This location is fantastic. The employees here are always so welcoming and greet you with a smile on their faces. One of the employees (I believe his name is Eddie) is always so helpful! This location was fantastic! (I normally visit the one in Murphy and the employees are so monotone and not friendly.) The employee was polite and helpful! Refreshing! I also needed to mail something. My regular store gives me warnings about using the mail. They even hand me the stamps so that I can attach the postage. This store attached the postage and continued with the polite attitude through my mailing process! I will drive the extra 6 miles for this kind of service. read more

This is by far my favorite mailing station. This specific UPS is customer service oriented and especially tonight after I had several heavy boxes to return, and the employee Anthony Vargas, immediately offered to help me take out each box from my car followed by quickly processing each package. I order A LOT on Amazon and they are super convenient and ALL the staff has been super helpful! I was in yesterday to scan a bunch of papers and make copies, and I needed help! I am definitely a technotard when it comes to technical things like printers and computers. This location is not customer centric and cares more about money than they do pleasing their customers ...after losing $260 here, we will NEVER do business here again and plan to warn everyone we know NOT to go there. As can be clearly seen from previous unhappy customers, this one gets terrible reviews. After 2 moves in 3 years, my husband and I decided to get a permanent PO box address for our business so we could keep the same business address long term. I did research to figure out which location would work best for us and the Sachse location was one of three we were initially considering. However, because it was the least desirable location of the three (and it got terrible reviews) I marked it off of our list in favor of the other two. I also considered what the street address would end up being per location as we preferred a simple address that wouldn't be confusing to our customers, thus reducing the likelihood of payments not arriving promptly. The street address for the PO box here was the worst of the three locations as it is a HWY address with a suite number attached. Unfortunately, my husband misunderstood which location I crossed off the list so he went to this location and signed up for a PO box ...and even worse, he paid upfront for a full year ($260). He purchased the PO box near closing time that day so it was too late to for them to make keys thus they told him to return the next day. When he got home and I realized that he signed up at the wrong store, I was not happy !! Upon finding out that he hadn't even gotten the keys yet, we decided to go back to the store in the morning and request a refund or transfer to a different location... thinking it shouldn't be a problem (how wrong I was). My husband arrived soon after they opened the next morning and was told that he would have to come back at 4:30 in the evening to speak to the owner. He went back and the owner said it wasn't possible to do a transfer and refused a refund by lying and saying that it was out of his hands because UPS (not him) doesn't allow refunds on PO boxes. I then called a couple of other UPS store locations to ask about this so called "policy" and they said that UPS stores are franchises and that it's up to each individual owner whether to give a refund or not. One person suggested me calling corporate to verify this info...so I did. The CS rep at corporate verified that it is indeed up to each owner whether to give a refund and that it is NOT a UPS mandate as he had stated. The rep did inform me that there was a no-refund clause somewhere in the paperwork that my husband would have signed and thus if the owner CHOSE NOT to give a refund then he was within his legal rights to refuse. I asked the CS rep at corporate if we could do a three-way call to the Sachse UPS store so she could inform the owner that, YES, he could give a refund IF HE CHOSE TO DO SO. She agreed and we did the three-way call in which she informed him that he could give us a refund as it WAS NOT against UPS policy (even for a PO box). At that point, he said he would think about what to do and call us back. A few days later he called back and told us that he had spoken to his business partner and they had decided NOT to give us a refund. He then offered us something totally useless in place of a refund (to forward any mail we might receive there a few times ...free of charge). The problem is that we won't be getting ANY mail there since we aren't going to use that box or address. I am planning to file a case against them with the BBB. As business owners ourselves, we would quickly and pleasantly give any of our customers a refund if they ever asked for one because we understand the simple truth that repeat customers are the backbone of any successful business (not to mention the word of mouth referrals that usually contributes to a business's long-term growth and success). Losing customers to keep a small amount of money is not worth it. read more

This store is awesome! I go here once a week and the staff is very welcoming, friendly and experienced! I have crucial, time sensitive packages that have to be shipped perfectly to ebay buyers and never once had I had any issues when shipping from here. Eddie and Sam are as good as it gets! Never ever use this UPS Store. You have been forewarned! I have been to this location three times in the last three days to purchase a mail box. The first day I was there at 1100am well after the store opens and was told the staff cannot set up a box only the manager who apparently has excellent hours as he does not come in till noon to 5pm. The next 2 days in a row i went to the store AFTER NOON only to be told and find out the manager is not in, one of the two times I Arrived at past 1230!!! INCONSIDERATE MANAGER, UNPROFESSIONAL, and in this usually times of COVID-19 (and I am 68 and attempt to follow guidelines to stay at home but new to area and have to have a mailbox) this manager can not even follow their own stores polices. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE SELF CENTERED ATTITUDE!!!! read more

I needed a notary for my grandmother's death certificate (she lived with me and I handle her affairs and now closing out her stuff). Cole carefully reviewed everything and notarized it for me. I don't want to get him in trouble, but when I tried to pay the small fee he said no charge. I think he was being nice due to it being a death certificate or maybe because he realized she had the same address as me and understood I was her primary caregiver. I got in the car and sat and cried ... his small gesture renewed my faith in humanity. I could easily go to the UPS store a bit closer to my house on Garland Ave. but I think I'll go to this one from now on. Dropped off a box with a preprinted shipping label. I walked right in, the employee walked to the counter, took my box, weighed it and gave me the confirmation receipt. Fast service, and I was the only one in the store. The store was a bit messy with trash on the floor. read more

DO NOT USE!!!! They lost my daughter's TV I shipped September 28th, I paid insurance and I'm still waiting on refund. I had to make constant contact with the corporate office and the claims office because this local store wasn't doing a very good job advocating for me. They made his entire process VERY frustrating and difficult. Afterwards I sent several large packages to daughter through local post service and she received it as promised. I have been coming here for years and usually it is just a simple drop off or something basic. Today I brought in a part of my smoker that needed to be returned to the manufacturer, I couldn't get it to fit anything I had. The guy working there, Rick I believe, not only helped me find the box but took the entire thing and took care of everything. Boxing it up and all that, no extra fee at all. I had been putting it off for several days thinking it would be a pain. It was so simple due to awesome customer service. Always had a positive experience here but this was over the top so I had to write it up. read more

Chris the owner was awesome! Had to print off last minute programs for my wedding, he helped me size them and figure out what exactly I needed. I needed about 180 copies, but the printer broke while printing and needed to be serviced. With only 60 copies left, he decided that he wouldn't charge me, since we couldn't finish printing them. Went in today to retrieve a package after making arrangements to hold for 3 additional days due to commitment that allowed for me to stay away from home longer than necessary. The gentleman initially wrote my name on the 27th and said they would keep until the 8th. Today they had no recollection nor tried to see where my package had gone. After calling UPS customer care I was advised it was mailed back to the sender on the 4th. Very tacky to not even provide or ask information to help customers. This location sucks! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I went into the Sachse, TX location today to have a super simple document notarized. It would have taken a few minutes for everything. We got there at 6:24pm and they close at 6:30pm. The guy at the front desk initially said they could do it but then some girl from the back room yells out they can't do it because they are about to close and need to count down the drawer. She didn't even look at the form. She did have time to be in the back feeding her face though. I have been a customer of this location several times over the years. I will NEVER go back. I think they must be under new management so if you have been there before you won't get same treatment. Don't waste your time go somewhere else where customers are treated better. read more

Don't use!!! Bought shipping from them for USPS, wasn't told by the cashier it was through USPS, they gave me a bad label that USPS is saying doesn't exist, so USPS can't do anything about it, and this store won't do anything about it. I'm basically out $120 now b/c of a store owner refusing to take ownership if his own mistakes. Using the only voice I have to let people know to use other services until they fix their mistakes. read more
