I went here for the first time based on reviews. I'm not sure what's happened, but this salon was not clean at all. there was a hole in the floor, stains on the floor and walls. the staff was friendly. the person who did my nails was patient with me when I had to take an emergency phone call. i felt she was too aggressive with the cuticle cutter- she cut me twice. it was a very mixed experience. Since their opening this was my go-to nail salon until the last time I went. I asked for the deluxe pedicure and got (barely) a regular.... Then the same tech did my nail. All the while laughing and yelling across the room to other techs. A bit banter is nice but this went in the entire time with techs loudly talking and laughing .... I really wouldn't have minded but the manicure was horrible. The tech started pushing my cuticle back without having me wash my hands first.... There was grunge packed into my nails that was dry, painful and yucky. Quick slap job - I'll never go again. read more

Came here for the first time back in April to get my nails done before my vacation to Miami. I got a gel manicure on the 18th and not a single nail has chipped in almost 5 weeks. I am shocked. I was going to post last week as I was shocked then, but another week has gone by without a single chip. I workout, I am careless with my hands. IVE NEVER HAD A GEL MANICURE LAST THIS LONG. I had heard about Natural Nails from a friend, and I am so glad I went in! The salon was very clean and I felt safe getting a manicure and pedicure. It appeared that they were taking the COVID-19 regulations very seriously. The owner, Sang, was very friendly as were all of the nail technicians, especially Lisa who did my nails and toes. She is GREAT! I have tried most of the nail salons in the area, and I am sticking with Natural Nails. They made me feel very welcomed, offered cold bottles of water, and provided a very safe environment. Give them a try! read more

Went to Natural Nails in Scituate because my girls were given gift cards for manicures.... this was my 1st visit here. I just got home from having a gel manicure at this nail salon - I've been getting my nails done forever, and this place, without question was the worst ever!! The tech buffed my nails so thin that 3 cracked right down the middle to my cuticle, and I just got home - this review is not being written days later. The gel began to chip & bubble before I left the salon - the owner apologized and told me that she'd do my nails for free next time.... NO REFUND offered... she agreed that I was given a terrible gel manicure too. Leaving for vacation in the AM & am so disappointed. Brought my kids in for mani/pedis too... spent well over 100$ at this salon, even after using the gift cards - It was so hot inside, no AC- my pedicure is still tacky hours later. Just went to Sally's, and spent 15$ on nail glue and a super soft file... my nails are completely wrecked...hoping I dont get an infection - It will take a very long time to fix this hack job. There is nothing "Natural" about this place. No way will I ever go back there... ever.. ..not even for the free gel manicure. Thanks anyway. read more

I have been coming here for the last four years and have a great experience each time. I get pedicures and manicures (I don't wax but I know they do that here) and am always pleased with the results. I usually ask for a design on one toe but leave the specific design up to them and I always get compliments on what they do. I feel like they appreciate their customers which isn't a given anymore. I love this place!!! I have been coming here for years for my pedicure and have since started to also get gel manicures done as well. I sometimes bring my mom and friends for some "girl time" and they are always very accomodating. Their gel manicure lasts longer than other salons and they are the only nail salon I know of locally that uses hot rocks during their leg massages. They are reasonably priced, I continuosly have quality services, and they deliver wonderful customer service...I happily drive the half hour to go here instead of going to other closer nail salons!!! read more
