We purchased our home in 2016. Right away we replaced the patio door. The sale guy was nice and knowledgeable. My door was replaced and so far no issues. I'm disappointed because I have a lifetime warranty on re-screenings so now that I need to get it done in told it's 100+ for a technician to come out or free if I bring the door into the facility. BUT, they are out of the material. It will be a two week possible wait for them to you to come in. At that point I can bring the screen door in and it will then take one to two weeks to get it back. I think this makes no sense I understand due to the pandemic vendors are having issues however 100+ dollars to have a technician come out and re-screen it when it's covered under warranty is ridiculous. Let's hope I get a call back in two weeks saying that the material is in so I can get my door rescreened. read more

Update: on 12/9 I went up to feldco, made a scene, & they finally scheduled my install for 12/20 from noon-2pm. On 12/20 at 2pm, a feldco employee (the same guy who did our measurements) shows up to my home asking if the installers had came yet, as I was about to say no, they finally pull up. They installed 1 of our windows but then tells me that the 2nd window has a crack in it & will have to be re-ordered. I instantly start going off because we had already been waiting since October for the install & now it was 5 days before Christmas, we had family coming into town, & still no dam window. The feldco employee (the same man who did our measurements) assured me that the replacement window would be in within a week & the install would be done. It has now been yet another fucking month & our window still hasn't been installed! My husband called their office last week & the representative told him that they were still waiting for the window to come in. BULLSHIT! Where are y'all ordering y'all fucking windows from? Timbuktu? Because they take for-fucking-ever to come in! If I could give this place a negative star rating I would! Please people whatever you do, DO NOT SPEND ONE SINGLE CENT WITH THIS COMPANY! My husband and I paid over $1300 two months ago for 2 windows in our home to be replaced & they still have not been installed! We've called their customer service line twice a day, every single day for the last 2 weeks and every single time we call the reps give us some bullshit ass excuse & say they're going to call back but never do! The last rep I spoke with was this past Thursday, 12/5, & she swore up & down that somebody would be calling me the following day, 12/6, to schedule the install. Do you think anyone ever called??? Don't bother with this company, they are liars and excuse makers! We were told our doors would be installed in 8 to 12 weeks. Twenty one weeks later I was told they would be installing the doors on the week of December 6 Nobody came or called I called the next week and told the salesman to give me my deposit back and forget about the whole deal was told they don't do that but amazingly 3 days later my doors arrived and installed. I wish that it was possible to give Zero stars. This review needs to be made so that more people understand that if you have a problem w/ Feldco, they will never fix it and will brush you off. An enfuriating experience would be a massive understatement. Feldco was contracted to install new windows in our home in Sept 2019. The screens inside of every single window were defective and improperly sealed. Feldco acknowledged their error and promised to send new windows. We have called and texted them EVERY WEEK for the last 3 MONTHS without progress. Sales associates promise that they were "working on it" and never called us back. Why are we babysitting and pestering them when it should be their job to correct the problem?! We brought Feldco employees to our home on 2 additional occasions to review the improper windows, and were told that our complaints were being handled. We later discovered that our complaints were never reported, and no new screens were ever ordered. Today (12-31-19) was the day scheduled for replacing every defective screen, and the new screens brought to our home ARE ALL DEFECTIVE AS WELL! None of the "new" window screens can be used! Feldco has yet again failed to deliver an adequate product. We have spoken to numerous additional employees and managers, and the issue remains unresolved. It is apparent that after more than 3 months of trying to have safe, effective windows installed that Feldco does not care about fulfilling their terms of the contract. When they are trying to sell you on the product, they say the windows are covered under their warranty for a lifetime without charge if the issue is due to installation or defective material for free. Our new windows started leaking water when it rained less than 2 years after install and they want to charge us a service fee. The window is in our basement, so it rarely was used. The warranty says some cases, a service fee will be charged but they do not provide a list of circumstances for when the fee will be charged and when a fee will not be charged. Their warranty is a joke. On top of that, the customer service person we reached out to said they would call us back to confirm scheduling and fee waiver and they never did. We waited around on the day they said they were going to come and no one showed. When we called, they said that they called us back and left us a voicemail. What they failed to document is that my husband did call back and spoke with someone about getting the fee waived. They said they need to speak to a manager and call us back. They never did. So poor communication and lies from the representative. You are better off going with an honest company that takes accountability for their product and workmanship. Do not recommend. read more

We called Feldco for new windows, their response was fast and the sales person was on time for this I'll give them 2 stars. The sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable on the product. After a great presentation, during which the salesperson made a comment that the competition can charge $20,000 for 10 expensive windows, we were shown the quotes. The price included a two for one promotion, the salesperson tried very hard, in a nice way, to make the sale. I then told him that I needed to get a second opinion/quote. He then suggested maybe financing the windows. I told him I was not in a hurry to buy. So his last shot was to lower the price by $1000. He said that I could only get the discount if I bought the same day! This is where I have the problem. I felt like I was buying a car or I was being sold a time share. I told him cannot make a purchase close to 10,000 on one sales call, I need to make sure this is it. He said the discount is for only today so If you don't buy then we can't offer your the discount. I recently installed doors in my home and it have been the most horrible experience ever, first the salesman lied to me about the product offered, then they installed the door wrong cracking the wood in my walk way, so finally they took the doors for repair never to return and Im stuck like what do I do now go to small claims court. First time dealing with Feldco and everything went smooooth. Customer service set up the appt and called to verify a day beforehand. I had to cancel and reschedule and again the customer service called to confirm the appt. The Salesman came out and was great, friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. I knew what I was in for as I had purchased windows for my old house and was ready for sticker shock. We started to eliminate some windows to bring the cost down and finally pulled the trigger on the price I was comfortable with. I have my measure up appt. next week and then the work begins. So far I am satisfied with Feldco. Very professional and the product is superior of other windows I have researched. I will update in a few weeks. read more

Was told they needed to wait til July for slider to be ready to install everything as they don't like to come out twice. End of July guys show up with truck with only our windows and no sliding door. We call and they have no information about sliding door. Where it is why it's not on truck. Here We are a month later and still getting it'll be ready this day, or we don't have any info, excuse after excuse. If they were going to install windows without slider they could have done so in may before the heat of summer. They expect payment but will not receive payment til the jobs finished or they come and take them out so we can hire a more reputable company who deserves the money. read more

Go with ANY other company. I thought they were a good company, they sound great with their own manufacturing company and such a great warranty. A little pricey but if they can back up their own products then wow sign me up. How wrong I was. This company is garbage!!!! I'm paying a small fortune for all my new windows and during install had noticed a defect on one window screen. Asked the installer about it and he said no problem we'd have a new screen in a week or 2 since they would have to manufacture a new one. No big deal right? Wrong!!!! Here I am 3 months later and FINALLY someone came out to put the new screen in. It was the wrong size. 3months of back and forth "ee dont know what happened" or " we arent sure why there is a delay" only to demand to speak with someone in charge and then they send us a screen inches smaller then the damn window. Nvm the not so great seals they did on all the others that will be a real issue later, all this headache and grief over one screen that had a tear in it. I can't imagine what it will be like when we have to address their shitty install down the road. I'm barely keeping my cool dealing with a rip I could have fixed my damn self!!!! Finally today, after 8 months of waiting and multiple install cancellations the installers came...only to find that the doors were the wrong size (even after 2 different measurements). Salesman was great. Quote was reasonable. Installers were on time and seemed to do a great job. I did have one serious issue arise after the installers left. I noticed that the installers impacted the soffit above the window causing it to separate from the house. I was very frustrated by this, but after a couple calls with Feldco customer service, they are sending out one of their siding experts to get it all repaired! read more

After three weeks of being promised help, nothing has happened. Someone from Feldco finally came out to take pictures and there were promises made to get back to us within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau today. I don't hold much hope there, because they are not BBB accredited, they have a rating of F, and they have a little over one star in customer reviews. Please use your computers for due diligence before spending thousands of dollars of your hard earned money. We didn't, and will spend more in the long run, but will try to save others some money. We didn't push with our bow window issues and will live with them, but the shoddy work done here was over the top. I have 18 Feldco windows in my house. Four of the windows were installed a couple of years after the rest of them. The "second generation" windows do not appear to be the same quality. On more than one occasion they have become stuck in an open position. Of course both times it happened when temperatures were below 40 or pouring rain. I called and explained that this is an emergency due to the cold weather. The service rep that I spoke with suggested that I didn't know the proper way to open the windows and that is why they are stuck. I guess I knew how to open them when I washed the first 14 windows but I forgot when I got to the 15th window. The last time this happened I had to wait days with plastic bags taped over the windows for someone to come out and fix them. Today I called prepared for an argument but they sent someone out the same day. The technicians were very courteous but they didn't have the correct balancers so they will need to come back. Even though the parts are covered by the warranty I will have to pay to have the parts installed. So unless I learn how to install them myself the warranty is useless. I'm not sure what happened but things have changed since I placed my first order. Maybe the company has grown too quickly or senior management has changed but I can no longer recommend them and I would not hire them for other projects in my home. read more

Something outside his control prevented me from moving forward. Feldco customer service follows up with me, sends a regional manager out: prompt, professional, friendly, and addressed the error and made things right! Install team arrived: they had tough job in front of them. They worked tirelessly, efficiently, and professionally. They were spectacular! Got the job done in one day (10 hours...they never stopped). One small issue with the color of the handles...one quick call to customer service and fixed no hassle. I could not possibly be any happier with Feldco from start to finish! For a major expense and home improvement, they made the experience so much better! read more

Wish I would have read some of these reviews. I was interested in their current promotion. Getting them out was somewhat easy. Their rep Marco showed up late and then did his pitch where informed me there was only 1 type of door and window he sells; no other options. He rattled off numbers and material without explaining anything other than it was the best of the best. Once he learned I ran a construction crew, had a union carpenter living upstairs and that we knew what he was talking about, his pitch changed. Once I said I wasn't interested in $2200 a door (remember he only sells one type with NO other options) he recommended we buy the material from climate guard and we sub it out. I have called three times requesting a call back (hard to believe there is only one option) to talk to another salesman I have yet to receive one even though promised I would receive one each day. Judging only on their customer service I would highly recommend someone else. I couldn't imagine how they'd treat you after receiving your money. UPDATE Pati thank you for the response. I have reached out through your customer service numerous times requesting a call back; including yesterday (just to make sure) and received nothing. I have now requested through customer service that they not try. If customer service is a priority at all then your company would have reached out. My wife I recently purchased a home and decided to do some upgrades which included, gutters, soffit and fascia and doors. Our neighbor recommended FELDCO since she had just had them do some work. We even requested the same salesperson "Ernie", since she had such a great experience. He was late to our appointment, arrogant and just a plain a**hole. I wanted him gone but my wife convinced me to give him a chance. He threw catalog books on the table and asked what we wanted, I told him we didnt know where to begin and wanted to stay within budget since we had quite a few projects, ge said, and I quote "Well then you called the wrong company" I wanted him gone then, money was not an issue, we just didnt need the most expensive doors they had. Wife smoothed things over, we signed a contract for all that we needed. Moron Ernie left and said we would hear from someone in a couple of weeks. Someone came out to measure, surprise, surprise, someone else had to come and meassure again. Then time passed and passed my wife called to check on the status and was told someone would eventually call to schedule an appointment for install. A few weeks passed, gutters, fascia and soffit were installed. Then a friend pointed out that the soffit was not vented. My wife called and wasbtokd Ernie should have told us that vents were optional and they were not part of the order. Also, that the doors we picked were not available and that Ernie should have told us that too, Ernie's sales manager is supposed to be in touch with us....we'll see! I'll update later but as it stands, will never recommend or use this company again. They will not be installing the 16 windows we have to replace. UPDATE: Our doors were finally installed, we're scheduled for someone else to come and do the job right because the original installer didn't. A seemingly good product coupled with decent prices cannot offset shady/manipulative sales practices. I needed an "economy grade" door for the side entry to my garage, as the old one was literally rotting away. I considered Home Depot which at face value seemed like it would be my best option, but decided I'd get some other quotes first. So I called Feldco and set up an appointment. The appointment went fine and the quality of the offering exceeded my expectations - especially the warranty and the rekeying of the lock to match my other doors. The price was even reasonable and, while higher than what I figured Home Depot would cost, there was certainly some added value in the Feldo proposal, as well as the confidence that it would be done right. Then came the problem... "I can only offer this price today?" Really? Why? I was not about to drop that kind of money with only one quote in hand. I was then informed that there was so little margin that it wouldn't make sense for him to come out again. I told him he didn't have to come out again, and to do whatever he needed to then, and to write it up. I was informed that, "...we don't work that way." Not working in that way cost Feldo a sale as after getting two more quotes I liked the Feldco proposal best. But clearly they don't want the business that badly. read more

In this case, they seem glad to help unless you need them. And, only for a price. Well, this place could learn a few things from ABT electronics, in terms of customer service. One would think after spending and referring tens of thousands of dollars of work to this place that they could stop by and evaluate a problem with the windows closing correctly. I'm not talking major work but a simple fix. Suffice it to say, we won't be purchasing window from this place again. Another review stated "so far so good". Yes, well, that will be your experience. This is by far the WORST company I've ever dealt with. They came out to quote me for a storm door recently and when I saw the astronomical quote they gave me I canceled the order. However, they still charged me half the balance of $402! I've been on the phone with them 3 times and they all seem to have "lost" my cancellation form and wont grant me a refund. This is awful service that takes entirely too long. They always come out and it always takes at least 3 home visits...who has time to take off work 3 days just to put a door in. Called Feldco to replace my broken garage door. The sales rep came out and gave me a quote for the job and took a deposit for half the amount along with a signed contract. Three weeks later, an installer came out to take additional measurements and I was told that the contract was being cancelled because my garage was stucco and there was no place to hang the spring. First, that makes no sense as there are structural wood beams behind the stucco just like in any traditional drywall garage. Second, they left me hanging for three weeks with a broken garage door before telling me. Lastly, a week later and they still have not returned my deposit. There are plenty of good garage door and windows people out there so I would recommend staying away from Feldco. read more

Costumer service (delight representative) doesn't care to hear you complaint and doesn't care to make it right by the costumer. I spent over $21,000 for my windows replacement and was treated like they were working for free. Waited almost 11 weeks from the 4-5 week frame and no one bother to explain, update or even take responsibility for the delay. Install crew did a great job but I don't know if I would use them again, I don't know if the headache and frustration is worth the product. Hi Patti, Where were you and management when I called and emailed several times your sales rep? How come you didn't want to hear from me then? This is typical of big companies such as Feldco. You wait until bad reviews to try to reach out to the costumer. I wouldn't be surprised if your response is already prewritten because it sounds so generic. I would advise everyone to do your homework and if you have the time to be chasing down people for updates and questions...go ahead and hire them. Also, no one explained that 12 month 0% finance is not what everyone thinks. In my case I have to pay $3,500 in financing upfront with my regular payment. If I pay the whole amount due plus the financing.....then I get the money back. In everybody's world, you start paying whatever percent on the amount owed once the financing period is over. Another way to get you. I am not arguing about the fees or how they try to make money but at least should educate the consumer to make an educated decision and plan their finances, but I know feldco will claim that they are not the bank(but your reputation is associated to the bank and what people end up paying)but if I knew how it worked I would have try to come up with a bigger deposit or go through a different back. I agree with the sales aspect on some of the previous reviews. The salesman was a little too pushy, and when he gave us the price, my husband and I looked at each other knowing it was a bit out of our range. Never having to get new windows before, we had no clue on the price we were to be given. The salesman noticed our "shock" and then gave us another discounted price. It wasn't a huge discount, but it helped since we were doing about 15 windows. We opted to go with them, despite the pushy salesman. 4 weeks later we had our windows installed, and are very please with the quality and the look. Now this has been 9 years ago that we had this done, and our screens and window panes have never cracked, nor tore. The framing is durable and professionally installed. They are easy to lift and clean. I live on a corner house on a semi- busy street and neither the wind nor the birds that have flown into them have ever cracked them. The ONLY gripe I have about them, is that from constantly opening and closing them to get that fresh air, a few of the window lock latches have cracked off. I thought a review from someone who has had the windows long term may be of value. read more

So I've read other Feldco reviews, and I haven't yet received my windows, but I have to say that so far so good! The customer service is fantastic, at least out of this location! We scheduled an appointment, between 10 AM and 12 PM, and at 10:00 am they called and told me that the guy was on his way, but stuck waiting for a train so he might be about 15 minutes late. He showed up about 5 minutes later and did his thing and we signed the contract. Before he left, we scheduled the second measure and the guy was due to be there between 2 PM and 4 PM, showed up at 2:00 on the nose! Did the measure has given us the general ETA of our windows and we look forward to getting them. I'll update when the windows are installed, but for now I'm pleased with the price and the customer service, and totally looking forward to getting my new windows! read more

The good: Salesperson was nice. Windows seem solid. Installers worked effectively and kept COVID-19 guidelines. Was given a 10% discount for all my troubles. The bad: Short version: Feldco lied to me twice, doesn't communicate within their company, has no continuity management process, and company review practices are horrible. Long version below: - 8/12: Signed sales agreement for a project to be completed 6-8 weeks from the signature date (early-October timeframe) - Late August: Feldco measures windows for the project and state they will contact us when ready. - Second week of October 2020: no updates from Feldco; I have to call Feldco to confirm the windows are ready, and schedule a tentative install on 11/4/2020. - 11/3: Day before our tentative install, Feldco calls to say materials are not ready. - 11/9: Feldco calls and reschedules for 11/13/2020 install @ 10-12pm and receive confirmation email. - 11/13: DAY OF INSTALL - no one shows up during timeframe. No communication from Feldco if the installers are delayed, canceled, etc. I have to call Customer Delight (instead of the other way around): they confirm the installers were delayed but will be on-site between 3-4pm. This is also when I learn that the Feldco "systems are down". Installer comes at 4:30pm. Confirms his team was only notified of this project earlier that morning and shows me the work order to confirm when they were notified from Customer Delight (LIE #1: CD stated the project was delayed when in fact, it was never originally communicated or scheduled). The Installer then asks me what capping color I was supposed to have (as opposed to having the materials ready). I dug up the sales agreement, and turns out the Install team did not have the correct material. They recommended I call Customer Delight to reschedule and leave. - 11/16/2020: I receive a call from Feldco Financing and they state "This project was marked for completion and will begin transitioning to the Financing Partner, Amyntas" (LIE #2). After stating the project is far from complete and actually hasn't even started, Financing states that their system is still down and is going off of what Operations told them. - 11/16 - 11/19: Multiple calls and emails to Customer Delight to tell them to not start charging as the project has not even started; I even tried to cancel. They say someone will reach out. I called the Financing Partner, Amyntas to confirm that the project wasn't complete; they acknowledged AND ALSO STATED that Feldco is notorious for coercing people to sign that a project is complete before the customer actually confirms it complete so that customers who are financing get charged sooner. Amyntas recommended to not sign any project complete paperwork until I was comfortable not just with the work, but closing any administrative loops. - 11/20: Have not heard from Feldco, so I call Customer Delight to schedule my install. Their systems are back and say no install was expected since the project was marked Complete. Customer Delight states an Ops rep will reach out to discuss. I finally speak to an Ops Lead who tells me I sent the Installers away on 11/13 (I definitely did not), and the project was already completed (still hasn't started at this point). I'm transferred to the Ops Manager who confirms that HIS manager marked this project complete. I finally get an install date (11/30) and the work is completed on time and pretty decently. -12/1: I call the Sales Manager to see what they can do in terms of making me "delighted" as a customer -- he offers 10% off for all the issues I experienced which was appreciated. To recap, - Feldco systems were down at the time of my project (which happens and is understandable for delays), but was, for some reason, still able to incorrectly say my project was complete so they can begin charging. - Interdepartment communication was non-existent during my project (everyone I spoke to either blamed every other department or stated it wasn't their department responsible for my delays outside of the system being down) - Feldco's own financing partner Amyntas stated Feldco has a poor reputation when marking projects complete - Feldco markets themselves on high Customer Delight ratings but that number is skewed, especially if sales people are begging customers to either rate them highly, or not rate at all. While I know the above was longwinded, note I didn't even mark every interaction. I had to play an active role in connecting different Feldco departments for my own project. I was hoping my experience was a one-off but based on other reviews, this is more par for the course. read more

I would say you should be very leery about the warranty. We had the center part of our Feldco custom front door warp and start to come apart. The door is five years old. I called for service and was told it would cost $170.00 for the labor, the part is all that was covered. So I went forward an ordered it. After waiting a few weeks for the part to come in, the repairman came and immediately said "they sent you the wrong finish" I will take this back and have them re-order the right one. After waiting a few more weeks I get a call to schedule an appointment for the repair. Only to be told that the finish I had was not longer available and the original one was as close as I could get. Plus I was being charged another $100.00. I asked for some consideration since they could not match my original door and was told nothing could be done. The repairman came out to put in the replacement, two weeks later another piece from the repair has fallen off. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail and it is 2-3 days before they call back. Feldco is not worth it! They charge high end prices but they do not provide high end service after the fact. I would not buy from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. read more

We couldn't be happier with the our Feldco windows. We moved into our 1950's house in 2011 and quickly learned the vinyl windows that were in place were garbage. So we decided to replace the windows one bye one and started our hunt to find a company to work with. We first got a quote from Pella, who were going to charge us a fee for every round of installation. That was not going to work with our phased approach and doing the windows all at once was out of our budget. We also contacted Renewal by Andersen, and didn't even make it to the point of a consultation since they had no openings for weeks. So we called Feldco, despite my concerns based on these reviews. We had recent bad experience with a fence company, so I was skeptical. The salesman came out and was a wee bit pushy, but after seeing the window and talking him down in price, we decided to make the purchase. 3 double hung windows, picture window, and 2 casement windows. They came out a few weeks later and installed them in August. Being a perfectionist, I was pretty sure they would mess something up. However, the only issue we had was a dented screen, which they sent a replacement for several days later. The windows look fantastic (I admire the caulking job around them) and they are 100% more soundproof and cold-proof. We were so pleased with them that we decided to do 8 more windows 3 months later. The process was great the second time with just a minor hiccup with the number of locks we were supposed to have on 4 of the windows. Again, they addressed it and came out to fix the issue a week or so later. We have 3 more windows to go along with our basement windows, and we will be sticking with Feldco for the rest of the replacements. Thanks! read more

Requested an estimate for four windows in my garage, wasn't looking for anything top of the line. Salesman came out and priced it, quite expensive. I didn't want to spend that much on the garage...no problem right? But now I am getting calls from them constantly, sales calls. Feldco website: "The Feldco Window Warranty provides coverage for everything on the window, including the window structure for life. It even includes coverage for the glass against accidental breakage, the glass pack seals against failure and everything in between. We even warranty the window screen should it ever tear!" This Lifetime Warranty, as advertised EVERYWHERE, really means a 5 year warranty after which they will charge you $65 for a trip fee and $85 an hour to fix your window . As I am several months past this 5 year "lifetime warranty", it would be cheaper just to get a new window installed. read more

Unfortunately, I didn't read these reviews because I went by a recommendation from a friend that had Feldco replace all the windows in their home with no issue. After reading these....I wish I had! We scheduled with Feldoc to install a new exterior door, re-Roof, and new soffit fascia and gutters. The Roofing job went mostly well except that they scratched the glass on 3 of my 4 skylights during the roof demo and didn't have the correct color for the flat portion of roof over an addition. When the skylights were brought to their attention I was accused of not noticing the scratches before the work was done. The new soffit fascia and gutter install began and seemed ok at first, I left the house for less than 40 min to pick up my kids from school to find an improperly installed soffit and fascia and a gutter that has a serpentine curve to it along its length and is not level across it's width (I understand gutters need to have a sloped pitch along their length for proper drainage). It appears that the new soffit and fascia were screwed into the old Fascia board, not into the rafter tails as none of the old wood was removed. The only thing removed was the old aluminum capping. Upon closer inspection they didn't cap the existing rear of the home properly either and left large area open for water and pest intrusion. The crew nailed into and split bricks to secure 2 of their ladders to the building however they didn't sercure all their ladders this way, just these two. I have exchanged may phone calls and emails with Feldco and it seems that this is a normal level of quality for their work and they see nothing wrong with it. Save yourself money and get your roof done by someone else. They seem to hide behind their warranty to excuse poor quality workmanship and from the other reviews I have read, they don't stand by their warranty and repair damage done by poor quality installations. I am hoping Feldo will try to do what is right and do the work properly, but I don't see that happening at this time. read more

Just so you know, they won't sell you a window unless you hire them to install it. They insist on coming out to your place to listen to you in person to tell them your measurements. I guess they don't trust the phone lines, so they have to stand right in front of you so you can tell them the measurements mouth to ear. LOL Talking to their phone-answerer is a bit like talking to some high-schooler off the street who really doesn't know what you're talking about. They just want to make an appointment with you without hearing anything else of what you need or want. I had a feeling they weren't a mainstream, trustworthy outfit, given their TV ads, and this experience didn't dissuade me of that suspicion (and neither do the other negative reviews). read more

I didn't hire them. Similar to previous comments and reviews, the sales pitch is so off putting and such a turn off. I thought I was buying a used car, not a door. The price magically comes down more than $1k if you sign right then and there. And if you can't decide on the spot, they have to send someone out to your house again and the price goes back up. Here is a great example of what this great company will do for you. Do NOT ever use this company. Horrible installers and horrible customer service. They will destroy your home and give you $150 for your trouble. I had installers in my home on 4 separate days. They destroyed my newly painted home. I would never use them. I Had 26 windows replaced They were fast on the install ... BUT they took ALOT of short cuts and half of my windows are trimmed one way!! And half are trimmed another way by doing so they have essentially brought the value of my home Down ... And on top of the two of the windows bent at the bottom I told the installation guys they said I would have to call ... So all in all I have damaged windows, Bad trim and a crazy looking house now.... SO YES IM NOT HAPPY!!!!! read more
