They claim there's an hourly rate, but in the end, they will overcharge you for every little thing. I was only moving six pieces of large furniture and mattress/boxsprings. They tried to charge me nearly $600 and I moved within less than a mile they will add in charges like $75 for a walk-through in my case was me showing them one room. That's ridiculous! They will charge you $12 for a mattress bag which they then throw away. Their movers are more worried about being on their phones and doing everything they can to extend the amount of time they are taking to move you. Save yourself the grief and hidden charges and find another mover to help you.

They showed up after having worked 10 hours already and were exhausted. I later found out this is how he runs his business which is unethical and just straight wrong for both his employees and people he promises service to. Unfortunately, after a 6 hour move, mostly done by myself and my friends that I had to panically call for help the move from hell was finished -- it was a 5 mile move. I've had multiple issues which included them mistyping my zipcode so they attempted to pick up my stuff from the wrong address, ignoring my request to automatically charge me for any payments as I would be overseas and have restrictive communication (and when I finally got a hold of them when I saw a building of past due payments, they had the nerve to say they just need a verbal confirmation to charge my card.. when I had done so on two occasions), and finally they delivered my homegoods to my new address WITHOUT confirming a time when a free days prior they told me to be rest assured they would... so my stuff was delivered to a existent apartment unit.
