DO NOT TRUST THIS HUB, especially for live animal pick up. I arrived right when they opened at 9am. Truck was already in the bay but they had not began unloading it. They said they had a directors meeting and they could not do anything until the meeting ended. I informed them that I had a live animal that needed to be unboxed asap. Staff at the counter were very nice, tried to go look in the truck but didn't see it. I received the box an hour and a half later!! Waited the entire time. Our very healthy baby ball python was dead. Staff at the front counter were mortified. It was so sad. He was still warm. I have no doubt if they would have handled this the way they are supposed to he would not have perished. The Managment and directors could have cared less that they left a live animal sitting in a truck with no air conditioning. Their meeting was apparently priority. I have picked up multiple live animal packages and I have never seen anything like this before. They are typically unloaded immediately and waiting inside in the air conditioning before the doors open. DO NOT TRUST THIS HUB!!! Shame on Managment and the directors that facilitated a meeting instead of allowing their employees to do their jobs. Extremely disheartening. read more

Buy and large the worst experience i've had with mail delivery. Consistently fails to deliver packages to apartment numbers at our location while usps and ups regularly drop it AT MY DOOR, to the same shipping address. The issue is with this specific fedex. They never walked to the building, or to my door for a signed package I needed, and marked it as business closed. Marking it as business closed makes zero sense to do when it's an apartment community that you drop packages at each doorstep of each unit.. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The woman 'helping' me was rude, short, and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager, who was not much more help, interrupting me multiple times while I tried to explain the issue. I would rate a ZERO if I could. On Friday my pkg. was delivered to the wrong address. The driver transposed the numbers. He delivered my pkg. to 4980 instead of 4890. Very Very poor customer service. I was told on Friday someone would contact me by 5:30 that same day. I really didn't like arguing with them over the phone. Fed Ex is just as bad as UPS. The Flagstaff Fed X goes above and beyond in delivering packages. Yes sometimes they do make mistakes and send the package to the wrong address. However, they make an honest effort to retrieve it in a timely manner. My courier even brought me a lost package on his day off when Fed X Ground was closed. Update: I change this to a three star review based solely on local manager, Anthony, who took ownership of the problem I describe below, and personally went to the address where my packages were wrongly delivered, retrieved them and brought them to my house. THAT is exceptional customer service! My original review: This is largely the result national FedEx policies, but the local drivers do come into play a bit: I've lived at the same address for 20 years. Yes, it's rural, so when we first moved here, LAST CENTURY, we went in to Fedex and gave them a map. More than once. And for the most part, they've delivered to us over the years with only a dozen or so missteps. Yes, we've had to pull drivers out of the snow when they didn't know where they were going and ran off the road, and wander down to the neighbors for our packages from time to time, but hey, small inconveniences. Until today. Because Here we are, 20 years later, and today, they somehow delivered my package to....well, we don't know where it is. It's not at either of the nearby neighbors houses. I've done their job for them and checked. Don't THEY check to make sure they have the right address. My last name is on a fricking road sign attached to the front porch - can't miss is IF you are in front of my house. But, since FedEx INSISTS you go through the national 800 number, I can't even call the local office in the 9 minutes after the alleged delivery occurred to catch the driver while he/she is in the area to correct the misdelivery. If they would empower their customer service representatives to act responsively instead of following a rote step-by-step process, or if their driver would've simply double checked the address, this could've been resolved simply. I'll get my package, eventually. But I needed it today - that's why the delivery was scheduled for today. read more

I ordered a package for next day shipping 3 days ago and my order said it would arrive at 12 pm on Thursday. I have received no updates on where my package is at and it's currently 6PM. I have called the store 5 times today and everyone said "it will be there soon". The excuses are lame, especially because I've been waiting since noon with no solid answer. Sorry I ever used their services. My wife and I needed a visa in our passports. We nipped our passports via FedEx enclosing a. extra prepaid envelope. so the returned passports would be sent to my sisters home in Phoenix. We paid nearly 30 dollars extra or the package to be sign for when deprived there. It was left j her yard. They did of even rig the doorbell. I called the FedEx 800 number and received their apologizes only.As for reimbursement of the funds they placed blame on the Indian Embassy for not using our envelope. When I can,led the local office in Flagstaff, Woodland Plaza, I received the apology again but was told they would assist me.He said I had to seek redress from the 800 number. He claimed he could only see the sale for that day only. No support for the local client, only the cheap and insincere apology. We have no other recourse but to time as many complaints as possible so others will find better services elsewhere. read more
