The worst center: I asked several times for the package to be delivered before noon on Sunday due to an important commitment in the PM After waiting long times to speak to a representative , who connected to Katie from the customer service resolution center who spoke to Marco who was supposed to contact the manager of the driver all were supposed to call me to give me an update , NO ONE CALLED!!! It is now 12 pm and i have been waiting the whole morning and probably miss my important commitment this PM as my package apparently requires a signature. I have rarely seen so poor customer service. Avoid Fed ex ground if you can by all means ! WHAT A DISGRACE! read more

This is for printing services. I used the self print machine, and it worked and was pretty fast. Before hand, I called to ask whether it's functioning, and the person who spoke to me on the phone was very helpful and nice. Also props to FedEx for charging $.19 versus $.24 at Staples, per black and White page. It's still pricey, but still better than staples, although staples uses much thicker paper. One star off because of their limited hours, and they are not open at what is considered normal hours for other printing places. Inside, it's clean, outside on the sidewalk, it's kinda dirty. read more

Worst experience ever at a shipping center, from employee named Saul. Scenario: Bought something on amazon. Box came damaged. 3rd party vendor emailed me a return label. They even made me take pictures before emailing me the return label. Trip to FedEx to drop off package: Wow! First thing "Saul", employee, said to me when he saw the package. "We can't take that. There's a hole in the package," he says. Of course there's a hole. It's a damaged package received. He continues to say, "well you should have refused the package." I can't refuse a package if they just drop off the package. As I ask what I can do about this, he cuts me off and says "we can't take this package, you need to buy a new box." So let me get this right, you basically want me to pay for a box I shouldn't have to pay for, or go home because you're all out of luck. Here's how I handled the situation: I went back in to get a phone number to call so I could get my situation taken care of. I called 1 (800) 463-3339 and they directed me to someone that took down my info and is sending someone to pick the package up from my residence. 30-minute call, including my complaint about Saul, the horrible manager/supervisor. Tip Avoid this place if possible unless u want an answer/resolution that costs money for everything. If you meet "SAUL", he'll charge you for everything and anything. Tell him about my honest review about him too. I'm not a hater, I just talk a lot. read more

I stopped by today for some color printing. The store is opened on Monday and it closes at 7pm, but according to Yelp, it's closed on today. Someone please change that. Good thing I went on Fedex website to check. Great customer service. There is only one worker there but he does things quick and he's great at making conversation with customers. The deliver truck leaves around 6, so get there before 6 if you want your package to be delivered the next day!!!! read more

They deleted my review. I have nothing by time, these idiots kept me waiting close to 20 mins without acknowledging my existence. They continued to have a casual conversation with their "regular customer". They got real chummy and kept small talking. I only needed to print 1 item. Took close to 45 mins. Can't even tell you how bad I wanted to rip my own teeth and eyeballs out. I hate this location so bad. They used to be better but now it's gone down hill bad. Fed Ex customer service a disgrace. Not only did my package not arrive as promised, I waited all day at home then was promised again delivery Monday. The package never made it on the truck. I came by this FedEx location (9851 Flair Dr) to ship over night a stick of frozen meat for my business which was carefully packed in a foam box with some gel ice and cardboard box outside. I called and spoke to a staff there the day before making sure that they will take the shipment and also followed their instruction to properly pack this package. When I took the package there, a staff name PATRICK, refused to ship with his reason was that they cannot ship "perishable food". I did research on FedEx website and also spoke to another staff there prior with my understanding that shipping the frozen meat is very common as long as it is packaging properly. With all the reason I tried, PATRICK still REFUSED the shipment. I then took it to another FedEx location to give it another try. Once I get there I found out that PATRICK called around asked other locations not to accept my shipment in case I showed up. I tried reason with the staff at the other location and agreed for them to open the package which was carefully packed to inspect the item. They then agreed to ship after they inspected. The 25lbs shipment cost was $298 which was expensive, but what most disappointed was the horrible service and very unpleasant experience with their unknowledgeable staff. I will definitely not ship with FedEx again and recommend to all my friends to stay away. read more

This fedex location needs to be SHUT DOWN! always making hard on the packing of the package, always find an excuse to deny/refuse the drop off packages and ask customer to buy their supply (ie: tape & bubbles wraps ) and REPACK in order to drop off. Avoid this Fedex Location and go somewhere else, they'll SCAM you. read more

Wanted to drop off a package here at 5:40, but their ground pick up already came (5:30). From experience I know that FedEx doesn't always pick up at the stated time and can come later, so I asked him if the pick up already came. After being told yes, I asked the representative if he knew of any other FedEx's nearby that have not been picked up or have a later pick up time. He advised that they were all already picked up. Not more than 2 blocks down the street is a FedEx Kinkos with a ground pick up at 6. Took me just a minute or two to look it up on my phone once I got back into the car. WORST customer service EVER! i bought a tv from sams club online and it arrived damaged. i was told to take the box to this fedex center with the return label and it would be shipped back. one second into the tiny office and the guy barked at me "we don't take those here". i had just gotten off the phone with fedex and was told to take it there! so i called fedex and they apologized and sent a truck to my house to pick it up free of charge. mind you....i'm a middle age disabled woman....this was really a chore to get a 50" tv in a box loaded into my truck, into the fedex office, loaded back into my truck, and unloaded back at home again. i will use ANY delivery service besides fedex....simply because of the terrible service from this office! My packages sent through fed ex NEVER get delivered. It's always an issue. I've even called customer support and this is still an issue. The lady who always delivers to my address doesn't even try. There was once where I drove around looking for her just because it is so annoying that she can't deliver my packages. I live in a gated complex so in order for things to be delivered someone has to come and open the gate. I never have this problem with ups. I always get my ups packages, hell even the PIZZA guy can get through. She has an attitude problem and clearly does Not like her job. I always have to request to have my items held for pickup. So that tends to add an extra day or two. The location by my address closes a bit earlier than others and is closed weekends. It would help if they opened longer like other locations or at least open Saturdays. This particular location is Tiny, it only holds 2 costumers.... 3 max. read more

This one is very small. If you see a line, you probably don't have space to stand. This one isn't like the other one on the street that is on a plaza, so parking is hard to find, if there are a lot of people. Even just for shipping, I would go to the other one than this one. read more
