They go above and beyond to help us find what we need In store and they help us order it online if not in store. Online is sent straight to my house when they order it if I want it to. If not they will have it sent to store to be held for me. And that is always good if you don't want a big or expensive package setting at the front door. I get perks coupons to use and that adds up to yeah free merchandise. So sign up and get free stuff. So glad we have this local store I don't want to drive 30-40 miles to the next office supply store.

She responded to my request and took down my information and then proceeded to offer me a discounted price in exchange for sexual favors done unto her. I am completed disgusted and feel harassed and violated by the audacity of that young woman to demean herself to such a low character and display such a severe lack of self respect. I am still in shock that this young woman actually tried to bribe me into sexual inter course for discounted service from your establishment. I am in disbelief that Latsons would allow such an individual to be representing the company in such a disrespectful and immoral manner. And to put the cherry on top which almost made me vomit in my car she had the nerve to send me a couple of photographs of herself exposing her self completely with the message to follow and I quote "you know you want to taste this p**** and cum inside me" I will never again in my life set foot anywhere within 1000 feet of any of your establishments since this is the type of behavior that you are welcoming into your business. On 02-12-2026 I took my package to BoxCar Shipping with a Prepaid Fedex Label containing very…read moreimportant and senstive information for a client. Staff at BoxCar received my box and I received a printed receipt. I left the building feeling confident that my package was in good hands and that my client would receive it in a couple of days. In approximately 1 week my client called and asked about the package that had not been received so I looked up the tracking number on the Fedex website. To my dismay I found that Fedex had no record of picking up my package at BoxCar. I called BoxCar and a young man informed me that occasionally boxes were picked up by the wrong carrier and that often it took as long as two weeks for those packages to be returned to BoxCar. Apparently there is no system or supervision at BoxCar to ensure that the correct carrier picks up the correct package. It is now two weeks and 1 day since my package has been lost by BoxCar. This contained documents which, in the wrong hands, could easily be used for the purpose of Identity Theft and as of this date I have no idea what type of repercussions my client will suffer as a result of carelessness on the part of BoxCar staff. It isi also interesting to note that the website shown on Yelp and also on my BoxCar receipt does not exist or is not accessible. I am now driving to Tyler from Mineola when I have important documents to mail. Fedex has an Office there and does not offer services to other carriers. It takes considerable time to do this but at lease now I can sleep nights.
