suit and shoes by overnight to arrive in Cavecreek AZ the next day (Thursday) They asked me if delivery by 4.30pm next day was acceptable or did I need it earlier. I told them 4.30pm was fine. I left thinking wow Vince who served me was very efficient. So the next day comes and my husband calls me saying the parcel hasn't arrived yet, I call FedEx and it turns out Vince chose the wrong service and it won't arrive till Monday!!!!! I had repeatedly said to Vince it MUST arrive next day!!! Vince even wrote his name down for me so that I could give feedback on his service and get a money off coupon!!!! I came here in a weekday late afternoon to get a shipment delivered. I grabbed a box and saw a self service kiosk which I could use to get my shipment done. Feeling a little frustrated with how the system kept reverting me back to the beginning, Vince came to my rescue after seeing that I was having some trouble. He helped me through the whole process and made a suggestion with the type of box to use for my shipment and made sure that the package was going to get to the recipient with great care and also to the correct destination. He was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! What more could you ask for in amazing customer service?! Vince made my experience so easy, frustration and hassle-free and efficient! I was totally happy with the service and will be back for other FedEx needs! I found an email from 2017 that reminded me about the exceptional job the team at this FedEx's Printing Center did for me on very short notice: In April 2017, I was preparing late at night for a conference I was leaving for the next day on a 5:30 a.m. flight. I finished preparations just after midnight, but that's when I discovered my handouts hadn't printed correctly. I was in a panic at that point because I had to be to the airport in only a few hours and I needed sleep as much as I needed a reprint of my handouts before leaving town. I knew I wouldn't have enough time between landing at my destination and going to the conference as a speaker to arrange for new copies to be printed at some shop local there. I had to find someplace here in Central Arizona that could turn around 60+ copies of a 8-page booklet with color printing on the front and back but grayscale for all inner pages and staple each booklet together. After spending an hour of searching and making calls, I finally called this FedEx location once I realized it was likely the only store with 24-hour printing services relatively near the East Valley. (For context, I'm located about an hour away from this store in Queen Creek.) The woman on staff--whose name I unfortunately do not recall--assured me that they could have everything ready within an hour to an hour and a half. I could pick everything up on my way to the airport. She let me pay over the phone. I called when I was nearly there, and the woman (a manager, I believe) met me at the curb with the box of my handouts and wished me luck on my trip. I was so, so grateful, and everything turned out beautifully. If you're ever in need of printing services, this is the place to go. While the printing quality is excellent, the customer service is beyond amazing. read more

24 hour fedex and copy location. Visited for a package delivery and cost $13 to ship a book and cd. If these items weren't personalized with a message to the recipient, I would have just shipped new items from amazon and it would have been the same or cheaper. Yes, that was the cheapest 7 day shipping possible :( I can say that the items did arrive without any significant incidents or events. They are also a Kinkos copy center to make copies of stuff and purchase office supplies. If you need this stuff late night, they're open and waiting for you. read more

Does not honor price quotes I called 10 minutes before coming over and got a quote. I explained that I wanted to pick them up today. I even asked how long it would take. When I came in they tried to add on an additional "same-day" charge. I explained to the manage, Glenn, that I had just gotten a quote over the phone and was not willing to pay an extra charge. He was unbending. He also seemed completely unwilling to address it with the employee that had called me the pricing. Maybe that's because that's how they do business here. It's sneaky and deceptive to hit people with an additional charge once they've taken the time to drive to your establishment. Honor the prices that you give people over the phone. I went to this FedEx location twice each time the gentleman and I use that term loosely. standing at the ship and pack station has a problem with the way I packaged my item and is trying to convince me to buy boxes to ship my item with. first the problem was I didn't have enough bubblewrap for electronic shipment. Then today 5/26/2020 The paper on my item wasn't good enough he never felt the paper because the contract paper that I've gotten shipments with before . Here's my Fed Ex Office Print & Ship HORROR story: I visited this location late at night. I needed to print some flyers. I typically go to the one on Thunderbird, but it was late at night and I needed copies for the trade show the following day. The machine timed out halfway through my job and charged me for the whole order: $250 worth of copies. I only ended up with 27 flyers. I immediately alerted the attendant, and they asked me not to print a receipt. I explained the situation to the attendant. I was using the self service machine with my own paper. I programmed the machine to print out 200+ copies. Halfway through, it timed out, but still charged me for the full order. The attendant explained that she did not have management authorization to issue a partial refund. She told me the only way she could do it, would be to refund the whole thing, and charge me again for the services I obtained. I explained that I could not have two orders go through on that account in one night, because the refund would not show up for 2-3 days. The attendant said she would call the manager at home. The manager on the phone reiterated that the only way to rectify this situation would be to refund the whole order and recharge me a second time for the copies I obtained. The attendant gave me the phone. I explained that I did not have enough in my account to cover double charges, the manager laughed at me. He told me I was lucky I was getting any resolution after waking him up in bed. (not my choice!). I tried to explain that I needed a refund for the amount I was overcharged. He began laughing diabolically and said no. That's not how it works. The attendant on duty does not have that kind of authority. Obviously by now I was pretty upset. I asked how the attendant had the authority to issue a full refund, and not a partial. The manager began that creepy laugh again and said he was losing his patience and hung up. At this point, the attendant said she would not do ANYTHING to help us and said I should contact my bank. A clerk in the store told me to handle the matter with the bank. This was a frequent occurrence and it was the only real way to settle a dispute. I left with my tail between my legs. I received 27 copies that I paid $250 for. The next day, I filed a dispute with my bank. I asked for the overage amount to be refunded. Several weeks went by, when I received a denial on my dispute. Fed Ex was fighting my claim! They told my bank that I received 27 copies and the order was valid. The report said that Fed Ex can not refund "services" that have been provided. I returned to my bank and explained the situation. My bank manager agreed, this was a terrible error on both Chase and Fed Ex bank. He refiled the dispute with a request to issue a refund me for the copies I did not receive. Several more weeks went by. Today, as I'm sitting here at the hospital watching my father die, I received an alert from my bank. Fed Ex fought the dispute once again, and denied my refund. My bank will be reversing the $250 temporary credit... Here, on the worst day ever, this $200 is going to be taken from my account, once again. My heart is broken and I really don't want to have to deal with this yet again. Whatever Fed Ex and Chase are doing.... they have one. I don't have the emotionally capacity to fight this much more. I will do everything in my power to share this awful story so that others will not go through what I have. I have since purchased my own printer and will NEVER EVER use Fed Ex for another service again. I plan on filing an Investigative Report with the media following this "review". Shame on Fed Ex for being so greedy and unaccountable for their mistakes. read more

Their machine that prints receipts was broken so I called the fedex office. 3+ calls later and the problem has still not been resolved. Their customer service was horrible and I was told different answers on how to resolve my issues every single time. Management needs to train their employees so they are aware of common processes like these. This location is right next to my house, convenient, and have always had great service, but I will remember to never try and ship something from here again. I needed to ship a few T-shirts and a small picture to California. I was approached by a trainee who was training a trainee and when I asked for one box, he proceeded to put the picture into a separate box with bubble wrap. I told him I didn't want two boxes to be shipped that I wanted it all together and he said he couldn't do that because it was a fragile item. Instead I would have to pay $12 for the additional small box. I told them I preferred one box and they could put the small frame between the shirts and he said they were not allowed to do that... I even asked for a size and price sheet for their boxes but because they were remodeling they didn't have one? Forcing individuals to buys separate boxes and packaging is a poor way of up-selling. Then they messed up on the address and after that I just decided to cancel everything all together. The process seemed unorganized, took way too long, and the staff did not help out with any shipping options. read more

Awkward and slow. Multiple people I front of me and everything seemed painstakingly slow. I wasn't in a rush and have no issues waiting, but everything was con-fuddled with mistakes and then awkward questions asking the customers how they would prefer there problems to be solved. Huge pet peeve is when an employee says, "well worst case scenario....yada yada yada" because it's not the worst case scenario. The worst case scenario is you over charge my card and put the wrong address in your mailing system. You then never refund my money and I never get my package delivered. I visited FedEx this morning to print presentation decks prior to a meeting. Sadly, I must say this was not the most pleasant or quickest experience. Walking into FedEx, I was not greeted and was left wondering about what my first steps were. I walked up to the counter for assistance, but the gentleman was on the phone. I was a little saddened when he got off the phone and did not approach me asking if I needed assistance. Once I figured out what I needed to do, the system where you pay and connect the USB was extremely slow. I mean really slow. The first packet printed nicely; however, the second packet did not print as intended and it could not be used for today's meeting. I was super flustered and approached the representative again. While he was able to help me, the overall experience was frustrating, it took way to long, and I wish that one of the two representatives would have asked if I needed help after the first time I approached the desk. read more

If you can manuever the central / light rail madness this is the best copy center around. I've had recurring print issues and they have consistently saved me from losing my mind. I've gone in with flash drives, laptops, hard copies, brochures, etc., and they go out of their way to get me to class on time. I haven't used the fedex services there, but if you need any kind of copy work done, please do yourself a favor and try this location. FYI: They also have a small section of office supplies and I got the best stapler ever. It powers through stacks with the ease of one finger touch. read more

Places like this seem to have a really difficult staffing problem. They just don't hire enough people to handle situations that can come up, and with printing and shipping it can happen a lot. When I was there one lady was having trouble tracking a package and one employee was with her for about 15 minutes. I had a color print job that I tried on the self service machines but it was smudging, so the guy guy offered to do it for me behind the counter and it took him a few minutes. Again, that caused a longer wait for others at the counter. The next time I went straight to the counter to get my prints, and the lady was obviously stressed out. She aligned my pdf then helped someone else, then started my print job then helped someone else, then answered the phone, then cut my prints in half. We all just got lucky that someone didn't need anything time intensive or else the whole process would have broken down. read more

I rarely write a review, but this FedEx location was so helpful, I really felt that it was needed. I was in Phoenix for a conference, helping run a conference, and there was some miscommunication initially regarding whether an order was delivered. We NEEDED the documents the next day, and Beth, the manager, was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we received everything we needed in time. I really appreciated the offer, and next time we schedule a conference in Phoenix I will definitely use this location again. read more
