The courteous, efficient and professional customer service at this UPS Store is exceptional. Garrett, Wanisha, Jessica, Trayvon, Jovan and every other employee I've interacted with are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers receive first rate service, even when there are multiple customers in the store. This UPS Store also has the ability to handle some custom copying and printing orders you don't find in other UPS Stores. Everybody there deserves recognition as their work is not easy and yet they consistently maintain a level of excellence that has definitely earned my sincere appreciation and respect. My wife has to return some items to kohls and unfortunately we have to use the ups store to return. My wife sent an e-mail to the store last Friday with the label attached and got a reply from ups stating that the e-mail was received and notified her that she had until March 8th to to go to the store to have the label printed and package shipped. I went in today to get that label asked the young gentleman behind the counter who was nice to check his e-mail for the label he asked when we sent it i said last Friday and the women behind the counter who thhnks that she's the boss smirked and did a smart ass laugh then told the nice young man very disrespectfully to check the e-mails that's when he told me that they hold on to e-mails for one day then delete them. My wife had a problem with that same "WOMEN" last week she shouldn't be in customer service because she is HORRIBLE. Definitely will not go back to that store just because of the "WOMEN". Oh i forgot to add when i walked into the store i was very pleasant and said hello and she acted like she couldn't be bothered just stayed on her phone texting then walked over to a box of popcorn started walking to the back eating the popcorn. Horrible horrible customer service from that "WOMEN" and i will spread the word. read more

Got there 30 minutes before close. Service very curt, no friendliness. Have some fear that my returns were not handled correctly. When I made a request for information I was completely ignored. It was very clear the only priority was closing up and getting people to go away. Just not a positive vibe. Avoid if possible. read more

It's highly convenient if you just need to drop off your Amazon return, prepaid return, or a USPS package. It does take a bit of a wait as it seems like even if there is more than one person behind the counter, only one of them will actually be helping customers. Why I rated this particular location a 3 was due to the service I received today. I own an online business and needed to Priority ship a package but didn't have a padded envelope big enough. They do offer USPS services so instead of fighting all the traffic, looking for a parking space, and praying a snowbird doesn't hit my car, I decided to go to the UPS store. A padded envelope being sent as a priority envelope normally would cost no more than $10. While they comped the envelope, they charged me $21 for the label. Yes...$21! When I asked them why the cost was so high, they rudely told me "Well if you want to pay the cheap price then go to the post office." Since the label was already printed and everything packed up and ready to ship, I ate the cost this time. While I understand charging a convenience fee for going to a shipping location vs the actual post office, $21 is way too much money. Most shippers I been to (including another UPS location) would have charged no more than $11. Next time I will skip this location and just go to the post office instead of being charged that much. read more

They say they provide notary services but the notary person is never there. They should take notary off the services they offer. Go down the street to the local mom and pop mail place. read more

very bad experience here! OK? It was a saturday afternoon and I am simply trying to mail my daughter some things. she recently moved to Texas, United States and she is definitely in need of a care package from her baboo i am not sure why i could not mail my package, so i left the line was very long and there was only one register open after waiting so long on one of my only days off, i was fed up why would you not open the second register? alright well do better UPS! Extremely slow service. Also helps people who walked in before they helped people in line. the excuse I received was "well, I knew I only needed to grab her some boxes and it would be quicker". How do you know how quick my service was if you haven't served me yet? Also tried to upsell me on a bigger box than what was needed. overall terrible experience. I won't be back. Oh, please tell them to turn the a/c on. This Arizona and it shouldn't be just as hot inside the business as it is outside! read more

Fast and efficient and they also have a NOTARY service there as well. The Office by Fry's Mkt. off Litchfield and Waddell is the best.

This place is the worst UPS store in the area. Staff seems like they don't like their jobs and you are a burden. I ship consistently, and am a frequent customer. And never greeted with smiles or polite conversation. Rude workers poor team moral likely starts from the top and trickles down. Can only imagine how sad the management and upper management are at this Location. read more

I went in today to return an item to Amazon. There was one employee working alone named Garrett. He helped 3 of us at once and was extremely efficient. With the coronavirus panic going around, it was nice to get in and out so quickly. Great job! read more

This store is horrible. Spent 23 minutes in line (while 2 customers were helped by 2 employees and 1 employee name Savannah just stood there doing nothing). When Savannah finally decided to help someone, I was next in line. She didn't even know what an envelope with a window meant. Eventually, I was told they don't carry envelopes with windows. read more

None of the 3 copy machines they have in the lobby work. If you want copies you have to wait in line for someone behind the counter to make them for you and that can take forever!!!! How bout you FIX at least ONE of the three copy machines you have just sitting there?!?!?! read more

I love these guys, over the top service. I have had a box here for years. They are always friendly and accommodating . They get a lot of people sending packages, so lunch time isn't a good time to show up if your in a hurry . read more

my package didn't come in time and when it got here there was dents and cracks in the wood. you can clearly see the impact marks. try and carry the package next time. read more

Wow, if this wasn't so close to my house I would literally go anywhere else. There is almost always a single person working here and they remind me of the sloth scene from Zootopia...slow, slow and on the off chance there is a second employee, that person is usually lingering in the back. It would be slightly better if they acknowledged customers as they came in but they can't seem to manage a simple, "I'll be with you in a minute sir/ma'am" read more
