ADA compliant with sliding glass doors which is a plus for anyone with large packages There's 4 curbside parking spaces plus a handicap space. FedEx Ship Center nearby only has one curbside space that's not a handicapped space. There's 4 expansive counters for customers to pack their packages . Each counter has two packing tape dispensers. FedEx Ship Center has told me a few times that I have to bring my own packing tape. FedEx Office charged me $4+ per box to add a minor amount of packing paper and tape the box The best thing is that they are open until 8pm weekdays and 1pm Saturday, which is also their cutoff time for UPS ground. (FedEx cutoff is 6pm weekdays and doesn't have weekend service) I read the other reviews and FedEx Ship Centers don't have public bathrooms either. AKA unfair reviews. Pricing depends on destination. Pretty price competitive and sometimes the best price over FedEx and the USPS for larger heavier packages

My package was reported as "out for delivery" on a truck yesterday. I waited all day. At the end of business they sent a message that it wouldn't be delivered till today. It is again "out for delivery" and says it will be delivered between 9-1pm. I tried calling, I tried writing to make sure it will be delivered otherwise I need to pick it up early tomorrow so I can travel with it. No resolution other than "wait and see if it's delivered". The ratings are for the service itself and it doesn't seem they've addressed it in any way. Have had zero issues with UPS, USPS and all other delivery services. Always issues with delayed deliveries from FedEx once the packages arrive at facility for delivery in Oregon.
