My wife and I were looking for a C-Class 4Matic for her winter vehicle. They were willing to make us a GREAT deal (beating other offers that I had received from other dealers). Our salesperson (Alex) suggested that we also drive an Audi S4 which was just traded in for an E63 as a better "bang for our buck". Since we drive a Porsche Cayenne GTS, he thought that it also might be a better fit. Since my wife liked Alex better than the other salespeople at the other MB dealers, I figured "what the heck"... To my surprise, my wife LOVED the car even though the exterior and interior was the total opposite of what she was looking for in the MB - black/black vs. white/tan - which she wouldn't budge off of on the MB. I was very pleased with the way my wife was treated. Rather than having to intervene to protect her from being "sold", I just sat back and observed her being treated the way in which I would want her to be treated; with respect and very professionally. We took a couple of days to do our research and called Alex back to see what kind of deal they were willing to make. I even called a friend of mine who is a GM at an Audi dealership in SoCal who confirmed that they were offering a good deal. Alex and Aaron (the used car manager) were willing to complete the transaction over the phone with minimal haggling (mostly on my part as I HAVE to work the deal :)) which I greatly appreciated. We went in the next day to pick up the car. Troy Keller, the finance manger, was very direct and up front on what we should add on as additional items and his bottom-line price. He did a great job educating w/out "selling". My wife was very comfortable. The car came with a set of winter wheels and tires which Alex had arranged to swapped out before we picked up the car. While driving the car home, we noticed that it was making a horrible noise which definitely wasn't there when we drove it the other day. We had it looked at the next day by our mechanic and, as it turned out, the tires were bad. I immediately called Aaron (as Alex was off). He listened to my concern, immediately looked into the matter, and with 5 minutes he called me back with arrangements for me to put brand new tires on for us. My mechanic was shocked that they didn't charge us a dime! I went in that afternoon and drove away in only 30 minutes. Needless to say, I am a true fan of these guys! the best .. short notice park n fly they store my ml. when the shuttle is busy they get someone immediately to take me.pick me up when i return at the airport. take care of my bags.. any prob with the benz.i drive in they are all over my ml while i sit in the lounge. bulb.its done seconds. floor mats. love the benz shopping area.you know, hats shirts,cups.. .great cheater glasses( eye glasses) when i pick up my benz its clean and repaired correctly.if i have any ?? or concerns or i feel something is not quite right.they take the benz and make it the way i feel safe n comfortable with.and i admit at time s i was wrong n just wanted reassured,things where fine. great customer service before n after the purchase. i have been to several other benz shops. Wasn't by choice..Traveling,business. was a nightmare. setnu. There is was a woman there last time i was able to get in(6 month.). wealth of knowledge on safety advantages n handling of the benz product. oh n the electronic computer gadgets.i have never seen a person with such commitment and belief (knowledge) in a product . was quite amazing. My dream car has always been an Audi Q7 and never thought I would buy a MB. Funny how life happens sometimes. My good friend had just traded in their Audi Q7 for a MB GL450 at Feldmann's and had only wonderful things to say about the car and the dealership. I went in last week to "look" and came home with a fabulous MB GL 450. I have to say while it is similar to the Audi, I feel like it is a huge step up. I had the pleasure to deal with Boris who answered all my questions very patiently and worked to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting in this car. Scott Babcock was our sales rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish! This is the second car we have bought from Scott and would go nowhere else. Even after buying the first car from him about 1.5 yrs. ago he would follow up and make sure that we are completely satisfied with the car. We have been in multiple times over the past year looking at different cars and test driving many cars. Even though he knew we are not buying a car that day, he still treated us with respect and gave us his full attention. Also, Jesse in the Service department has been a great help and is always there to answer any service related questions. Also, Jerry Moore in Finance has been a great help also. He was also the finance person who signed us out on both deals. We made him work for the last deal, but he came through and get everything done that we needed that was well within our expectations. I purchased my Mercedes E320 from a used car lot, not Feldmann's. I was really very nervous to go to the dealership. The service manager, John, treated me like royalty. The loaner was such a God-send, as my little "beater-Benz" is my only form of transportation. John was in close contact with me concerning the issue with my vehicle the entire time, and the problem was located and dealt with very quickly. This was a very stressful event for me, not knowing whether or not the repairs ( or the loaner!) were covered by my warranty, but John allayed all fears. I felt like I was the most important thing on his agenda, and it was so reassuring. My new fob was ordered and it arrived within a day. A second gentleman looked up the parts/prices of something different while I waited for my vehicle, and I was surprised at the relatively low price I was quoted. I was looking for a slightly used Mazda 6 and found one online at Feldmann Imports. When we went to look at it and take a test drive, Tom Ogle was just as enthusiastic about helping me as he would have been had I been shopping for a Mercedes. I was given every courtesy and treated extremely well. I got a great car at a good price, and they offered me more than I expected for my 2006 Ford Escape (and they were in no way snobby about taking that kind of trade-in vehicle). The day after I took possession my car indicator said that my keyfob battery was low; I e-mailed Tom to ask if I needed to take it to a Mazda dealer to replace and he told me to come on back. They had the type of battery I needed, and Tom had them replace it at no charge to me. Again - great service from a Mercedes dealer for buying a Mazda. After a bad rollover accident from getting rear-ended on I35W, I was angry and frustrated in looking at and trying to decide on a new car that I really did not want to buy. I had visited numerous car dealers (Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Infiniti, etc.) and was still frustrated by the car buying decision. Once in Feldmann's, the sales guy Brook, was patient and not 'in-your-face' like some of the other salespeople at other dealerships. He invited me to take a car home and test drive it in my neck of the woods. He was open and honest about some of the features he felt wouldn't benefit me and/or something he didn't like, he had a great sense of humor and a wonderful approach. He made buying the car fun. On the third day of our vacation, we drove our 1995 S500 into the dealership with problems that needed identifying. Sarah immediately started getting the facts together and offered to loan us a car while the diagnostics were bring run. The car was whisked off and we enjoyed driving the 2012 GL 550 for the day. Sadly our car had a bigger problem than anyone thought and we visited seriously with Jonathan about buying the GL. Patrick was able to get an excellent rate for financing and we are delighted with our new vehicle. In all we spent several hours as "guests" at the dealership and enjoyed watching the Feldmann team work (in fact Joe checked on us from time to time, too). I had visited several dealerships prior to arriving at Feldmann and received similar treatment (fairly professional but somewhat uptight and unpersonable). Don is highly professional and a warm person. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole buying process and really made me see how Mercedes stands apart from other brands. Driving in this morning on Hwy 62 after just putting my dog down a white Mercedes with License plate Feld41 and the website in the back window, feldmanimports.com was merging onto Hwy 62 with no blinker on and proceeds to honk at me as if I am the one in the wrong. Keep in mind I am already doing 72 MPH. If you're late for work maybe you should leave a little earlier. Instead of honking at people maybe you should know the law: "Traffic that is already on the highway has the right of way over traffic merging onto the highway." You are also a walking billboard for the company you work for or own. If for no other reason, you should be respectful of the name you are advertising. Hopefully next time you'll buy a Mercedes that comes with a basic feature of blinkers! read more

All of the salesman were very helpful, and were more than happy to do everything in their power to help me out, and make my buying experience as easy and stress free as possible. I really had a great experience here. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Greg Clark who I really enjoyed working with. The level of professionalism was what I was used to working with at Lexus in the past and hadn't found again in other dealerships until now. Also, I wouldn't not have gone in in the first place if it weren't for Zach, whom I spoke with on the phone and encouraged me to come in even though another Mercedes dealership had contacted me first after I contacted both online and told me that I had too much negative equity to bother at this time. Daniel Mork was my salesman, I live in Rocky Mount North Carolina, I was able to buy a 2011 Corvette with less than 2000 miles on it over the telephone. How did I have the confidence to spend that kind of money buying a car sight unseen? I did it because Daniel was so helpful by sending pics, and answering questions. While traveling to Minnesota from Wyoming the rim on the left front tire of my 2013 Mercedes SUV sustained damage. My brother-in-law thought it looked dangerous and recommended that I take the car to Jesse Nelson at Feldman. Jesse agreed and said I could risk returning to Wyoming without repairing it, but he wouldn't recommend it. I had only two days in which to make a repair if I was going to do that. Jesse and the parts department managed to find everything needed for this older model, and the repair was complete with time to spare. Great customer service!
