The parking lot gets crowded around the beginning and middle of the month as well as on a few days during the week due to school pickup and drop-offs related to the high school next door. The interior is always clean. The self service kiosk is great when you just need stamps or have basic envelopes/packages to mail. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I love the greeting card section inside as it saves the time of having to go to a store. This location has mailing supplies and boxes/envelopes. The staff will also assist you with choosing the correct box/envelope to mail your particular item(s). I really appreciate that this location is open on Saturdays.

That made it clear the issue was not my handwriting, but repeated data-entry errors during the transaction.
