I've had multiple issues which included them mistyping my zipcode so they attempted to pick up my stuff from the wrong address, ignoring my request to automatically charge me for any payments as I would be overseas and have restrictive communication (and when I finally got a hold of them when I saw a building of past due payments, they had the nerve to say they just need a verbal confirmation to charge my card.. when I had done so on two occasions), and finally they delivered my homegoods to my new address WITHOUT confirming a time when a free days prior they told me to be rest assured they would... so my stuff was delivered to a existent apartment unit.
