Sergio was awesome with helping me return the brake pads I got, and made sure I knew the proper course of action to continue. Both are absolute class acts, 6/5 actually but 5/5 because that's as high as it lets me go. Whatever y'all are paying them, it ain't enough haha

There were certain issues I ran into on a couple projects and just talking it through with him was extremely helpful - this guy knows his stuff! Tom is wise in all things camper/motorhome/RV that everybody else seems to run away from when you have questions. Perhaps the best part is that they will come to you. We had them work on a pesky leak in the cabover of our class C. Painful as it was to hear, Tom showed us the horrible dry-rot from years of leaks. They rebuild the entire front-end and put a brand new roof on. It wasn't cheap, but likely less money than anybody else would have done it for; I've checked. Tom and his crew take pride in their work, rightfully proud of a job well done. Tom is a no-nonsense kind of guy. I by no means intend that to make it sounds like he's rude.. far from it. I like Tom. He's just one of those guys whose brain is wired to get to work on problems, and he has no time for chit-chat about other stuff. That's the kind of personality I want fixing issues that could otherwise turn a family vacation into hell. I have their number saved on my phone. I can't imagine going to anybody else for broken RV stuff.

Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for helping a guy out.

I found major brake vibration on my first drive, a significant oil leak, and power running board issues almost immediately after taking possession. Instead of explaining how these were missed, Lemon Squad just kept sending the same canned response about their inspection being "visual and non-invasive." I wasn't asking for a warranty--I was asking why obvious issues weren't caught. The customer service was just as disappointing as the inspection. I won't use them again. They could improve by not having canned responses such as it's visual and non invasive. In one of the photos you could zoom in and see cut wires. I diddnt catch it because I didn't think I needed to indirect the inspector's work. All in all it was a mistake ever trusting them! So yourself a favor and just look up local mechanics and ask them to go do it.
