Delivers my package to a completely wrong address. Admits they fucked up. Essentially tells me it's my problem and not theirs. Won't reply back to me.

He has been especially kind with his customer service. Even in these hot summer days he still gives great customer service. As you can imagine living somewhere for 10 years you would expect to lose your mail key every now and again and some times I have to drive around and look for him if I happen to miss him and will retrieve my mail for me. My mailman prior to him I believe his name was victor(now retired) used to do the same thing .. they are amazing and I just wanted to give them their flowers. I visited this USPS location to ship a small package and had a frustrating experience overall…read more The clerk initially told me I needed to pay around $55 for the shipment and sounded very certain about it. However, his coworker overheard the conversation and corrected him, explaining that the USPS First Class/Priority option for small packages in the ~$10-$22 range was acceptable instead. There were also multiple errors when entering my address information to create shipping label. It took about four attempts before everything was finally correct. What made the interaction more frustrating was that the clerk partially blamed my handwriting, even though I wrote everything clearly in capital letters. In fact, some words were entered correctly on earlier attempts but incorrectly on later ones, while different mistakes appeared in other fields. That made it clear the issue was not my handwriting, but repeated data-entry errors during the transaction. I remained polite and cooperative throughout the interaction, so it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or simple apology for the inconvenience after the repeated errors and confusion. Overall, the issue was eventually resolved, but the experience lacked accuracy, communication, and professionalism. 3 stars.

I mean the staff is courteous and helpful for the most part, when you come in, but the wait is horrible. There is usually only one, sometimes two, people at the counter with a long line to wait. So, don't come here if you're looking to get in and out. Be prepared to wait at minimum 15 minutes or more. I just say, after repeated visits and being told, "I'll pull your address so it gets done soon," for almost 6 months, did not make experiences at this location feel good.

I contact the post office manager on numerous occasions trying to resolve similar issues or different ones but yet it just keeps happening Just recently I called and complained about notification of my package being delivered and the parcel key being put in somebody else's mailbox I spoke with the manager at the facility and he said he'll send somebody out here to fix the issue right now 4 hours have gone by no mail carrier has shown up and the situation is still the same which was telling me that the manager was just telling me what I wanted to hear to shut me up With all the complaints for this location I am very surprised that this location is still open very poor quality control and customer service . You'd figure for the amount that postal service workers get paid they should pay attention a lot more than they actually do and take their job seriously .. next I will be contacting consumer affairs and the postmaster general to file a complaint because something needs to be done for the lack of customer service and quality control for this location (Update ) August 1st next day I called the post office back spoke with the supervisor explain my issue and that nobody bothered to come by yesterday like he promised me .I then asked him if he was going to come out and resolve the problem or if I needed to contact consumer affairs he sent somebody out while I was on the line he then proceeded to tell me that there were no parcels in the mailbox or the parcel box itself And then I received a knock at my door with the package in hand from the postal carrier I then spoke with supervisor on the phone asking him to explain why it happened and he refused to go into detail and explain like he knew nothing about it . These were business shipments, and every missing package caused financial losses and disappointed customers. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I called multiple times asking for help and requested that a local supervisor contact me, but nobody ever followed up. It feels like no one cares about resolving the problem. Because multiple packages disappeared from the same local facility in such a short period of time, I have serious concerns that the packages may have been stolen while in UPS's possession. Whether it is theft or poor handling, UPS needs to investigate what is happening at this location. To make matters worse, UPS only paid about $100 in compensation for each missing package, which doesn't come close to covering the actual value of my losses. I have been using UPS for years, but the service has become much worse than it used to be. Losing four packages in one month is simply unacceptable. I hope UPS management takes this issue seriously and improves security, accountability, and customer service at this facility.
