FedEx is about one notch above USPS! Packages get thrown out in driveway and never delivered to the door. My last shipment was left on top of outdoor garbage cans and when my garbage service came my wife had to chase them down to get my package as they thought it was garbage. Directly above the garage cans is a large sign that is bright yellow that plainly states to leave all packages on front porch. I contacted FedEx and was told I would receive a follow up call but I never received a call back. I instead received an email stating that my package was properly delivered. By the way the package was a $750.00 item that ended up being too damaged to keep. read more

Not that this will matter to FedEx, but I will leave my overall review. Take responsibility for your sorry drivers leaving packages other places than where they say they are and taking bad pictures that can't help locate the package. Thankfully the merchant refunded the order and took responsibility for you screw up!!! The next day fed ex left a delivery next to the road at my neighbors house. Fed Ex is horrible!!!! read more

They are the absolute worst. We live at the top of a hill and twice now they have dumped our packages out litterly on the street. One package a mth or so ago litterly in the middle of the street, then the second package with my meds from the VA in the woods sitting next to a telephone pool at least 300 to 500 yards from my house. An animal and/or even a child could have got into these prescriptions in which included blood pressure meds. They need to get their drivers straight because they are a hot minute from getting sued. read more

The guy behind the counter was nice. The store was clean. So what's the problem? The delivery people. It seems that the delivery people from this place don't know how to use a call box. I live in a place where you need to use the call box to get through the door or get one of us down to sign the package. Guess what? Fedex is bulk dropping packages to Isabella Towers and NOT following the law and delivering said packages to recipients address. People are NOT getting their merchandise/packages due to this lack of service. It did not use to be this way. Must be new management and/or new driver. But complaints are in fact being filed with the senders of said stray packages. It's so simple to follow proper procedure,..it's instances such as this that make it bad for everyone and Fedex is currently running bad. read more

What an incredibly poor shipping service. SMS delivery information is mostly wrong. Poor FedEx will NEVER be UPS. They will message you that your delivery will be on Tuesday....what time....it doesn't matter.....WE'RE FEDEX! I had a package on the truck but they told me it wouldn't be delivered for two more days....because that is the day they said it would be delivered. All I can say is if you have a problem with a delivery, too bad. Call customer service and all you get is appeasement - no help at all. I took off work today to await an important package that required a signature. I had to run to the bank (less than ten minute trip) and could see the FedEx truck leaving my street as I pulled onto my street. I called immediately and asked for them to let me meet up with the driver or something and nada. I was told the delivery would be reattempted before 8pm tonight. I spoke to customer service at three different points for updates, and was told that the package delivery would be reattempted by 8pm. At 8:05 I called back and was told that wasn't happening and that it was at the center an hour away, and they close at 9pm. I wasted an entire day, their very hard to understand customer service is pitiful, and all I kept getting was "I'm sorry, is there anything else I can help you with?". First and foremost, they hadn't helped at all and had it not been for them telling me to wait like a looney tune, I would have just used my time wisely and driven to the center before they closed. This location uses fictitious excuses not to deliver packages to my address in Clinton, Tn. I ask FedEx who is delivering my packages and FedEx has informed me that they hire an independent contracted carrier for delivery. Here is how it works: independent contractors receive an amount for delivery even in multiple attempts. So, if this independent contractor does not have enough delivers for the day to make the deliveries profitable, the independent contractor can refuse to deliver the packages. If I don't get my package, there must be a reason for delivery failure and that is where the fictitious reason is entered. In the future, I will order online but refuse to purchase the products if the shipping is by FedEx. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered our wedding invitations which were unfortunately shipped through FedEx. We paid $35 to receive them by a certain date to ensure we got them out on time. I received a notice that they were delivered to my doorstep, so I left work to go home to bring them inside. No package. I called FedEx and apparently they were delivered to a wrong address .. mistakes happen, that is fine. What was NOT fine was that I was continually assured my invitations would be picked up and delivered to my correct address and receive updates along the way. Never received an update. I called multiple times for multiple DAYS (Dimitri was apparently the person that was in charge of this "case number") - I got the run around, told he wasn't there, no manager to speak to, etc. Long story short .. guess what NEVER arrived? My wedding invitations. Guess who NEVER even called back and followed up with me? Dimitri or anyone at FedEx. I ended up having to call the invitation company and order all new invitations. This whole experience will stop me from purchasing something if FedEx is the carrier. read more

I have lived in the same house for over 30 years. UPS and USPS has a 100% success rate in deliveries to my house. Fed Ex has successfully delivered to my house once in 30 years, and once to my mailbox during that time. I have a large drop box at my gate, my address stenciled on it. My address is on my gate post. It's on another post at the start of my driveway. Fed EX delivery has left packages at random houses up and down the road, and once, an overnight delivery package at a country store which is two miles away. Today, they have continued their failure rate, the delivery person saying the package was left on my porch while at the same time saying the package was not on their van. At one time, I even took them a stack of maps which showed how to get to my house. Fed Ex gets one star because there is no option to leave a no-star rating. It's the Fed Ex center out of Murdock Drive in west Knoxville, Tennessee. I never send by Fed Ex because of their horrendous record of success, and stellar record of abject failure. read more

The thief tapes the package and delivers to me. Why would I want an empty package? Perhaps it would be OK if you were no where near Knoxville TN. USPS does a much better job.
