Last week was my first time at this central Redmond location, and I was immediately impressed with how much larger it is than other Fed Ex Office locations. They had a huge array and assortment of things like books, office, and shipping supplies, along with the usual shipping center and copiers. I was there, as usual, to print flyers for some upcoming work events, so I used their super convenient Print & Go service to email my flyers to the Fed Ex cloud and then print on one of their self-service color machines. On this trip, there was a small issue with the printer, but an employee quickly responded and fixed it in a matter of seconds. Other than that, everything went smoothly and they were also able to cut my flyers in half on their handy dandy giganto paper cutting machine too. Fed Ex Office has become a big part of my work-from-home routine, and it's good to know there's one so centrally located in Redmond for next time I'm in need of printing.

I came here because I was waiting to pick up a photo nearby. While I was waiting, I decided to drop off a package at FedEx to use my time in an efficient way. I have a FedEx account, so I already have my own shipping label. I only needed to drop off. I simply used Google and found this location. I scanned and I was about to put the package into the drop box, but then I realized that the box was kind of stuck at the entry. When I was wondering what I should do, a young man behind the counter saw that and offered to take that package for me. He was the only employee I could see in the store at that time. He was helping another customer for some packing materials, and he noticed that my package might be too big for that drop box. So I brought it to him. He was very friendly, and he greeted everyone coming into the store. It was very pleasant. If I happened to be in this area next time, I would be happy to come again.

So annoying when you have tons of packages. Which of course dropped on the ground. This location doesn't scan in packages for USPS or FEDEX you just set them in the designated piles. They scan in the UPS but do not provide you a receipt just tell you to follow up online.
