My package has been sitting at this facility for 5 days now. Each day it shows delivery exception. The weather has been good, what other possible cause can lead to delays like this. Lies, lies, lies! Promised delivery date of 2/25. It's now 3/1 and I'm still getting lies and excuses instead of my package. Since Wednesday they've claimed "weather" was the reason for non-delivery. Clear, sunny, dry, above freezing, the snow has melted. Seriously, your truck drivers can't deliver in beautiful weather? Their customer service person "promised" it would be delivered by 8 p.m. today, except the tracking now says "no delivery date can be set at this time". I manage a business and order items shipped to us daily. We have a small snow storm. Lasted maybe 3 days. And 2 weeks later, FedEx STILL hasn't delivered 4 packages, that have been pending delivery a mere 15 minutes away! When we asked the FedEx driver about it, he laughs and says 'I guess you'll have to go pick them up, IF the office staff can even find them!" You would think if they are thousands of packages behind that they could double up on their staffing for 1 week, and get the problem solved and get back on track. Burlington is the black hole of FedEx. EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE to my house, first gets routed to Burlington and it is ALWAYS delayed, without exception. There is no phone number to call, no way to pick up the package yourself and ZERO accountability through FedEx's main corporate number to resolve your issues - they completely just do not care and have a "it'll get delivered when it get's delivered" response. I currently have 3 packages sitting (not lost), just sitting in the Burlington warehouse awaiting delivery. Each was sent there on 9/14 - each has yet to reach my front door. Fedex customer service is useless. Online tracking updates, more so. they are reporting a shipment they received on the 8th of Feb, had in their Troutdale facility, and is repeatedly reported as "In Transit" since the 12th. Which is a lie, since the Fedex rep I finally was able to reach just told me the shipment is still in the Troutdale facility. held for a weather delay. More baloney, WSDOT has reported I-5 as clear with no delays since Feb 12th. No honest updates of tracking, no updated information provided at all. I am speaking to the originating seller now, (Wayfair) to cancel my order, and implore them to switch shippers to UPS, or other reliable shippers. read more

I will never ship with FedEx they don't care about the customer at all they give you a delivery date that means nothing. My late 3 delivery's were 3 to 5 days late there trucks are filthy and yesterday truck with piece hanging off the back and burned out brake light get it together. I would use UPS or USPS way better job. The last package from them was supposed to be delivered July 23rd to the 27th a set of sling chairs and table for our 3 week RV trip never showed until Aug 1st and we were gone they left it in the driveway and they were stolen so E Bay refunded our cost sorry but that should have been on FedEx. Terrible service whenever packages come through FedEx and this particular shipping center is a nightmare. My wife and I dread dealing with them. To name only a single traumatic experience, we are dealing with trying to get an expensive piece to our computer delivered which we need in order for my wife to use her computer for her work. Add me to the long list of people who have had a horrible experience with Fed ex. My package has been "out for delivery" three times, only be delayed. First it went to the Bellingham hub then went back to the Burlington hub. The Bellingham hub is closer to my address!! How does this happen? As of today it's four days past the expected date and the latest update says I will have to wait at least 3 more days. Talking to customer service on the phone is just as frustrating. They can't give me any info besides what's on the website and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I got transferred 4 different times to other departments. I ended up in technical support, new accounts, and even workers compensation claims Dept! They also won't give me the phone number for the Burlington hub so I can try to investigate on my own. To add insult to injury, one of the days it was supposed to be delivered I had a fed ex pull into my driveway to turn around and he ran over my sidewalk and got stuck. It's been 10 days now for a package to travel 50 miles. The scheduled delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. With a signature required, I have had to be at home waiting just to find out it was rescheduled again. I have changed the delivery location now to one of their facilities, and that delivery date has been rescheduled twice. Customer service has twice told me it would be delivered the next morning, and it was not. I will be canceling the order with the shipper soon, only because of FEDEX. read more

The Burlington FedEx is a sorry excuse for a shipper. I signed up for a food delivery service and had to cancel because the food box was held at Burlington for TWO days and was delivered two days late! The ice packs in the box were thawed, and the food was barely cold. I have no idea why once it got to Burlington it just sat there. My package arrived at the Burlington Center on Jan 17th, it's now Feb 1st. It's been "on the truck for delivery" twice and once they even claimed a delivery attempt that was bogus. I was watching for them and no one showed up. They keep estimating delivery for the next day, everyday since Jan 17th. They show delivery pending, they show weather delayed, even though the road is was dry and paved to my driveway, the snow has been gone since before the 17th. Apparently they will only deliver on "nice days". I got someone who can't speak English when I called for customer support and they can't/won't tell me exactly where my package is to go get it. I feel so sorry for all the other people in my predictiment but it's nice to know they are screwing with everybody , not just me. Let's pretend this is a negative 5 star review. I will no longer do any business with any company that uses Fedex. The driver is a nice guy and always has a cookie for my dog, but he can't deliver what they won't put on his truck and they are so far behind, he always runs out of time before he gets to my location. First, they deliver super early when people work and this location is a drive. Its impossible to find cause the GPS drops you off on the flight line. There is no phone number to the location to ask for directions. When I call the gerneral number for Fedex they cant help you get directions they just give you the same information you gwt looking at your door tag. Like duh!!! I already have that. I DONT NEED THE ADDRESS! I NEED TO FIND MY PACKAGE! They dont care to make a change about it either. When I told the lady at the desk my frusteration, she had no concern. Like wow! The folks at the 1800 number tell me that the package is on the truck for delivery, but it doesn't arrive. The latest excuse is "Recipient Location Security Delay" for the reason a package wasn't delivered. Today is the 4th time in a couple months I have called the Burlington Fedex with the same problem. The driver leaves my packages outside the gate in the open. It would take 5 seconds to put them on my covered porch and get back to the truck. The first time it snowed and the box got covered by snow, I didn't know it had been delivered. The next time it rained on it. Last week a package was left outside and it came to the wrong address. I brought it to the right person. It was electronic equipment which would have been ruined if it had gotten rained on. Today another one left outside. UPS has always put them on my porch, for decades. USPS doesn't deliver up here in Index. If their policy is to leave packages out in the weather I won't use them anymore. I wish I could give zero stars. Instead of them just ringing the door bell, they left a sticker saying that I wasnt home. I was home all day in the living room so thats bs. So I drove up to the shipping center to pick up my package, well when I got home I noticed there was tape on the side of the box like it was open... well sure enough one of my iphone11s was missing... this is ridiculous. I dont know how these people are still in business. I guess people want to be put in jail, the law will be getting involved. Don't know what is going on with this facility, but they have got to get it together! They had one of my packages at their facility for TWO WEEKS before it was delivered. They've had two other packages for almost a week now. Every day, the tracking status shows 'Out for delivery' but they never show. At the end of the day, the expected delivery date moves to the next day, or shows 'Pending.' The real kicker here is that I filed a claim on one. I was told I would be contacted before the end of the day. That never happened either! read more

I'm not sure who these other reviews are written by, but I use this FEDEX location for our small business weekly. They have been unbelievably helpful in every way. They even keep my FedEx number on a sticky note in case I forget it in my haste. They've retrieved packages from the back when one of my customers changes their mind, they've spent a half hour trying to figure out how to get an item from one location to another for late pick-up on the holidays. They are always friendly and accommodating. Perhaps they are just more used to dealing with businesses than the general public, but from our experience they are fantastic. I complained to the Burlington office and they said it was delivered to me. They acted in total denial of doing anything wrong and it was my fault for not being home. They told me I needed to search my neighborhood. I was home all day. I complained to corporate office and same result. I complained to BBB and FedEx sent me a letter stating that they delivered it to the wrong address. No apology for their wrongdoing or the inconvenience. Total jerks. read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star on this FedEx Ground facility in Burlington. I have pretty much the same complaint as most people here have stated. I am going on the 5th day of saying it's out on the truck for delivery but when the driver shows he says its not on the truck. I called the call center I think in the Philippines two times to put a trace on it. One person in the trace department did call me back and assured me it is on the truck for delivery. When the driver showed up and told me no package is on the truck I called again and a trace agent was supposed to call me back but never did. The part I am waiting for delivery of is an engine component for a life flight helicopter that's down and waiting for it. Unfortunately, our vendor did not read our purchase order that we wanted it shipped UPS 2 day and shipped FedEx ground or we wouldn't be in this mess. I have quit using FedEx ground a couple of months ago when the same thing happened with 5 gallons of isopropyl alcohol I was waiting forever on. read more

I ordered a couch and wanted to grab it before I left for thanksgiving. Everyone on the phone were polite and helpful. I showed up to the facility and an employee helped me get through the locked gate and showed me where the office was. Office was empty except for a woman who's job probably wasn't to help find packages but she did so politely and quickly. Her and another employee got the package out of the facility and helped me put in my car. The package was pretty big too - 120 lbs and almost the length of my car. The whole thing didn't take more than 15 mins and I didn't mind driving from Bellingham so that my package didn't wait outside for a week while I was away. Had a package on the truck out for delivery on Wednesday 24 June 2020. We were home ALL day out in yard working on landscaping no FedEx truck was even seen, which is unusual so around 5::00 PM I checked the delivery status and it showed Pending so I called the 800 number for the Burlington office and ask why it was switched to pending at 5:00 PM when the delivery information says it could be delivered up until 8:00 PM. They don't know why but will send a message to that office requesting them to call me. So the phone number for their office evidently isn't even at their office. 20 minutes later my tracking information was switched to attempted. That was just a flat out lie, we were in house having dinner right beside front of house windows. I was so mad and called again but they just don't have anything to say except it was attempted so now it will be reattempted tomorrow. I asked her if it was attempted delivery why didn't they just leave it on porch, it was nothing that required a signature and if that were the case they would of left a delivery notice. Again they don't know so I requested again I want to talk to a delivery manager. Now 10:30 AM and no calls. I'm sure they changed the status to attempted delivery so their numbers look better, where being out for delivery and bringing it back at end of the day doesn't look good. read more

Every single time I've had to deal with packages through this FedEx center, it has been an absolute nightmare. The worse experience I have had was my school books I needed for college classes that said out for delivery for a week straight, it said delayed, but that they would keep trying. It was really weird and I had never seen or dealt with this before. Finally I called fedex customer service and they told me it was at this location and to check in person at the warehouse. So I arrive at the warehouse and I'm greeted at the front by a woman and told her what was going on... not only was she unpleasant but she told me they had no packages sitting in the back and that I must be mistaken, so I showed her the tracking number info on my phone and she took my phone with her into the back and came back to the front with my package after she whole heartedly denied having it without looking. Then she proceeded to tell me it's glad i came and got it because it had been there for almost two weeks and risked getting sent back to the sender.
