Senti-me lesada. --- I was charged a mandatory tip that wasn't disclosed on the menu. Additionally, the service was poor. They said the dessert was included with the meal, but I was charged extra for it. The total bill was high, and it wasn't worth it. I felt cheated.

Let's get me started here! My second time and I'm happier then my first time and that's unusual with most things in life! The people are true blue I want my mamas cooking Brazilian loving friendly welcoming bunch! Karaoke if you just feel like it seems to be available anytime with huge screens for games! Especially if Brazil is playing! Anya I know I did not get her name correct at the bar is not only beautiful but welcoming like your already part of the crew! With your family or alone come with your shorts and tee Shirts and experience a little secret slice of heaven! I don't want to not mention the manger who kindly explained it all for us with the front staff greeting us with smiling eyes! (I can see the smile behind the mask) lol

I was scammed with the tip. The food is not as good as other Brazilian restaurant I have been to like Steak Brazil Miami; the ambience has the appeal of a rundown 90's club. We go to this business because it's closer and convenient and it's not my first rodeo so I know what to expect when I go. The last time we went we bought the $8.50 per pound option. The meat was not savory, kind of chewy and they only have 2 choices costela and picanha the rice and other buffet items were cold. I ordered a caipirinha against my good judgment and It was overpowered by the cachaça. We were already bumped down by the whole situation. We ask for the check and as always, regardless the amount of patrons they charged 15% tip... $5.14 tip on a 34.00 bill. For me it's ok since I normally leave always at least a 10% tip regardless the service and food because I understand the waiters are underpaid. Apparently it was not enough with the $5.14. They overcharged my credit card with an additional $4.75 for a total of the $9.89 tip, approximately 30% tip... For terrible food and service. They won't have my business again.

Even though the food is great, it's self service for buffet, we just had lunch and didn't know the tip was already included 14.5% and we didn't know, so we gave extra cash tip on top. If it's a self service and it's 2 adults at lunch time why is there auto tip? And why wouldn't they say anything? At least explain to customers that actually live here. I also thought that auto tip is only in high tourist areas? This is Coconut Creek, far from the beach, it's a local restaurant. I'm not being cheap, I'm talking about honesty and actually working for peoples money not just smile and waive.

Yelpers were putting a little sunny spin on this place. Don't get me wrong. I love a good hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Read my review of this Taqueria that is PHENOMENAL (http://www.yelp.com/biz/taqueria-y-antojitos-el-guanaco-oakland-park), and you'll know I love a rising restaurant. The problems with Feijao are nothing that a bucket, mop, and some sanitizing liquids couldn't cure, along with perhaps a few brush ups to the decor of this dance club that has a restaurant kind of wedged into it. The table service at lunch was really good. The buffet tables had some nice stuff on them too. In a Brazilian churrasco place, though, the meat is the star. I was hoping for Beyoncé, and I got Brüno in drag. First, the guy who cuts the meat, tall bald guy, is to churrasco what Sweeney Todd was to the barber biz. His cutting board is nasty dirty. His meat that is done should be away from the flame. Some poor lamb gave its life to be a hunk of dead dry grey stuff that was passing for meat. Most of the meat was over-seasoned. The chicken, dark meat all, was so dry that had he bleached it, it might have passed for overcooked white meat. Even the door handle was sticky greasy nasty as you opened it. Not a plus. If cleanliness is next to godliness, then these folks better do a whole lot more prayin' and cleaning, and painting. and maybe stripping down those overpainted front windows to make it look a bit more like a restaurant. Unless it's just a club. Then perhaps sell it as one, and I know to take a pass.

The steak was very fatty and over salted. Took forever. They overcharged, they added a fee $9 after I put in the tip.

Fast forward to today, and it's a completely different story. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The steaks were massive, juicy, and cooked to perfection, easily some of the best I've had anywhere, and I've paid top dollar at high-end steakhouses. The Hawaiian ribeye, in particular, was incredible, tender & juicy. The wings were huge and packed with flavor, honestly some of the best wings I could ask for. They've also stepped up their starters. The new bread with honey butter is insanely good, and the avocado eggrolls with tamarind sauce are absolutely next level. I added on the crab cake which is of insane quality, big lump pieces, it's actually hard to find breading. Service was just as impressive, attentive, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. I even had the chance to speak with the manager, Dani, who explained they made a major shift away from distributors that were hurting their quality. They went back to basics, focused on what made them great in the first place, and it shows in every bite. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, across any cuisine. J. Mark's is back, and better than ever.

Our server was Vinny and he was a delight! Very friendly and professional and honest about what to order. It was the best crabcake I've ever had in my life and I am 67 years old. I have also been to Maryland many times. I will always order this every time I go from now on. My mom and I enjoyed some specialty martinis and ended our lunch with an espresso martini. Danny, the manager is always so lovely and friendly. The owners Paulo, Fernando and Stephanie, are ALWAYS on the floor guaranteeing the perfect flow, and the happiness of the customers. To those people that are complaining about the salad bar, that has 30 different options or more, keep in mind that if you want salad the restaurant for you is called Just Salad and its much cheaper too. This place is all about the darn meat and the service. The churrasco masters come to your table NON-STOP. Have you ever been to those chains like Fogo ou Texas, where they come by your table once every 15 mins. WELL THAT IS NOT HOW THEY RUN THIS SHOW, you can barely finish eating the piece you got and there is 2 churrasco masters coming your way, its non stop rodízio. Lastly and the most important the quality of the meat. All other restaurants serve shitty cuts for lunch and prime cuts at night! THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN CARRY SHITTY CUTS! They serve the prime cut all day, everyday! That should be the business you are aiming to spend your hard earned dollar at. Don't be fooled by the chains or other smaller brazilian steakhouses, here in south florida, no one provide the quality and the service that Pampa Gaucho does.

I made a reservation, and I'm guessing on weekend nights, this is the way to go. From the outside, Pampa Gaucho Churrascaria doesn't look like much, but inside it is quite lovely. Tables have white linens and candles. There is a large, inviting salad bar in the middle of the room with many choices of greens, toppings as well as cheeses, shrimp, eggplant, crab salad and more. There are also some hot bar items: black beans, rice, polenta, large grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and plantains. There's an option to just have the salad bar. I opted for this. They included salmon and grilled pineapple for me. There was plenty of food and it was all well made. So if you're a vegetarian or pesco-veg, you'll still be well taken care of while your carnivorous table-mates go to town. And that they did. There was filet mignon, flank steaks, sausage, short ribs, chicken, Parmesan encrusted pork, and probably way more. The dining room bursts with activity as servers visit the tables with this wide assortment of mostly rotisserie meats. Desserts are not included, and there are many options on the menu. While I tried to convince the others for the flan, we went with the tres leches. It was fabulous! So try and save a little space for dessert if you can. If you're a meat lover or looking for a fun celebratory meal, this place is for you! The servers were very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our evening here.

Houston's Pompano Beach -- In a League of Their Own…read more Me and my team had an absolutely outstanding experience at Houston's in Pompano Beach. From the moment we walked in, the level of hospitality was noticeable. The service was immaculate across the board -- professional, polished, attentive, and consistent. But I have to personally recognize Jasmine. She was on top of EVERYTHING. Attentive without hovering, welcoming, professional, and always one step ahead of the table. Jasmine is what every server -- and honestly, everyone in hospitality -- should strive to be. When you're in this business, you recognize great service when you see it, and she represented the Houston's brand exceptionally well. Now let's talk about the FOOD. I ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye, medium, and that steak was absolutely outstanding. Tender. Juicy. Perfectly cooked. Packed with flavor. The marinade gives the ribeye this beautiful balance of savory, sweet, and umami without taking away from the flavor of the beef. That's how you execute a signature steak. The loaded baked potato was exactly what you want alongside a great ribeye -- classic, simple, and done right. And then came the peach cobbler... TOP TIER. A great dessert should make you forget you already said you were full, and that cobbler did exactly that. What I appreciate most about Houston's is that they understand something a lot of restaurants miss: Great food alone doesn't create a great restaurant. It's the food. The service. The atmosphere. The attention to detail. The consistency. And most importantly, the hospitality. When all of those things work together, you create an experience -- not just a meal. I've always respected the Houston's brand, and experiences like this remind me why. There's a reason this brand has built such a loyal following over the years. Houston's isn't trying to compete with everybody else. They're in a league of their own. Excellent food. Immaculate service. Beautiful atmosphere. Hospitality done the way it's supposed to be done. Jasmine, you were phenomenal. Keep representing hospitality at the highest level.

Not the hostesses fault. The girl with the long braids who was at the seating station never said a word to our party. She grabbed menus and started walking away. We stood in place. When she turned around and and saw that we were still standing there she came back and said I was seating you. We all replied you didn't acknowledge us when we gave you our name you grabbed me us and walked away without saying anything. That was the time to leave. Although our friends waife was hungry and didn't want to leave. This was last night. Saturday June 13th 2026 arrival time 6:50pm, seated at 7:12pm. Drinks ordered at 7:20pm, at 7:30pm went to bar to order Drinks. Bar tender said the waitress will get your order and bring them to the table. What the he'll is that all about! 7:40pm Drinks arrived, I ordered an old fashioned and it was red with no flavor. I saent it back. Wife and friends wife ordered Jack and coke and those came out tasting sweet as if the coke was flat. Friends sprite was fresh. We had to ask twice for water. #3 Our waitress was nice although a ghost most of the night. She would always approach our table apologizing how busy it was. Eventually I said you must be the only waitress working. The other guests didn't seem to have a problem with their orders as we did except a party of 10 or 12 guests. #4 We ordered 3 Longhorns and a ribeye. All cooked to temperature ordered. My friend ate his without a word said. Mine and my friends wife's filet side was good and the strip side was not tender. A little too much seasoning on them also. The house salads were pretty made and kept in a chiller or fridge making the lettuce soggy. That's just not appealing especially at an average restaurant that's a tad overpriced. #5 I wouldn't recommend this restaurants location or any of their locations. It's probably been 15 years since we ate at a Longhorn and last night was the example of why. And the guy who gave 5 stars and said it's better than a $300 steakhouse is probably getting paid to leave 5 stars. Looks at his profile. All his rev6are 5 stars.
