The only reason I removed a star is that the staff don't really acknowledge you when you walked in. There were two people working who looked right at me and didn't say a word. I thought, okay, could've just been me. But another customer walked in a minute after me and loudly said "GOOD MORNING!" to wake the staff up. I giggled and turned to tell him good morning and a subtle nod for solidarity. Same thing to a woman customer to walked in right after, not a word. I also needed to get exemption from immunization notarized for my daughter for school ! and Miss Katrina that helped me was so sweet kind and helpful not only with the information but the whole process simple easy for me !
