    I asked the clerk if they'd print a one page document vie email. She said no because they were busy with large volume print jobs. She suggested I use the PrintAndGo@FedEx.com So, I did. And FedEx charged me $10.00 for a 0.36 print job for 24 hours. At this future time, I will be refunded approximately $9 of MY OWN MONEY. I printed out my insurance card for Uber & Lyft because my old cards/insurance expires at 11:59 PM tonight. However, I can't put more than $5 in my gas tank because that's all I have left in my account Plus, I'm ducking hungry and can't buy late night convenience food I'm strapped for cash and FedEx has pissed me off. It's 10:30 PM and the driver apps will lock me out in less than an hour because I printed out the old cards and not the new ones and can't print more copies because I don't have any more money. FML. I'm broke which is why I am Ubering and this just rubs salt in my wound. SMH. ‍

    If I could give zero stars I would…read more From the very beginning there was incompetence, and or poor training, leading to unprofessional and unacceptable handling of my account and mail. I tried to use the online notary several times to get the account authorized in the beginning, and each time I waited a long time, and no one ever became available. I then went and got the paperwork notarized in person and submitted it. It was only supposed to take 2 to 3 business days for acceptance. After I believe five days, I finally messaged to find out what the delay was and my account was approved the next day. A piece of mail, a significant check, arrived at Anytime Mailbox and I requested that it be held so I could pick it up. I then received a message saying that they had already mailed it by accident and tagged it with "my bad" instead of "I'm sorry". Very unprofessional. Photo attached. That item became lost in the mail, and I had to request a new check be sent, and I've only just received that new check from the original company after over two months from when I should have received it. While, I can't hold Anytime responsible for the Postal Service losing mail. My guess is that it was probably miss-handled in someway since all of my experiences with the company have been unprofessional and incompetent. I then got another piece of mail, another check at Anytime and requested several times that it be deposited. I even called into the location and spoke to someone and requested it be deposited. I was told that they had sent me a message, but I never received any kind of message, and there was no place to find messages on my dashboard within my account. At least not that I could find. I then asked that it be sent in the mail. I made this request with great apprehension since they had lost my previous one, but I felt like I had no choice since they were not following through on depositing the check as I requested, again several times. Even though part of the service The advertise is that they will deposit checks. That's why I signed up with them. They finally sent the check after several several weeks of practically having to beg them to take action. I finally closed the account due to the unprofessionalism, and/or lack of training and/or incompetence.

    Have avoided this PO like the plague for several months, but had an important letter to mail…read more There were some different staff there and they seemed to have their A/C turned on this time, which was good because it was 106 degrees today. One of the employees actually came out into the waiting area and queried those in line personally about whether they were merely picking up or dropping off a package that already had postage, instructing them to report to the far left window. At the far right was a newer employee who is extremely tall and muscular and friendly. As each customer left his window, he apologized for the wait, as there was a long line. But he works very fast, so the wait is not because of him. The female at the far left pickup window was a little strange. She had a big head bandana and crazy eyes. She had no one at her window and wasn't doing anything, nor was she announcing to newly arrived customers that if they only had a pickup or drop off they could come to her window -- other employees seemed to take on that "heavy mantle" FOR her. She only gave confrontational stares to customers in line, like she wanted to jump over the counter and fight with them for looking at her (probably wondering what her job was). The other employees were working a little slower, but not as slow as PAST longtime employees used to (maybe they finally retired). There used to be a middle aged lady with short spiky hair that worked so slow it was almost impossible to tell if she was moving. Just watching her made me feel like I was going into a coma. Maybe she is finally gone. SHE is the one who always SHOULD have apologized for the wait... Dare I say things are improving slightly over there. At least they had 4 active windows going. I'm curious as to what accounts for their sudden new motivation to actually do the jobs for which they are being handsomely paid... It is in a convenient location with good parking access IF you are going northbound on 7th Avenue. Otherwise you are pretty much SOL.

    Don't ever go to this usps I went in there yesterday printed my label and the dude in there that…read morewas about to close the inside of usps store didn't know how to do his job what so ever told me that I'm using a ground label and told me to switch it from ground and the label was a QR code so the customer wanted ground not normal shipping I kept telling him I couldn't switch it it's supported my a QR code I can't physically change it my self and said it would just get shipped back if I took it then changed his mind and said I can't take that I'm sorry it was just all a shit show it was like he was kinda slow and they should of never even hired him
