DO NOT GO GET FINGERPRINT services here. They do not know what they are doing- didn't fill out the correct information needed for processing the prints. They couldn't track the prints, even though they are the ones that sent them out. They would not return phone calls. They would each give a different answer to the questions asked. To really be unprofessional one employee (James) stated as he walked away from us and avoided our situation " Are you......, oh yeah I would recognize that little mean voice any time!!!" and the other employee states "There is no reason to be rude." this whole situation goes back to February 11th and to this day March 12th they could not help. according to them they provided the service paid for- WHAT???? really??? no you did not. customer service and keeping the customer happy is priority. If you encourage the customer to take a receipt then maybe you should not have employees encouraging the customer to take a picture of the shipping label instead. No matter how you view it or try to justify it, this is complacency from your store not UPS. Just as I admitted that I should have waited for a receipt and not trusted your employee, it would be nice if you admitted to your mistake and not tried to redirect it back on me or UPS for that matter. I've returned packages to The UPS store (not this store) many times and once the label is scanned, it almost instantly shows up as "received," sometimes even before I get to my car and leave. BEWARE of using their shredding service. We brought in a box on 8/4/25. We went on vacation on 8/13/25. We got back on 8/23/25 and wait for it, the box with the shredding was sitting at our front door. How is that possible. They claim that they put all papers into the shredder container. Not this time. Now we have to worry if someone took out some of our personal documents and main copies of them. Someone created a shipping label to send back to us. Went to the UPS store yesterday with several questions/needs. Had to retrieve return instructions from Amazon, print some items and send a package. Karen was the person on Duty and helped me with everything. This wasn't the first time, and each time is a pleasant experience because she is such a great person. Would recommend this store to all. I drop off packages almost daily at several different UPS store locations. This is one of my favorites! They are always friendly and even when they're busy they get to me as soon as possible. They provide a lot of different services, they do shipping, regular mail services, faxing, notary, copying, they also have a large printing machine, And if you need your fingerprinting done you can schedule appointment and have it done here as well. What is it with UPS stores? Because of the anti-mask policy of the store on Bell, I started going to the store in Sun City West on Meeker. It seemed OK and all the employees were carefully masked. But today there were two customers in the store who had their masks around their necks. They walked right up to the counter to do business and the employees did not say anything. I really think employees should be empowered to ask customers to put their masks back on. It is for their protection and for the protection of others in the store. I have been dealing with this poorly run UPS store for years and have never been happy with the customer service. Today was the last straw. I will never walk in the store again. The Pearson working today (Cathy) was so unhelpful it wasn't funny. If I could give a negative rating I would. Fortunately only two miles down Reems on the corner of Bell and Reems (north west corner) in the Frys parking lot there is another USP Store. I was going to have some flyers made and emailed the UPS on Meeker late afternoon over the weekend. When I found I needed changes on the flyers, I emailed them again at 6:30 Monday morning--hours before the store opened instructing them to hold off on printing my flyers as there were some changes. They printed the incorrect flyers anyway. They wouldn't print my corrected flyers and wanted me to pay for the flyers that had the incorrect information (which of course, were no good to me). I told them I couldn't use them, and the old biddy they have working in there said she was going to call the police, because I refused to pick up and pay for flyers that were no good to me. They lost a customer for life over what--20 sheets of paper and a little ink? Just rude people in there. They lost ALL my business. I found the staff to be very patient and helpful. They helped me to complete a somewhat complicated printing project from a thumb drive. The store was really busy with a line to the door, but there were plenty of associates working. I was not only shown what to do, but a couple of staff members checked with me from time to time to see if I needed more help. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful! read more

Inconsiderate and Incompetent, this is how we would describe our experience with the personal and ownership of store # 3250 at 13940 W Meeker Blvd., Sun City West, AZ 85375. On May 5, 2020, we took several birthday gifts, valued at $250, to this UPS Store. We had the UPS Store package the hand selected variety of gifts which were all inside a Lulu Dharma Indigo Canvas Overnight Bag. And send them to our daughter in North Carolina for a total price of $57.39. On the evening of Monday May 11th our daughter called and questioned why we would send her a used Keurig coffee maker. We were very frustrated that she did not receive the correct package and were worried about her gifts being found. The next day, Tuesday May 12th we went to the UPS Store and told them that they shipped the wrong box to our daughter, telling them they had sent a used Keurig. The staff acted like we had caused a problem, by not showing up earlier, because they could not figure out what they had done with the Keurig. They were much more worried about getting the Keurig back then getting our package to our daughter. We were never offered an apology or information on how to solve the issue for us. We were just given a demand to get our daughter to ship the Keurig back. We had to drag the information out of the staff on each step to correct the issues. We indicated that our daughter is a Head and Neck Cancer Surgeon working 14-hour days and could not take the package to a UPS store. We were told she could just put the package out on her porch. Again, we were never offered any help or an apology in resolving the errors made by the Store. It was a very frustrating conversation to get them to explain how our daughter would ever receive her package. The conversation from our side was Okay, and then what; Okay , and then what; Okay and then what???? Initially, we were told to have the item reboxed and place the item on her porch the next day Wednesday March 13th . Then at 4:34 that afternoon the owner, Nidhi Katra, called me back and said NOT to place the items out until she called and told us to place it on the porch. When I suggested our shipping amount should be refunded since our daughter will not receive her birthday gifts in a timely manner. Nidhi rudely said NO because the gifts will eventually get there, and she is not paying because it was ONLY Human ERROR! At this time , afternoon of Thursday March 14th, we have not received any updates on what our daughter should do with the Keurig package or what is happening to our package. We think the correct thing to do is to refund our money and apologize. read more

I choose to do business with the SCW UPS Store when my husband and I moved here 18 months ago. Like many of our Sun City West neighbors we plan to do some traveling and thought this location was a perfect solution for not having our mail pile up at home while we travel. In addition I wanted to keep my business address separate from where I live. I was never enamored by happy smiling faces before the mask mandate at this store. Now its a bit easier for the manager to hide her scowl behind her mask in this highly politicized time. To make a really long story.. Over the last couple of weeks (long after SCW removed any mask mandates. Long after the AZ Governor removed the mask mandate. My husband went in to pick up our mail and package with no mask. FYI I had NEVER wore a mask in there EVER! along with many others we see daily as well. Anyway, the manager picked a fight with him over the mask mandate and refused him service because he would not put on one. He explained that Title II of the ADA gave him exemption. He almost died last year so this is not a joke. This game went on a few weeks in a row till I finally went in to get packages myself. As I entered in the store (I put the mask on as I did not want to upset anyone) I notice two other customers being serviced with no mask. WHAT? So when my transaction was completed I simply asked if they could please work this silly vendetta out with my husband so I don't have to take time off work to get my mail. And pointed out that there are exceptions being made right here. This story gets longer.. the manager and the other lady attack me! It was like spears coming out of there eyes.. to tell me what a jerk my husband is and that he just won't listen. Apparently the reason they would not give him our packages had nothing to do with the mask at all. It was that he won't sign their paperwork to be put on our box we have had for the past 18 months with mail with his name on it and NEVER said a word to me. Now I knew that was a bold face lie because I have videos of these conversations as my husband recorded these encounters. They NEVER mentioned paperwork.. They only said NO MASK NO MAIL.! And things like if he wasn't a jerk they would help him. So I said, look (as I pointed out the two customers in the store with no masks) there is a woman there and a man there with no mask. Can we please just work this out. Let me have the paperwork and I will correct it for you and lets move forward, she refused to give it to me. I do have the video of my husband advising her that she was in violation of the ADA Title II for Disability Discrimination and that he would be filing a complaint. So I think this paperwork thing was a cover to say, he is not even on the account for when the complaint is received. I did write a letter to corporate and offered to turn the videos over to them so they can see how this woman treats people that are just trying to live our lives and get our mail. She picked the fight and refused the service despite serving many others with no masks. Once she she dug in her heals she is not budging to work it out. TO make a much longer story from going too much longer they are now refusing my husbands mail, which is also much of my mail and packages and I am forced to redo all my marketing material and move my address. Don't do business with this store if you want to have a happy day! Especially if you run a business that will require money and time loss to change your address once she turns on you. read more

I am finally ready to tell. my saga. While in Az. I purchased a beautiful pottery piece of art. I have always packaged my own items for shipping but since this was art and fragile I paid to have the store package it. What a mistake. This platter was very big so I thought they would have supplies to protect it. It arrived broken in several places with only 1-2 inches space on each side of box and an 1/2" piece of styrofoam. Well, it doesn't end there. I tried about 5 times to call the store from my Or. home with 3 messages. No answer ever and no return call. Luckily my sister was still there and went in. I emailed all asked of me, never even got an email response. Again I tried to reach the store after a couple weeks, no answer. Again my sister went in and was told it was filed. She was told the reason the phone wasn't answered was that they were busy....never available? I finally got thru a week ago and was told the owner or manager would call me back...never did. I finally got to the manager and she confirmed they did look at emails with an excuse that she lets her other female employee take care of claims. No apology. She had no explanation for why the voicemail calls weren't returned nor did she care. Also they only refunded half the insured value since they would not honor Estate sale price and she found somewhere that it was cheaper. The conversations that I did have with the staff lady were rude and unhelpful. I think the person is Nellie or Nidhi. So I am out money with no idea how they came up with a lower price. This store is very conveniently located near our home. We have lived in the area for about 2 and 1/2 years. We have gone to this store about 7 times since moving to the area. NEVER have we been treated with kindness or respect. Yet we kept going back. Shame on us. We called this morning to make sure they were open and no one answered the phone so we drove over to check. Open, just not answering the phone. And the store was NOT BUSY. We went today because we had to return an item. We had an email with the label and needed the store to print it for us. The woman working there, her name is Cathy, was rude from the moment we walked into the store. Not helpful at all. We sent the email to the store so she could print the label. She said that it wasn't there and when I asked if I could see the screen she just looked at me. I asked again and she still refused access to the screen. No "I'm sorry" No NOTHING. So we went to another store. Only 2 miles farther from out home. AMAZING SERVICE!!! So if you want terrible service and rude people go to the UPS store by Bashas on Meeker. If you want excellent service go tho the store by the Fry's on Bell road at Reems. It's too bad that the owner of this franchise doesn't care about his customers. I called corporate and complained directly and NEVER received any response from anyone. read more

The service I received while recently visiting UPS Store #3250 in Sun City West was abysmal. In spite of my saying several times that a specific package needed to go overnight, the clerk just decided she and I had "agreed", in her words, on 7-day ground. I agreed to no such thing. She didn't make it clear what she was doing and didn't give me the specifics when she handed me my receipt. I presumed I was getting what I requested. The contents of the box were headed to a national archive and essentially, irreplaceable. When I asked if should put "This Side Up" and "Handle With Care" on the package she said it wouldn't matter. I called the store to complain and told them it was their problem and they needed to fix it. They fixed nothing. They don't listen to you, the customer. They don't seem to care about your packages and they don't seem to care whether they get repeat business. They certainly won't get mine. read more

The service here is mediocre - not terrible but not anything worth reviewing. Here is why I bothered. The UPS store offers "Shredding service". Typically I only shred papers that are confidential or have sensitive information on them such as medical or tax records, investments, etc. I have a shredder at home, but we recently had a large volume of paper - too much for my shredder so I went to UPS. So when I went to UPS to shred, I expected to drop the papers in one of those Iron Mountain lock boxes. No such luck. The woman at the counter charged me, I paid, and then she asked for my papers... I was a bit reluctant, but gave them over. I ask - where do you take papers?... are they shredded here on site? Yes, she said.. we have a shredder in the back. Folks-This is not how a shredding service should work. Why would anyone come into a UPS Store and just had over confidential documents to a total stranger with the "promise" they will handle the shredding...?? read more

He had talked to the manager Karen and arranged for us to even get our old box number. Awesome right. Well the day my husband went to take care of the fees and pick up our mail, the associate Kathy made this negative review possible. She laughed in my husbands face and told him she sent all our mail back the day before. She intentionally called the owner behind the managers back and got permission to return our mail. We had the same experience with Kathy @ this UPS store. No customer service skills, not willing to help, wouldn't take a package we dropped off that didn't belong to us. Kathy told us we had to call UPS to pick up the package and we said we are at UPS its your package, not ours and you should get it delivered to the person it belongs to. She ran out of the store and threw the package on our car even she laughed in my face and said she laid it on the car. Came in to get fingerprinting done, told her what it was for. She(owner) sent me away with my documents, come to find out they needed to do a completely different process. I wasn't even mad about this. So I head back to the store to get it fixed, and the lady(owner) comes out the back to fix it and tells me that I didn't say what it was for. We both have masks on, I understand maybe it's hard to understand each other so I'm not even mad. The process requires her to sign a sealed envelope so then she goes. "For my signature it's $4 then" just like that. Worst customer service ever. From the owner. Yesterday, I took a package to UPS in the Bashas strip mall on Meeker. As I walked in with my mask on, I saw that only one of the two female clerks was wearing a mask. Before walking over to the counter, I asked the clerk to put on her mask. The clerk refused and adopted an attitude. When I asked the other clerk to help me, she answered: I am busy. For some of us wearing a mask is not a choice. In the past 6 months I have had heart surgery and lung cancer surgery. I do my best to stay home 24/7; however, at times I am forced to run errands. I have always used this store for shipping with no problems and was greatly upset by this incident. I will not return. read more
