Came in here around 4pm. No line. Walked up to the nearest employee who scanned my pre-labeled package with no issue. Got my receipt and I was on my way. I can't believe I never knew about this location before since you wouldn't notice it in the business area it's in. There's plenty of parking and spaces. There's even a drop box outside if you can bypass getting your package scanned. I recommend FedEx drop offs here! read more

I came in with a package that had a prepaid label. All I needed was a receipt for dropping it off. The rep was in the back rather than at the counter, so I waited a bit, which was fine. But then, even though I was the only customer in the store on a slow quiet morning, the rep did not want to assist me. She directed me to the self-checkout kiosk. She could see that I was struggling to scan a big, heavy package by myself, and the whole process took longer than what could have been a very simple scan for a printed receipt. I don't understand why people choose to work in customer service if it's such a big inconvenience to help customers, treating the customer like they're a nuisance for walking in the store. read more

Had a package redirected to this FedEx pick-up location since I didn't want to risk it getting lost trying to be delivered at work. Easy parking. This FedEx spot is located in a business park that was practically empty when I stopped by here a little after work, around 530pm on a weekday. Tons of available parking spots in front and on the side of the building. No lines. Friendly and efficient staff. Two clerks up front, one helping someone else when I walked in - was immediately greeted, the clerk remembered me from my phone call less than an hour earlier. Retrieved my package, was able to sign for it after showing valid ID, and was on my way. Will definitely use again as a pick-up location and for shipping out. read more

Good luck getting your package out of here if you specifically redirected it here; you need two forms of Id according to the employee who took his just a bit too serious tonight. So I showed my Id that has my old address and he wanted another form of proof I was who my government issued Id stated haha had to show a bank statement. Ordered a case of wine and had it delivered here since I wasn't going to be home on delivery day. The office would be easy to find if not for the insane construction going on on St College Blvd, but if this detail doesn't apply at the time you're reading this, then great. =) The young woman working the counter when I arrived was very friendly and quick. My shipment was stored properly and not crushed or dented despite my not being able to pick it up for almost two weeks. Update: They charged my credit card to deliver my package in a specific window only they never delivered it. I had to go pick up the package the next day at fed ex. They will not refund the charge. It is on my credit card and I have to pay it . It is NOT a pending charge. It is a an amount due charge already approved. Fed ex claims they dont see the charge and I have to keep calling them back until they see it. They will not credit me and they will not note the account to credit me. I have to pay my credit card and keep calling fed ex to try and get a refund. read more

I had to get some items shipped here today en route to Florida and this location is sort of tucked in the industrial area of State College. Finally, I found it after making a U-turn and went inside to be greeted by Scott. He was helpful in expediting my request. It seemed like he was the only one working today. I read the reviews prior to my visit and I was a bit reluctant. I love that this FedEx ship center is so close to my place and I'll be back here again for my shipping needs. My issue is with the Business Center Manager, Noemi, who seems to be on a ridiculous power trip, or maybe she's just plain miserable all day errrday. The company I work for has been shipping with FedEx for 4+ years, and never have they once denied us from sending our package using our own packaging, which is not in a box, but securely bubble, paper and plastic wrapped due to the materials we ship out. I usually have another employee take the packages to FedEx since it's super close by, and it's usually a hit or miss. (A hit when it's a different employee on the floor.) There were a few instances where she would reject the packages and insist they need to be rewrapped or else she wouldn't take them. This is a total inconvenience for us, or even for anybody. We pay for your services, and you give us a hard time to use your services. In what world? The other day I went to the FedEx Office myself since I really needed the material shipped out ASAP. Right when I walked in the office, I didn't feel welcome at all. Noemi was already staring me down like she had some personal vendetta against me. Lol WTF? There was no greeting, no "Hi, how can I help you?". She immediately tells me"We can't accept that" and rejects the package for some ridiculous reasons, and suggests I either put it in a box or she can pack it in a box for me for an extra fee. I told her that we have never had any problems sending the package out the way it was packaged for years, and all she tells me is "Hmm. That's weird". Very insightful. *Applauds" The customer service at this location is terrible. The manager should be setting a positive example to their employees, but that isn't the case here. I've already written an email to corporate and complained about my experience, and really hope I hear back from them soon. Now if only I could rate this location ZERO stars... read more

This is a nice location but after having my guys drop off boxes at 5:30 which is 30 minutes before cut off the employee refused to process the boxes for them. The management really needs to have a meeting with Auggie and let him know it's his job to process boxes weather or be 1 or 100. read more

This store is great, my office is in the same complex as this store so I use it for all my work shipping needs. The staff is friendly and efficient and always make sure that my order is correct, despite what we put on the docs, before it goes any further. Marcella and Julie are my favorites. They always ask how I am and are professional and will totally joke around with me when times allows. The store is clean and well stocked and they generally have few random things for sale to look at. I haven't eaten here yet, but I sure the food would be as excellent as the service. read more

Walked in today to send some packages 3/31/20 at 10am back to spectrum and the lady there was super unhelpful. I was told by spectrum that fedex knows how to handle their packages so i went in without any worry. The lady at fedex told me that she could put a return to sender sticker on it and i said that would be fine. She then said lets open it to make sure there was not a shipping sticker inside, after opening she said there was not one. She then tells me that since she opened it that i would need to pay for shipping or call spectrum to get a shipping sticker. So if ur looking for help this is t the place to send stuff. I know we are dealing with the corona virus situation but you don't have to make it weird lady. read more

Never had a problem. I do all my shipping online and drop off. I once had a problem with a package that I just dropped off and they were kind enough to take it off the truck so that I could catch it before it sent out and re-label them accordingly. Awesome service. FedEx rocks. read more

So I bought a sound bar and FedEx was the carrier that was used for shipping. Ordered on Monday paid extra for overnight night delivery. Checked the tracking and it said " on truck and out for delivery by the end of the day " Waited all day and at 6 it said " delivery attempt made custom not home " I waited all day so that was a lie, it also said I could pick up at the shipping center between 6 and 8. Went there to pick up and was told driver was not back from his route. Was also told that the " boss" called him and he was told that he needed to go back to my house and deliver the package that night. Never showed up. So it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for my "overnight delivery " I really don't understand how companies can treat there customers with such little respect. I HATE FEDEX! read more

I've been here several times now for copies and to pick up packages that I've had FedEx hold at this location. They only have one copy machine, so if someone else is using it you'll need to wait. The staff here is friendly and chatty, which is nice. When I had several large, heavy packages held here for pickup they were quick about getting them to me, and then brought me a flatbed cart without my needing to request one. This one is convenient to have packages held at by FedEx, but I'll still use the large one in Santa Ana on Bristol as my first choice for copies. read more

I stopped by today to get a passport photo taken. when I walked in I was greeted and ask how they could help. when I asked for a passport photo they mentioned they did not do that at that location, and without a beat wrote down the address of a location that did. very helpful. the only problem was that all of the helpfulness was given without a smile on the face. was odd, all the right words and tone we coming out of the mouth, but facial expression was not there. still would go back if needed. read more

I will NEVER recommend anyone to ship through Fed Ex again. I ordered an item on eBay and it was to have shipped to my home on Thursday July 31. Well, it was delivered on July 31 at 11:46am, but not to my address. I have made numerous calls to Fed Ex and have yet to find one person who is willing to assist me. They said the package was left on my "porch" of which I don't have any PORCH! I have been told everything from the driver will contact me to we are working on it. But never an answer... just a run around! And the package I paid to have delivered to my house on Thursday is not here in time for the party on Saturday night. Thanks for nothing Fed Ex. The package is LARGE so there is no way it got lost. Fed Ex told me to ask my neighbors if they got it. Really?? How is it now MY JOB to go house to house asking if anyone got a package in error?? Oh, and get this... Fed Ex does not have home deliveries on Sundays or Mondays! Pathetic!!! Heed my warning... ship by UPS or gold ol' United States Postal services... they may be slow, but at least the package arrives. I doubt I will hear from the Fed Ex driver... because he can't find my house to deliver my package, how will he find it to respond to me??!! And the staff on the phone have not been empathetic at all. In fact, the last person kept pronouncing my last name wrong... and it is a common last name. I don't recommend FED EX at any locaiton.
